My total experience with your taxi is zero its worst for me its happen second time now i book the taxi 9.87qr now when i reached its 15qr how and why zero rating from my side.

Very bad experience. Drivers are charging more than the amount that was written. I saw in the screen 8.68 something only the charge but the driver ask me to pay for 10qr. I book 2 destination but he ask me to pay 2 amounts also per destination which supposed to be 15qr estimated for both but ask me to pay for 10qr each. No complain section on the app. So you dont have choice and really cannot complain right away on them. Very very very bad.

I left Uber for its deducted money when I cancelled choosing one of their options for cancelling, which is the driver is too far!🤔 They don't have contact no I hated them very much. Taxi F you don't have an option to use the app when someone sending me a location, I could not able to open the app from WhatsApp for example.

My experience using this apps was very bad most of the time I used it there's no consistency when it comes for service driver not always follow the route they choose traffic area to make it fare higher 2nd the fare higher its depend for waiting time.this morning I experience again.sorry but I never used it again ita not worth it to recommend this app.thank you

I'm getting rid of this annoying app & definitely not recommending it to anyone. The drivers are so annoying & you don't even have an option to complain,and if you give less stars to the driver and explain why, they don't even take any action or at least respond to your complaint. Fares shown during booking is not the same you are charged when you arrive your destination and sometimes drivers follow poor routes intentionally to make your fare high probably coz they know no action will be taken.

It shows an initial price, when i reach destination it shows and other higher price. And the amount deducted from my card is a 3rd number higher than previous ones. Which is not accurate Like it shows 28 Qar When u arrive i have a message of payement required of 31 Qar And the message from my bank says that an amount of 33 Qar is deducted. Sometimes is much higher

Drivers always show picked up but still not in the location, also the navigations of the driver are so unreliable you ended up paying more than it should've be. Drivers are taking advantage and taking poor or long routes so the fare would increase. Customer support weren't responding either. Uninstalling this useless app.

There is no helpline, I was double charged by on visa card, 2 different fares on one trip. I totally failed to recover this fare. The app does not give any options. I called the driver who kept lying that he would bring the refund. The driver also came in a different number plated car. This was the worst experience. Tried TaxiF Whatsapp line, the worst platform ever. Almost 1 year later. The money hasn't been refunded. TaxiF CAN'T BE TRUSTED 🛑

This app is very basic and the customer service is terrible. There has been instances the driver came in different car. Also there is no way to identify if the driver is the same as the one in the app. App route and the drivers route are different sometimes. No safety features in the app. No features to call the customer service or even the authorities. I would not recommend this App. Better to use Uber.

Most of the drivers needs proper hygiene. Also some drivers use another car which is not the same as the car mentioned in the app.

Place teach some of your driver to use your apps property. My pick up location is umm gwailina but he go in Najma and showing my driver is waiting dowt let your drivers waiting what it's that. I need to go in Najma to pick the driver I have screen shot in my mobile.

Very bad service, very bad cars, drivers are extremely rude, rates are totally high, and customer service is the worst. They just copy and paste the same messages again an again as if you are dealing with robots reading and writing from a script. They give you a very low initial charge and then charge you a much more at the end of the journey as drivers are very slow and longer time means more money for them. They even charge you more for using your credit card

From my experience, Yes the prices are somewhat more cheaper than the uber or other platform as transpo, but a big issue I had was the drivers, I usually get drivers either with low etiquette of arriving in time causing the original price to be higher, the drivers we're unreasonably rude from time to time. The application(correct me if I'm wrong) does not offer a report feature).Overall the cheaper price as transportation is not worth all of that for me as I'd just go for other alternatives now.

My cabs that were booked got cancelled after reaching near to the pick up point. Because of which I got late where I need to reach. It cannot be trusted. Even though Uber shows slightly expensive comparatively it's reliable. They should improve their customer service and have an option to raise a critical incident such as mine. Hope they will investigate such matters and improve.

I faced this problem so many times when I book my cab it shows 12 Qr but after reaching the destination I have to pay double or more than that. You cannot argue with drivers because they also have to give commission to app .it means you have to pay that with knowledge that this is too much for that trip .They should fix it as soon as possible.

The amount changes as per the waiting time in the signal. Can't trust the amount it shows. We don't have any option to report and we can realise that the system is built like that to charge more when waiting in the signal. I hope it must be fixed properly from the developer team as there's no point of pointing out the driver. Thank you.

I have had a terrible experience with a cab driver here in Doha. The driver didn't show up, picked a different customer and my account was deducted. There's no accountability, the business is full of crooks in the name of cheaper options!!

Edited on 18 Apr 2024 (moving from 5 stars to 1 star): Over the last one month, I am noticing the cabs that arrive are different vs what's registered. Maybe even the driver is different (I can't confirm about the driver) but cabs are of different models vs what's registered on the app. Secondly, the Eco+ cabs are filthy, dirty to the point that it may soil your clothes. We don't want lower prices at the expense of personal safety and hygiene. I am already exploring other apps.

Most car have poor hygiene, dangerous driving manners, you'll definitely pay more than the initial price and wait long time, the app will show driver 2 mins way but you'll end up waiting 10. I saw a driver accepting another trip on the app that it 4 minutes away where my destination is still 15 mins away, 10 mins later the other passenger had to cancel as they can see in the map the driver going further. Many times, cars don't match the one shown in app and even the driver is different sometimes

It is one of the most unreliable rider apps. Drivers can start a trip even without picking you up. There is no customer support line to call immediately. Always email and WhatsApp. And the same auto generated replies. And unlike any other major apps, you will never receive any compensation when something goes wrong. Better avoid it. In my opinion, it's not safe. Used to be reliable at one point. Cars are never clean. Unless the driver uses bothe Uber and this app.
