I have been driving since long but seems like you don't want to make betterments. Please must add a cancelation fee for customers. Drivers travel to customers location wait for customers to come but then they end up getting a cancelation.

Today first time I booked a trip and in payment mode I added my credit card but after I reached at destination place driver asked me for pay...I surprised why didn't pay by my credit card even I added my card in payment mode 😔 what if I didn't have cash that time...i really felt shy in front of driver..please clarify

Overall, I think Texif is a great app and I would recommend it to anyone who lives in Qatar. However, I think the addition of a communication center would make it even better. Here are some specific suggestions for how Texif could improve its communication center: The center should be available 24/7. Passengers should be able to easily contact the center by phone, email, or chat. The center should have a database of lost and found items so that passengers can search for their belongings.

Prices are good compared to Uber, but Uber is much better, faster, and easier. Drivers take more time to reach, minimum 8 minutes, and some times no one accepts your trip! Not recommended at all.

Yesterday I did my first trip and did not know if I was going to be paid for the trip, my lucky was that the customer has picked up the phone when I called her and I asked her how she was going to pay and she said by cash, i did not had machine card to receive it, the company has an email to be contacted and is not straight forwardthe reply and has an mobile contact that works like an voicemail, so it means no live support. The app works terribly and y almost never got an trip.

Good app and needs more work to operate better in supporting drivers by the following: *Better performance in money collection *Better performance in protecting driver, from loss of trip information and to be able to get his fare. *also on cancelation of trips no need to charge driver as he is not responsible for cancelation. *need to know how to support the performance of the software in case of weak internet service. Thanks for understanding and support ❤️

Very very bad app. customers are not paying the money. they are run out without paying. there is no option for complaints either or customer care contacts. Drivers are waiting for the cstomer 5, 10 , 15 , 20 minits at the end customers are cancelling the order so loosing the time and petrol of Drivers. if the driver wants to cancel the order after a long time waiting for the customer, then diducting money from the driver's account too....Totaly very Bad app and Bad experience always.

Most customers are bad, don't pay for tip cancellation, but apps deduct money from driver, customer doesn't give correct location, driver cancels tip, deducts money, and lowers driver rating

No policy for drivers dignity. When I arrived at customer pickup point, Waited 38 minutes for customer. He was not answering to my messages and was not attending my call. After that when I cancelled, I was charged 5 riyal penalty.

Some time rider didn't pay. There is no option to make complain even taxif charge there own fees. Also there is no cancelation fee for drivers.

Dear Captain, Thank you for choosing TaxiF ! Cancellation fees are correct and can't be refunded. In your upcoming trips, even if communication with the customer fails upon reaching the pickup location, you must wait at the pickup point without moving for at least 5 minutes and the cancellation should be made.
