The option to change the password doesn't work - you press "Change", it loads but 8t simply doesn't take effect...Also there is no validation when trying ti change it, even with a wrong password it doesn't say a thing. Also the reset password option doesn't work (when it is forgotte), it just loads without end and an email is never generated...

This application is once created and left to work with bugs and no further development but there are new taxes included. it is so fragile that of any change is made it is crashing. Reported about the inaccurate GPS in 2019 the issue is still present. Long time ago Asked for additional point to be added (as I know many people requested such) still not implemented. Some years ago wanted to add a card it was a bug that was a conflict with old cards so administrator needed to remove old one manually in order to clear something like cache or similar. Same thing happened today by this time no fix from support. Now my account is blocked because the application failed to add the new card but instead some how activated an old one and payment failed due to inactivity :D. I was told to try again adding it but still the same. E-pay verified as well as the bank but nothing appeared in the app. Account got blocked due to issue from the app it self. These people are collecting some ratings but never use it to see the customer history they are directly blocking no matter what. There no backup payment method as well. And one thing you can hear "We are sorry to hear this or that...."

An absolutely awful app!! I had problem with adding a card. I also had problems with adding an address. In the end, I lost patient and I called another taxi company (and I didn't have any problems there). I also use Bolt and Uber abroad very often and I have never had a problem.

Very disappointed! I wanted to order a taxi for my friend from the airport to the train station but since I was already like 40-50km or so away from the place, the app didn't allow me to order it! My friend doesn't speak the native language and he barely managed to get to the station! I use the app almost daily and that's why we planned it that way, I was not expecting it to happen that way... I really hope they change it!

A pretty decent app to order a ride. Usually I don't write reviews. I was using the Maxim app, which was great at first, but it started to get terribly slow to find a taxi. I switched over to taxime and it haven't taken me more than 5 minutes to find a car. Definitely recommend it. Deleted the Maxim app after the second time I used taxime. Much faster and real, licensed drivers.

The driver was flawless. Even without knowing anything about English. There was no problem because the APP hold destination data. The app itself needs improvement. It said no available drivers. It asked for a tip to attract driver. Nothing was found. I tried another company via phone and all of a sudden it beeped on the background saying that taxi had arrived. So improve is adequate.

The app is okay at best. Fares are very good, though, that's about it. Here's what I'd suggest working on: 1st. Adding GPay - adding GPay functionality would have way more people trust the app with digital card payments. I personally don't use the app because I don't wanna give it my card payment details directly. 2nd. - Bugfixing. The app is pretty buggy, the UI is clunky and the GPS isn't accurate. If those two things were to be done, I'd happily change my review to 5 stars.

Yeah, this app is borderline useless. It probably works 30% of the time? When it does, it's extremely great. But it often just doesn't load from the initial screen or won't progress from any point in the app after ordering a ride. First time it wouldn't let me submit my rating as it would just not progress, and 2nd, it wouldn't let me cancel. It didn't freeze, it just didn't let me go forward. Fix. Your. App.

Drivers should be required to follow the navigation of the app & to pick up & drop off people at the exact location at fixed price - which they NEVER do. Each time, drivers take a detour!! & drive in a circle, then act stupid! App doesn't notice at all, if drop off is somewhere else!! or after back & forth. I never get a chance to approve the payment! or to confirm I was dropped off. Also impossible that drivers can request more money in the app to do a drive. Hard to choose exact address.

At the beginning, I had a decent experience using the app. After some time, I can never find a taxi for half an hour, and you must give extra money (3+ BGN additionally) to get a taxi. The drivers are taking a detour, not following the route and charge you more money that the application confirmed initially. Also, I should be able to know the price BEFORE I request taxi, not AFTER the taxi is confirmed (how Uber and other normal apps work), as if the price doesn't suit you, you get penalized.

Worst customer experience ever! No customer support, no contact number, no chat, no way to get in touch with them quickly in case of an emergency, such as lost property in a taxi. In case of a lost phone they advise to log in from another device to get in touch with the driver BUT to log in you need to type a verification code sent via text message to the lost phone, so it's a catch 22 and doesn't work. Don't use this app, they are unavailavle to help customers!

I like the app and I've been using it for a long time, but from time to time the driver takes my order and doesn't move or respond to my messages or calls. I have no option but to decline after 10+ minutes of no movement, I click that driver never arrived and the app tells me that you will block ME if I continue declining service I was never provided. You need to expand your options for customers and mostly be able to provide feedback for declined services that doesn't end in threatening message

Doesn't protect customer interests, instead sends drivers who are too far away (15mins) and then when you reject then, blocks your access. Catching a cab on the street or calling some of the other companies seems like the better option :) 1/5 would not recommend

Quick and easy app to book a driver instantly and get a proper estimation for what the ride should cost. Used it as a tourist going from Sofia centre to the airport.

It took them three years to update the UX of the app and break the only thing it could do. Now you cannot even order the taxi, because you cannot choose the "fleet"

it's really great. hadn't used a taxi app before, as at home I have my own car. here in Bulgaria I have a language barrier so much easier to order a cab this way. my only issue was that it told me all drivers were far n I'd have to tempt 1 with a 2lev tip (85p) But he was 3 mins away. that's not far!! extremely cheeky on a busy summer Saturday night!!! lost a star for the pisstake

As with other reviews, I only get to the dialog "Choose a fleet" after I selected pickup and destination. But I'm unable to continue so I can't order a cab trough the app.

Black streets on black background, with dark gray text. It's literally impossible to see anything on the map when in dark mode. Also, when trying to add an address in Sozozpol, it only searches addresses in Sofia.
