Doesn't work. The app is constantly forcing pop ups to the point that you can't click on anything without it forcing you back to the main page for a pop up that doesn't even show up. When trying to rate in app the option to rate it came up 5 seperate times and then crashed back to the main page. Really glad you have this in a seperate app then my banking app as I'm am uninstalling.

Update: Unable to split payments which bloats your monthly spend. Still no fix after a few weeks, so it makes tracking useless. Overall great app for those who want to track their spending habits throughout the year in real-time (although its not updating since the last update) - regardless of purchase type. This app has fundamentally changed my spending habits when it works properly.

I loved the app until it started bugging and wouldn't let me do anything with it. I uninstalled it for awhile and just downloaded it again to have it glitching with a pop up about notifications for foreign currency. I uninstalled it again and downloaded it, thought it might have been a one off situation but it wasn't. It would be great if TD could fix the app cause it was awesome when it worked.

This app is completely broken now! I can no longer change transaction categories when things have been put in the wrong category. Now, I have an inaccurate view of my spending. I get a network error and a message to check my connection. My connection is super fast, so it's not that. And it happens both on Wi-Fi and off Wi-Fi. It also won't let me mark my wishlist goals as complete. Nor will it let me edit my goals. It's useless to me now!

The app is pretty much useless. It only allows me to sync 1 my 2 credit cards, it's not even an option in settings to add or turn on the second (which is my primary card). Waste of my banking fees honestly. Update: a year and a half later, and it's completely useless. It crashes nonstop, and most tabs and functions don't work. Absolutely embarrassing on the part of a billion dollar company.

The app has been on "Temporary Service Disruption" for weeks. You can't make any changes to your categories. When you try to log in, it will automatically re-direct you to the TD app. It used to work, but even then it was VERY inconsistent. The app used to help me with budgeting and to track expenses, but there is no point in keeping it now if they won't fix the problems.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Instantly glichy as hell, I kept having a pop-up come up that I couldn't even click the button or read, just flashing on the screen. Finally got out of that somehow, to be brought to the home page, and can't navigate anywhere. It starts loading and brings me right back to the home page. Try again, nope, home page. I don't think I've un-installed an app so fast.

It used to be a very useful tool. now it is just full of glitches. A total useless mess. I select a tab and it goes back to the home screen. I select a different tab and it goes somewhere else. Then it starts randomly loading pages. It's a shame, it used to be stable and useful. obviously you don't care about your customers b/c I'm clearly not the first person to complain about the instability of the product. Don't you dare thank me for my feedback, DO SOMETHING. your AI autoresponder sucks.

Update* well by golly, they finally made an update ! and I will say it's usable again. No more issues with the pages refreshing constantly, Menus seem functional as well. will continue using it for a while and see how things progress. thank you for updating this application ☺️ using a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultr

My app was having problems with me moving items to other categories, so I cleaned up some space on my phone and updated the app. Now it it far worse as I cannot do anything in the app. Anything I click on either doesn't work or brings me back to the home screen a second later. It's very frustrating. I use this app for my budgeting and find it really easy and useful... when it works. So please fix it asap! Update: Finally fixed after lots of waiting!!

Finally it got fixed and is working properly now!!! It felt like thos app was abandoned for the longest time. im only giving 4 stars right now since im getting back into this app again just to see if its functioning correctly, but so far it is much more polished than last time.

The app finally works again after months of being non-functional. MySpend is fine for basic tracking of your spending, but that's about as deep as it goes. There are no meaningful dashboards which show your average spending by specific categories over time. If you want to view spending history, you will need to slowly click an unresponsive button which cycles through one month at a time - a meaningful calendar view would go a long way.

This app has allowed me to easily spot fraudulent charges to my account and to recover the stolen $$$ with little effort on my part. 🤗 If I could, I'd give you guys a ten star rating I would.

All I need this app to do for me is push me a notification when a credit card transaction is done. it always works for a while then completely stops for no reason. I'll go into the app disable and re enable then it'll work flawlessly for a while before it doesn't, rinse and repeat. easy fix but sort of annoying for such a simple feature.

This app doesn't work for my credit card or line of credit. Absolutely useless. I called their support about it months ago and still nothing. Only my debit card shows up which i never use for anything. Now it's not even showing me debit transactions when i get paid. It really shows when a company invests in their IT department.

you guys finally fixed the app and it's usable again!! thanks. Only one bug that bothers me now; in the cashflow, it shows the TD credit card bill payment both in cash in and cash out which inflates both numbers, the net adds up correctly but in reality it shouldn't be in either of them, the transactions on the credit card are already counted as cash out, so the payment shouldn't be counted as cash in on the credit card and cash out in the checking account.

Notification work half the time but you still can't change categories for payment. They fix the problem every few weeks but it always comes back. Don't let anyone lie to you and say you need to reinstall or check for updates. It's been a consistent issue for months at the time of writing. Great idea and very helpful for budgeting especially in Canada. Hope TD fixes it but not holding my breath anymore. I'll just have to budge with another app and use this one for spending tracking.

For 90% of the past month, I couldn't properly categorize any expense, many of which aren't even supposed to count towards expenditures. Totally skews results. It started ok about 1½ year ago. But now, every time it claims service disruption. Like what time do you actually have it functioning. Just mention that and I'll log in only at those times of the month loll.
