Why do ppl like tdb so much? Like honestly. Their app and site loads like eternity and says error. What the actual garbage is this?

"Системд шинэчлэл хийгдэж байгаа тул та etdbm.mn хаягаар хандана уу" the last whole month I keep getting this message on and off and cannnnot log in. Soooo frustrating. I'M THINKING OF SWITCHING BANKS. WHAT AN INCONVINIENCE!

Don't use it when you are in hurry. Going to Bank and queueing might be faster than waiting this app to load.

Too slow and laggy, always takes a double time to make payment, compared to other bank apps

Can't login. The app was closed because there was an invalid token. Can the phone app be accessed only after logging into the bank's website and renewing access?

The app used to work well but lately it has some errors such as does not show my transaction i did via app so ended up did transaction twice. Still not showing my oatest transaction in the app

So laggy loads very slow. Can't be opened via mobile network even the website too. It's only works with wifi. The new version which launched on march 20 is just a trush. Need to fix it

Very slow and crashes. Also, the balance in the account is not visible. some buttons don't work not user friendly 🥺

I can't pay for the phone because the app requires me to choose my account but doesn't actually allow to do it! The account choice window simply doesn't fit the screen, it sits below the screen and can't be scrolled down to, only closed. And this wonderful glitch has persisted for months, including in the latest update. Will anyone ever fix this?

Its possible to give -5 star reviews App is not working properly and ATM machine is stuck sometimes card is not coming back. Hard to understand

Telling me your account expired but when i click extend error message showing "token invalid". Slow and buggy bank giving enough salary to app but developers not doing much hotfix update.

Had to give 1 star. App is loading about 1 or 2min then it says error. Deleted the app, reinstalled it, cleared cache, erased memory, called TDB operator( was not helolful) send messages to online chatbots ( no reply) and tried browser version (etdb.mn). Tried on home wifi and celluar data ( still no response). Nothing works on my phone or on my computer.
