As an employee and an administrator, your product leaves a lot to be desired. It's needlessly cumbersome, definitely a case of form over function. The recent update has made it impossible for half my staff to access their schedule as the app updated but doesn't register as having done so. Shift trade and release is needlessly difficult as well. Please take these into account and try to start working ease of use into your program.

This app is bad. It can't save your login data, it signs you out randomly, the few times I tried to use the messaging function it sent to the wrong person months later. Somehow it is possible for management to change your schedule and you not get any notifications; text, email, or push notifications.

Shifts are up for grabs that have been released at instant and even the ones before and it does not show up on my screen. I have contacted harri and they just gave me a basic response on why it disappears. My managers are not that quick to approve unless it was told. Really disappointed even when I try to do it on browser and still nothing.

This app (and harri as a whole) are utter garbage. Just do ypur jobs as managers and stop relying on this half baked app that ads 10 steps to every job application i send out, makes it hard to see when im working, always defaults to a site i did 1 shift on so its hard to see my team floor plan, and does literally nothing a good manager with an email account and some paper and pens could do. And i bet you any money harri takes more money from my company than i do.

This app is aweful, it signed me out and wont let me sign back in no matter how many time i have updated my email and password.

It signed me out, and after changing my password twice, it won't let me in. I know it's correct since I signed in on the website just fine.

You used to be able to see when someone picked up your dropped shifts. The recent update took that feature away, and now it just says "awaiting pickup" even when it has been picked up, so you have no way of knowing if your shift has actually been grabbed or not. Its 2024 and literally everything gets worse instead of improving.

This app takes forever to load. That's IF it even loads cause 90% of the time the app doesn't open at all, It stays frozen on the loading page.

Randomly logs you out and you have to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix it. I've had to do this 7 times since I downloaded it in January.

this app keeps logging me up and telling me something went wrong. very aggervating when I'm trying to see my work schedule and I can't even get into the app. I Uninstalled....reinstalled over and over again and same issue!

Ever since the update, the timesheet was taken down, which was a life saver. I am also unable to set any notifications without the app almost totally crashing.

This app is really weird. Like I tried to log in to see my schedule for next week, it keeps saying that "there something wrong please try against." I keep trying and trying, but it is still nothing. I even wrote down the password to remember if I forgot my password, and it still does not work. I don't know what anyone thinks, but to me, this app is the worst app.

This app is frustrating, to put it nicely. Half the time it won't even let me into the app because "something went wrong". When is anything going to ever go right with this app???? I can't even see my schedule more than half the time because of this. On top of that, it won't let me alter my availability within the app, if/when I actually am able to get into it. It constantly glitches & completely force signs me out whether I'm using the app or not. Please, do better. This is not efficient.

Absolutely unreliable hunk of junk, words can not explain how unreliable & and absolutely painful to use app. It forgets your password after signing you out forcing you to reset your password just for it to say, "Dam bro, that sucks.. I'm still not logging you in. " it's very unfortunate that jobs rely on such an app that refuses to work properly. If I could give 0 stars, I would..

So for some reason my workplace switched to this scheduling app from Hotschedules. Within the first day I'm already annoyed. There's no android calendar integration, so I can't see my shifts on the calendar I use for everything else without inputting every one manually, there's no dark mode, the main calendar function is weird as hell, and the only messaging supported is through the app. I'm hoping either my manager will switch us back or this developer can add some much needed features.

This app is overly complicated, and not as useful as other scheduling apps. It doesn't show your clock ins and outs, it doesn't show total hours scheduled or worked, and it doesn't show money claimed per shift. The calendar is a big colorful jumble, it highlights everything except the day you're on. For some reason, unassigned shifts are listed on a different page from server released shifts. They should have consulted with some people who actually work in restaurants before they released this.

The app randomly signs you out and updates never seem to fix anything. It randomly gets stuck trying to load some data and you get signed out after that attempt gets timed out. Both this one and Harri exhibit the same issues wasting precious time. You could use it on a PC, but the loading issue still persists and is incredibly inefficient when trying to access critical information at work. It feels like their backend is poorly optimized or not even at all causing these issues.

The mobile version is absolutely horrendous. There's ALWAYS "something" going wrong. The app never works over mobile connection, it NEEDS Wifi for whatever reason and even then it is unlikely to perform well. Painfully slow on it's best day. I'd miss work waiting for your app to function properly. It needs a lot of work. Call in backup.
