Only uses phones mic and speakers even if headphone is plugged in. And to make it worse the sound from the app interferes with itself and causes a disturbing noise that is lauder than the voices of other people. Tried to switch mic and speakers in settings, but there are no additional options beside voice call (which is ignored and uses normal speaker and mic) and music/mic (which is exactly the same as the other two). Tested on 2 phones (Android 7 & 9) and 3 headphones. All the same problem.

In times where privacy should be very important to everyone, this is the only viable alternative to discord and others. Unfortunately the app used to work fine, but now it keeps disconnecting or people don't hear me anymore. I'm mostly using it in the car via Bluetooth. Not acceptable for a payed app. Please fix asap and I'll change back to 5 stars!

The app works fine overall, except for the sound. I keep having lagg or robotic friends every few sentences they say. The entire time, no matter if I use 5G or wifi. But when I swap to discord we can talk for hours without problems. Even when I didn't change my situation. Please fix, I've been using TeamSpeak for years and always loved it. Even the pc version is so nice to use.

This app allows you to securely communicate with friend with good server, data usage depends on bitrate being set to specific channel and audio quality is pretty decent but I want to see some of the PC version features like: being able to disable microphone so you don't have to disconnect in order to record something else like Instagram story, also I would like to see internal echo reduction for unprocessed audio so we can maybe listen to music while talking, and also rework settings for look 😊

Super upset with how poorly this app performs when compared to the one on PC. I can't even hear my friends talk but they can hear me clear as day. It worked fine on my old phone but now I have a 5G one and the signal is stronger than steel yet my friends sound like they're in a tunnel. Fix your app teamspeak. March 20, 2021. App still isn't fixed still runs terribly I can't understand any of my.friends for longer then 0.2 milliseconds and now the app constantly freezes and crashes.

This App works great except for the fact that the audio quality is bad. Listening to music through teamspeak is really not a viable option on mobile unless the sound quality is improved. Edit: The app won't let me connect to any server on wifi or cellular network. Complains that "server connection could not be initialized" even though internet is working 100% in every other app.

UI nightmare: - dialogs with checked checkbox "never show again" reappear constantly - utterly unintuitive server settings list Security nightmare: - what the heck do you need access to all files? For configs? Is it 1995? And finally it doesn't effing work. Using BT headphones. No sound was made whatsoever. No matter if "use bt" is checked or not. (Brings the question to mind, why not have Android manage audio?) Uninstalled. So sad. (This is the polite version of my review)

Loved it before this last update, now even after I close the app my phone acts like it's on a phone call and blackens my screen if anything is in front of it. Also even after closing it, all audio now comes out of the call speaker until I restart the phone. Very annoying to use now. Update 3/12/19 App has literally had this bug or a variant of it since the original review. It would really be nice to have a Teamspeak app that doesnt make it so cumbersome to do literally anything else on my phone

It doesn't feel like this app is maintained at all. Probably developed years ago and kept somewhat compatible with minimum resources. Certainly not worth buying. - look and feel of the app is not anything like Android and makes the app difficult to use - Audio/voice work - Bluetooth worked only after trying around for an hour - settings don't work properly, especially for BT headsets - identity import is broken, and won't be fixed (quoting the developer)

Every time I try to connect to it, it crashes. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work. Every time I try and reconnect, it crashes again and again. I am a bit disappointed that I did purchase this app only to have it continually crash upon connecting. I will change my 1 star review into 5 stars once the issue is fixed. It's still not fixed...

Unfortunately this is no longer supported and TS has a history of abruptly pulling support for apps (especially those paid for, like I did this version), to then render the version useless. Unfortunately Discord is even worse because they sell all your voice and video data and sells profile (Steam copycat) skins for £15 a pop. Use TS instead of Discord, or a better alternative with longer support. Unfortunately it won't be long before TS copy Discord because everyone is shamelessly greedy.

Unusable. I've never had to rate an app on the app store as poorly as I have this, but it is inexcusably poorly performing. I join a channel, can talk to and listen to my friends for about 20 seconds, before all audio from my friends cuts out. They can hear me but I can not hear them. I am using a OnePlus 6 with a 4 pole wired headset+mic, android oxygen 10.3.7 (although I've had this problem over a span of months and I have had this problem earlier), and this problem persists in reinstalls.

It is a pretty solid ts3 app, you can basically do almost everything you would want to do with a pc app. But it stops using my mic after about 1 min if I go to another app or lock the phone. When I'm in the app itself it's completely fine and works well. But still very annoying. Looked for any possible settings and the app has background usage enabled. Still no mic usage in background. 4 stars then. Upd: doesn't work with Bluetooth headphones. 3 stars.

Edit: After years and years of waiting it finally works well enough. Old: Disconection from servers doent work well, app frequently crashes, dont buy until it gets fixed

Works great....hands-free feature is nice and connects to my blutooth earbuds just fine...never had a problem in the last few years I've been using it..

Samsung Galaxy S9+ It technically works.. ish. Loooot of glitches. Crashes, black flashing screen, hit and miss audio. It's just voip, imo, it's not THAT complicated of a program to be riddled with so many issues. Huge fan of desktop TS, but the the mobile version has ALWAYS been borderline unusable across multiple phones over the last like... six or seven years.

After paying for the app, its been over a year and its still not usable. App locks up on switching applications, or just sitting for too long, people can still hear me/i can hear them but the UI is 100% unresponsive after it was "fixed" multiple times requiring killing the app or restarting my phone new update: same issues, just leave the app open, switch apps and it stops responding. it also has a really annoying bug that if you open any other app that uses audio, it will switch to loudspeaker
