The App is OK... It would be GREAT, OUT OF THIS WORLD,PERFECT... if it had Zelle so that I can Transfer From Chase Account instead of going to the Credit Union or Taking Pictures of a Check...

Very convenient. I've used the mobile app about a year. I like that it's now enhanced to automatically take a picture of my deposits.

At 72yo it is hard to hold steady as long as needed. Had to retake the pic numerous times because as the pic was being taken, my arm wavered and a corner would go out of picture.

Tech credit union still doing a Outstanding job. 9/27/2022 Great application, no problems. 12/21/2021 Had to uninstall app again and than install again to gain access Had to remove app then reinstall it in order to access. No complaints Excellent application

I used to get notifications that payments had been made in real time. Now it takes about 2 days or more to get these notifications. Then I panic as to what's going on with my account. You can do better

Great credit union .. glad I was able to re open account after 19 years of not being with them .. only reason i ever left was because they were not in florida and it made banking harder back then when online banking was not available ..

One of the best banking apps around. Vastly improved over the years. Security is top notch, and online payment is so easy, it makes ATM/Debit cards seem inconvenient.

Very difficult to keep track of bill paid...they are taken off your list but not deducted from your checking balance till days later. No way to check which ones are pending.

The app made it easy to handle my accounts whether I am transferring from one account to another or just reconciling my accounts. I also love the convenience of not having to go to the bank for everything. Keep up the good work.

It's fast, it's simple, and it's so much nicer and then trying to navigate the website on a PC. The website is fine for exploring, but when I went to get into my account, do some things, and get out, there's nothing better than this app! all apps should work this well!

I love the app, the only issue I have is with mobile check deposit. The imaging process cuts off the right side of the screen so I have to take a distance image then the quality drops.other than that I love the app and Tech CU!

I love that I can transfer money to my checking account when my checking is low....the app is very easy to use and understand..... I also like the messages that they send when you go into your account keeping you updated.

This new upadate SUCKS. WHY Would you completely mess up the mobile check deposit that worked flawlessly before this "improved" update. Trying to take a photo of the back of the check is now NOT working. I endorsed the check and wrote the ridiculously long required words, "for mobile deposit only at tech credit union", below the endorsement signature. The new and failed app update keeps telling me that my signature and/or the paragraph of words is missing. No, I cleary see them written.

it keeps crashing getting stuck and stuff and I enabled fingerprint to log in it keeps kicking me our I have to keep Uninstaller and reinstall to get back on track kinda annoying and sometimes when I go grocery shopping or something and I go in my app to try to transfer money over from savings to check in the app for some reason don't be working so y'all really need to fix this app and make sure it's reliable because I end up having to use another card or another payment because I can't transfer

Most of the app is user friendly, but since an update (summer 2021), there's a problem with transferring money to accounts of other users. I have it set up so I can transfer money to two of my sons. It used to show a name on their accounts. Now it just shows the account number, so I need to remember which is which. Then when I click on it, even the account number goes away. I hope the developers see this review and correct that problem.

the system doesn't reflect properly loan accounts and pushed my due date forward a month when I still owed a balance for interest. I think the system could use some work. I've never experienced this with my other credit unions or banks in the past.
