An absolute scam, they charge you for the card and not mention that untill you have put credit in your account first and then you have to pay 100 pounds of that to get the card and start using your money, not a digital walllet it's a scam an absolute scam

at 1st it was rlly gud now its pretty much useless and expensive for no reason it was known for it being free and easy to use removed almost everything gud about it excited us all removing the fees from BDC ATMs withdraw and then brought it back again for "premium" not to mention that getting a new card after the expiry date was for free now also costs 100EGP, premium is pretty much the standard before this useless update but with different colours it was gud before now they ruined everything

The app is so good and the card is really nice but why did they remove the bills section the bills section was available but they removed it I don't know why

I'll stick with 1 star until you return card deposit again. EDIT: and consider adding smart wallet deposit you will gain much more popularity.

They took all free features and made them premium! Insights is one graph, withdraw from bank de cairo costs 5 pounds, no points reedem, and the free card costs 99 pounds! It's no longer useful it's better to get a bank prepaid card.

Unfortunately it was great app till it's useless now specially after premium subscription, there are new fees for withdrawal from BDC atm, points to cash only available for premium, no international payments, it's not free card now and finally dedicated support for premium users, I know you need to get some money for your services but I don't know why you change free services to payed ones, I'll stop using the card as usual and won't never recommend it again.

Unprofessional customer support. Any facility they add on the application is full of bugs and then they discontinue it saying the problem is on our end without solution. Last transaction they offered a saving subaccount within the main account and then the transfer to the saving account swallowed the money and when i complained they kept saying, will get back to you. So far I have no clue where my money went ! There should be some monitoring for the complains rising against this app.

the app before was usable, now : "you can't use Telda because your device is rooted". ROOTED !! REALLY !!! is that the case ???????? my phone is OPPO A77s; which hasn't yet got an official "root" state released... all I'm saying is: you have to be better at detecting the really "rooted" devices.. not devices that hasn't been updated or rooted to bother.. Thank you.........

An undisciplined company. I contacted customer service several times. They say rules, and in the next conversation the same rules change. No one invites others and waits for the gift or the amount written that you will receive it. This is a lie !!! I have a screenshot with customer service denying the statement and then they deleted the conversation!!!!

The Best Prepaid Card in Egypt. The App is smooth and user friendly interface. The Chat support is a little bit slow but teh eventually answer. Applying and Requesting the card is easy and simple, you receive your card before the 10 days mentioned in the app. Currently the have three plans with their own benefits. I highly recommend anyone who wants a Prepaid Card in Egypt with three plans with different benefits.

It's a great card but Telda could stand to be more clear and transparent with their customers. I ordered the new Plus card and when I activated it I was told by the support that my original standard card was permanently disabled because of the new card and that if I wanted to downgrade later on again I'd need to order a new standard card and I'll need to pay for it. While ordering the new Plus card there were no warnings at all about this. This is very unacceptable and in my opinion unethical.

Absolutely Garbage the app is alright and all but if your willing to get robbed right infront of your eyes please do proceed. Telda has a reputation now of many transaction suspicious activities I have heard myriads of different experiences from friends and people in general that aren't that pretty. As of myself I added money into the account suddenly it disappears out of thin air although the transaction history (my proof) shows that the money never left the account but the balance shows 0.0egp

The service experience overall is fabulous. Easy to use, U.I. is user-friendly 'n customer support replies on you in minutes (even at late times). The unpackging experience of the card was sleek 'n clean. The only downsides I've seen are: app doesn't have dark mode, not too many depositing options (for users who don't have banking cards, Fawry is their only choice, 'n it fails mostly), no e-mail notifications for purchases or activities, 'n you can't send or receive money internationally.
