Only white page is displaying and also agents can't pay any utility bill why is that , the new version keep asking for conformation, Which is time wasting we use it for sell fuels Please take care off it

0, double 0 star i will give if possible, it doesn't open at all what's wrong with u tele. Know is why privatization is so important in this kinds of scenarios.

It is not good it does not display reports of PDF, or exel, or word, etc. & other type of reportes with mobile number. The previous one is better in reporting transactions

It's not even possible to login. The previous one is better than new version. You have to figure out the problem and make it easy please this one is disgusting.

The app is help full to transfer money and to buy every thing. But it have a problem sign in with security question that is why three stars.

The app was good but it need addition improvements. Example 1 Feul operater can not Identify their trxn individuals 2 when agent pay bill for customers it not read customer name. Please update it. Thank you.

Negative side of this app Sometimes it takes more time in log in and more other we are unaware when the app deductes the commissions and its paying you later and later not at the same time it deducted. Otherwise the app is very good mobile wallet financial service in Ethiopia Keep up the good work.

Very poor app, its not supporting every payments like airtime, package, bill payment,... Just its ony for cash in purpose! Can u back to the old one?

It is not friendly. When you try to call them 127 to ask they dont respond. When you try to serch how to use it from Google you dont get clear information. It forced me to look for someone which is an old school. Everything should be found on their web address.

Update version have diffrent problem ,1,we can not see today list of transaction with service number like previous version 2,regstration take too long what if the data directly taken from crm then agent just add photo and id 3,when rejected which service number is reject and why ? when u regester more than 3 we cant identify we Just recive text registration rejected why? 4,this new version startup very slow and some time unable to open it will be black screen while other apps working

Please you may add payer phone adding row just as electric bill for Ethio bill. And also adding additional features for immigration service(passport payment) and ministry of trade and industry.

One of the worst app, This app is intended for merchants yet ethio telecom makes each step difficult and tiresome(which by the way makes the whole vision of switching to digital money more difficult to be adopted) ethiotel makes little or no regard for user experience not to mention the UI which is not the kind of app expected from the biggest company in Ethiopia this platform or app feel like a rush to just be the pioneer in the market not to add value

It is nice app &easy to use as well as it pay commission in every transaction wow Purpuse is bill peyment cash in and cash out ti ticket peyment and many more sevices developer has to work for offline

As it's updated, it's supposed to be better than the previous one. But it's not. Regarding report, the previous one shows Summary for every services separately. But this one doesn't. It doesn't list the whole transaction(Total debited, Total credited amount) on the front REPORT page. Also, when trying to Cash in, it sometimes say Unregistered customer, when they are registered. On the commission part, there's Reverse transaction which deducted from our commission but not explain the reason.
