Update: The app has really smoothed out! I use it once a week to meet with my therapist with very few problems, if any at all. This is a great way to be able to keep seeing the therapist you mesh with, if they move, like mine did. I'm glad I don't have to search for a new one. Older: First time I had a visit with my provider it was good. Everytime after has had problems.

Since updating, the app has been super glitch and worst of all it no longer allows me to connect to my Bluetooth headphones! This is so important for privacy when in therapy sessions. I really hope this gets fixed ASAP. It is now 3/18/24 and the app has still not been updated to allow users to use their Bluetooth headphones. This is a huge privacy concern. Why hasn't this been fixed?? I can't always use my laptop for sessions and should be able to use my headphones!

Overall, the app seems alright but there's room for improvement. Sound was very quiet and I had my volume all the way up, tried switching from phone to speaker and vice versa for audio source. I tried connecting my Bluetooth headphones and it wasn't wanting to connect so I couldn't do that. Video seemed fine for both ends and I was told audio coming from my end was crisp and clear and loud enough, yet the audio from the other end was very quiet. I'm disappointed that headphones didn't work.

Easy to join off links - I don't have to type or paste anything in. It let me attend my appointment on time even though it didn't have the latest version. It would be nice if I could type & see my therapist at the same time, and also send her pictures via the app. She is using a laptop and is cut off if she moves out of the middle third of her screen and she didn't know and keeps forgetting because there's no signifier on her end.

Great sound quality (I used headphones). Video could be slightly better quality. Connection was good and the app interface was easy to use. I really like the hide self view feature as it helped me stay focused on my session and meant I wasn't getting distracted by how I looked.

Straight forward, incredibly simple as a patient. It takes less than 10 seconds to be in my appointment, and while the overall quality of the connection can vary at times my experience has been largely positive -- and any issues may well have nothing to do with the Telehealth app itself.

Being able to attend my appointments online has helped me tremendously. I am a very anxious person. So the anxiety that is caused from everything tied in with driving to the appointments, i.e., traffic issues, making it on time, social anxiety issues, etc. all tax my mental energy to the point that I don't get as much from therapy that I do with my online appointments. Driving back home afterward takes away from remembering correctly important items brought up in discussion as well. Telehealth

on audio+video call, audio briefly cuts off for few seconds at a time, which makes understanding and communication quite frustrating sometimes. today the connection dropped on the therapist's end, and when I tried to do something else from another app on my phone during the call, upon returning to Telegealth my video was black and I had to leave and rejoin the meeting for the therapist to see my video feed again

Surprisingly good!! I was unsure of using the system but now after using it a few times I think it's great. Everything is convenient and easy to find or use. If I've had a problem it was me not the system, once shown I never had the same issue. Logging into the meetings with my therapist was a concern of mine having done so before and it didn't go well, with a different provider. Logging in is the easiest thing here, one click in a email she sends and I'm connected straight to her, gotta love it

I do enjoy how helpful it has been to be able to use this platform for my mental health when having a difficult time to make it to in person visits due to lack of transportation. Plus keeping it linked with different providers and services is a great benefit for keeping me organized and up to date with the appointments as well!

Fantastic experience once you're in the app, but it does not show up in the App Manager... So, if you change to look at your calendar or at a web browser, you can't get back into the app unless you have a link and reinitiate the session. I can hear the other person's audio while switching, but can't get back to the app.

Telehealth is protecting the health of the vulnerable, elderly, and immune-compromised. It provides access without potentially long travel and exposure to others who may be ill, be it in transport, elevators, hallways, waiting rooms, or recently occupied exam rooms. It saves time (travel, waiting) and energy for both patients and providers. It is a key tool to "do no harm!"

The video is soo pixelated! And then we had to reboot the call twice bc the video screen on one end would go black, so the other party couldn't see anything. We switched away from telehealth for 9 months because of the app's instability, but made the mistake of trying it again. Telehealth is still just as unreliable and glitchy as it was 9 months ago.

Doesn't work with Bluetooth headphones and most phones don't have a headphone jack any longer. That's a privacy issue. Also if I try to open my calendar on my phone to schedule my next appt, this app won't run in the background. We have to start all over with my provider sending me a new link. No option to rejoin. Very annoying and worse after the last update.

Straightforward app for online healthcare needs. Functionality is fair and easy to navigate, relatively intuitive. Video and audio connection can have issues from time to time but nothing major. Some room for improvement but will definitely get the job done. Overall I would recommend this app for anyone needing or wanting a virtual option for healthcare communications. Check for updates if you have any persistent issues.

I've been using this app for over a year now, and every time I have an appt with my provider, the app crashes. It isn't just the app either. The website version crashes, too, on a consistent basis. I think if I'm paying for my therapy, I should get the full hour, and I don't because of the issues we have with this. I've updated, uninstalled, closed all background apps, and done everything the website or faq tells you to do. I hope this can be fixed bc its all my provider uses

The overall experience was fine, but this is the only app that does not work with Bluetooth devices like ear buds or the car. Sound only comes through the phone speaker with no settings or options to change. Yes, my phone is connected to my car and my ear buds, immediately before and after the meeting, all sound comes through the connected Bluetooth, but during the meeting, audio comes through the phone speaker. Very inconvenient when you need confidentiality or if your surroundings are loud.

This app does it's base function well from the call recipient end. However, accessibility on the phone is very very poor. When signing in your name, holding the back button does not sequentially delete characters. It only deletes one. The response to typing on the phone keyboard is slow. You cannot type multiple characters a second. For people who have motor difficulties, the buttons are small and hard to press. Given the lag in typing and challenge in accessibility, I can't recommend this.

Of the four health portal apps I use on a very regular basis, I have more issues with this application than any of the others. Whether on my PC or mobile phone, I most frequently encounter issues with the camera or the mic, and my health professional and I seem to need to end the session and reconnect a minute later more often than I would like.

I use this app weekly and it works great. My Internet can be sketchy and it occasionally will freeze, but not nearly as much as I'd expect. The freezing has only happened 2 or 3 times in 2 years. The app makes connecting with my therapist a breeze, no matter where I go.
