After the Jan 11,2024 update my app doesn't open. Doesn't even show me the option to log in,just a blank white screen.I need to transfer money from my account. Please help! Update: Support fixed it after some emails. So I'm going from 1 star to 3. Not 5 because I trust this app with my money and this outage was just unacceptable. If there are issues like I cannot transfer money, that's understandable. But not being able to even log in to check my account was scary. Still supporting Tellus.

Why do you charge a 3.4% fee just for connecting a second bank account. I'm trying to GIVE you money. Seems like a huge unnecessary rip off when you only really pay 6%.....

Seems to not support my discover savings account... The ACH transfers always fail. Edit: Since I never heard back I decided to close my account but apparently need to wait for 7 days for that.. Terrible. Just buy I bonds.

I have 2 checking accounts and I spent a week and a half for them to tell me that their third party wouldn't accept either of my accounts. Edit... Once I got through the mess everything has been smooth. Your money doesn't deposit right away but you earn interest right away. Doesn't take too long to get money out.

Awesome, finally a savings account that really pay you , the more u save the more u get . Thank you guys keep up the amazing job!!!!! Att Abihail Marcano P.D. I seen some reviews, dont know if i have luck , but im been able to remove $ 3 day in bank account and deposite without difficulty. And NO , IM NOT A EMPLOYEE OF TELLUS!

It's a good savings to have, as long as you can leave the money. I just keep having to dip in it for my car. But its such a good app.

All right app you do make about 3 cents a day off of $200 but if you put any more in there there's no guarantee because it's not backed by anything that you will get your money if something happens or if they decide to shut down the app I don't really trust it

I've been a Tellus member using their app since Spring 2021. It's a great way to invest without knowing anything about it, except wanting fantastic rates! Tellus definitely delivers with fantastic base rates, bonus rates for quiz questions, rewards for meeting savings goals or bringing in a friend, and more. I've always had access to my money when I need it; even if it's locked up in a high-intedest vault, I can still pull your money out early. We trust Tellus with 80% of our savings!

6% and 8% sounds too good to be true...Downloaded the app..requires some sensitive information (Last 4 of social)that I was not comfortable to provide to an app I haven't heard about. Reading through the app found out this is not a bank and Not FDIC insured. Be careful if you use this app. I can't find any information of this Tellus - found a Tellus communication company.

Overall, this app has exceeded my expectations for benefits. I was drawn in by the 6% APY and was pleasantly surprised to find that 8% is also available up to $2500 or as high as $4000 if you refer 3 friends in a month Also, the daily/monthly interest you'll earn is easy to calculate with the appropriate formula: Daily = balance × ((1 + APY) ^ (1 / 365.24) - 1) Monthly = balance × ((1 + APY) ^ (1 / 12) - 1) $10k at 6% APY (0.06) gives $1.59/d or $48.67/mo Great way to offset inflation losses!

Unfortunately, I will have to end the use of this app. I recommended this app to many people. I was excited about the the fact that there were no fees & I can earn interest. However, all good things must come to an end. I am in need of a statement to show the bank in order to purchase a home. However, I haven't gotten a response for the from last week when I sent the request via chat & email. Now my home purchase is in jeopardy because there is no evidence of my account transactions. Zero stars!

Great app, it's not fdic insured because it's not a bank. It's backed by real estate. The deposits/transfers take quite a bit of time, no less than 7 business days. Also it doesn't seem like they have too many employees as any changes that have to be approved take so long. With that said the apy is great, and features are great.

If they made it to where you can add any amount, that would be MUCH better, as I don't always have 125 to throw in. Also, if the required amount to Ean was a bit lower, that would be nice. And pause Boosters when unde the required amount. 7% being wasted atm.

I am unable to add money to the account, which makes this app entirely useless. I am registered and logged in, and I have a bank account already linked. When I try to transfer money, the app keeps prompting me to "get my account set up and funded." After the SSN verification step, it gives me a "Let's get started" prompt, which leads me directly back to start the verification process over. It's an infinite loop that prevents me from doing anything with the app.

Tellus has been a great addition to my tools I use to manage our rental properties. It handles everything I need in one place, which is awesome. I have used it to list my properties, which it does automatically for me on all of the main rental sites, plus it handles tenant applications and screening, then goes beyond with automatic bank drafts for rental payments too! The chat feature has also been invaluable, as the folks at Tellus are super responsive and very helpful, plus I'm sure it will come in handy for communication with my tenants as well. Overall, I think this is a really cool new way to keep all rental activities in one place. Thank you Tellus!

Enjoy using this app! Definitely not the most user friendly. The sliders for projecting returns are so hard to use to get a certain amount selected. Also the PIN screen flickers since the last update. Gotta wait for the screen to flicker before you enter the PIN. 2/25/22 - locked out of app, no reply from customer service. No access to the money I put in there.

Downloaded roughly a month ago to use the invest feature and disappointed with the wait-list. I religiously followed in app guidance the first few weeks to move up the list faster, but over the past week I've moved backward or haven't advanced at all. The only option left for me is to invite friends, but I refuse to recommend a product I haven't tested. There are other peer-to-peer lending apps to check out with less deceptive tactics.

Overall really enjoy the app. Easy to deposit funds, I love being able to have different stacks for different savings goals. Support has been very helpful and responsive whenever I have an issue. My only major issue that I'm experiencing is the linked bank account. In order to change my linked bank I have to completely withdraw all of my money to that account. And then support can change my bank. This creates an issue for those who no longer use that account.I can't add a second bank account.

Easy way to save money while earning high interest. It's a pretty simple concept: deposit money and they pay you 3.95% interest. There are two things that make it even better: 1) the interest is paid out DAILY, and 2) they have lots of little promos or ways you can earn extra % points. I've had a couple of problems with the app, but support was really good about helping fix them quick.

Edit: Support resolved the issues after review. If you have similar problems reach out. Old: Off to a bad start, couldn't continue my desktop sign up on the app. I get emailed a code, it tries to verify it, and then I click continue and it says it's failed. After a few rounds of that I closed and reopened the app and it had me logged in. But now I can't open an account, it just goes through the steps, I put in all my info and hit continue and it takes me back to the let's get started screen.
