Update 17.05.2021 An absolutely horrendous application, and now the website is as bad as the app. Searching through the bank transfers not functioning. Printing bank transfers not possible. Update 01.10.2020 in what IT university did they say, update your app in prime time at 11:00 AM? 3 Months now.... getting worse not better. ##### This App needs to get better fast. I am forced to use it. It is buggy and slow. Way too many features that all seem to have the goal of collecting information.

Had some hopes with this app. But again, doesn't show pending transactions nor the actual balance. Anything paid by card won't show up because is pending, hence Balance you see doesn't equal the actual money available. Also the Merchant name inside that rounded box, gives the impresion that can be edit. Looks like an input field. If you change to table view, have the Merchant name twice. Sadly there's no decent App out there that's able to show exactly what you have. This one isn't the exception, but I guess it comes down to Germany living in 1990 when it comes to banking.

Complete joke from the start, by now somewhat finished. Still problems with Enpass (other password managers probably as well) & u also can't paste into the password field, so no way to login on mobile devices properly.

Very poor quality app. All it does is try to advertise you and give you coupons. Something must be up with the servers tonight, because I can't see my transactions right now. I'm seriously thinking of leaving this crumbling bank altogether, and this new car-crash of an app migration is the last nail in the coffin.

It's ok APP, and it works fine for me so far. However, my bank forces me to use a 3rd party APP seems really bad for me. (I was told that I cant communicate with the bank anymore, and the "Postfach" will be deactivated. It will be seen what this COMECO company does with the data. All in all, I do not feel comfortable dealing with a 3rd Party on my bank info. It will be seen who is responsible now for hacked data or errors. Now there is the potential for the bank to accuse the app and visa versa, in the end the customer has the issues. I believe it's time to change to a bank that does take responsibility to make its own app.

Only used it for an hour now, and it's working mostly fine, however the Contract Manager doesn't seem to work for me at all, the Ads and "News Stories" (basically also ads) are annoying and as far as I can tell there is no option for 2FA, which IMO is a must for a Banking App!

This app is a disgrace. I want to view my accounts, not get ads for some vouchers. I keep getting connectivity errors too now and why do I need an outlook on my account status that I cannot remove? This app is making me want to switch to a different bank. I dread to think how much this app cost when there was already perfectly functional one available

Why upsetting so many users with TEO? Apart from the initial software stability problems which appear to have been taken care of, mostly the insufficient overview and the many further applications and the advertising were addressed. Why is it not possible to allow the user to keep only the applications he wants to use, as is possible with a number of them? Not only occupy these applications a greater part of the screen they clearly give rise to frustration to people who will never use these applications or are even hostile about them. Moreover, some of these applications still do not work well. The option of deleting would give more space for a better overview, for example why is the IBAN no longer present? A 60 mil€ investment (if I should believe the papers) should give sufficient space for further development with a view of addressing the assessments of the users.

Disastrous!! Conclusion: I will change bank. (Currently Sparda Bank) I cannot see my historical bank transfers. I can only see the current year. The old app was way better!. These guys only want to sell services and gather information. --- DE --- Ich werde die Bank wechseln. Ich kann meine historischen Überweisungen und Bezahlung nicht sehen! Ich kann nur das aktuelle Jahr sehen. Die alte App war viel besser. Sie möchten nur Dienstleistungen verkaufen und Informationen sammeln.

Adding Bank Account Sparda BW not possible. Latest version installed. Authentification was successfull. Than error. Option to call 24 / 7 h support. Number doesn't exist! With other accounts I have regularly the effect to be kind of not available. Have to re-add the account. All in all it takes much more time to use TEO than other banking adds.

Slower and more dysfunctional than the previous Sparda app, but most of all it is so full of advertisement and useless information that it is annoying to use ! It would be so much better if they simply got rid of all the useless junk and concentrated on streamlining the user interface. Compared to other banking apps it is very poor.

This is by far the worst banking app I have ever come across. It is incredibly buggy and it never works when I need it, half the time I cannot even log in, which for a banking app is quite awful. I generally do not find it intuitive and I think the old Sparda online banking was more intuitive because it had less going on, less is more. Honestly, a really stupid move from Sparda to outsource their banking app.

I like the Secure App feature for the 2FA verification. Still a bit cumbersome to do online banking, I still prefer to use the laptop for online transfers. Other than that, the notifications of when a payment comes in and goes out can be quite useful. Room for improvement, it's quite good :)

The final nail in the coffin was Today: I tried to make some QR transfers and the QR reader was zeroing the cent amount. I checked the multiple QRs with a plain text QR rd. app and all they were correct. On top of that the app just does not do the transfer, so I guess this is the way Teo mange to inform the customer that they messed up the QR reader instead of displaying a clear message e.g. "sorry QR transfer is not working", they just dsbl the transfer itself but left the option in.

Much worse than the old sparda app. Buggy I just spent 15 minutes resetting the password and resetting the app when it didn't work and blocked my online account although the correct password was used. Account information such as balances is harder to see on the ad cluttered screen and you cannot make international bank transfers using this app. Any clues how to do that Sparda or do we guess? thanks for the reply but none of the problems have been corrected. I still cannot do international bank transfers. Now the old online banking has been turned off I can no longer make transfers to the UK at all, I asked the bank and they said to use the old online banking (which no longer works). as far as I can see you can no longer get a simple pdf download of your account transactions for the year and can only take screen shots of transactions one at a time. I wish I could give zero stars and am looking into changing my account because this is not acceptable.

Bloated and for a banking account I pay money for unacceptable. I don't think it's too much to expect a clean and simple banking app without advertising for a paid account. I have accounts with other banks that are free and I have no ads in the app. Besides that the app is terrible slow, everything takes more taps than necessary. Will be switching banks.

Not the worst but the previous app was way better. Simple as it should be for a banking app, all the details you needed to know in one place and user friendly for foreigners too. The new app destroys the whole online banking experience. I just need an app to check my balance, pay some bills and confirm an online purchase. The extra sauce isn't that necessary. But yeah we can't do otherwise since this is mandatory.

Update & Response. It's not only one day with problems. The App is very slow, I have to connect and try to login more than one time to be able to go through, very slow to load the details of the bank account. Just hope that thes issues will be fixed in the near future. You can't seriously design an App for net banking that customers have to rely on it to make their transactions.. Very Bad. Frustrating and slow.
