Update: They fixed the app, only to make it even worse! I didn't think that was possible, but it was. Now it tells me the the barcode scanner isn't supported on my device, a Samsung S21 Ultra. Really? Please fix this app. It was great in the beginning. App is good until they update then it quits working. They fix those problems, it works good again, then they update it again. And guess what happens then...you got it, it quits working. Please fix your problems and quit screwing with it!

2.4.20 scanner still has problems. After scan you can't get back to home screen. Later when trying to scan, either get dark scan screen or reload message but it won't reload downloaded the app to scan tickets. It worked great then it stopped working. I have a Note 4. Would appreciate IGT finding and correcting the problem. 1/2019 they fixed my problem. love the application

While the app functions as defined, I've had sets of numbers simply dissappear. I've emailed what I hoped would be development for a simple feature to save on tickets. Have the ability to, if you choose multiple plays, all be on the same ticket. Other State Lottery apps do this. Think of having to submit a paper slip for every three of your plays. Then have the tickets be individual. Paper waste. If I play 10 draws, there should be 10 plays on the one ticket. Simple.

I've been using this app for years to scan my scratch off's and enter 2nd Chance drawings but it doesn't work anymore. When I scan my tickets it will seem as if it's working but just goes right back to home page and won't show results. Very frustrating and basically without the scanner function there's no point in keeping the app installed.

I had downloaded this app and it was working. Now with new version, scanner does not work! I don't want to have to go to the store every time to check them. What went wrong??? I downloaded the app again and the bugs have been fixed! The Scanner works wonderfully! I can now check my lottery tickets on my phone! Yay! 01-12-2020 The scanner on this as app is not working for me again. It just keeps losing with no results.

Good when it works. App used to work great, but lately it says error no connection, or unable to complete request try again later. This happens almost every time, so I need to close app and re-open. It would be great if I could pick 5 sets of lucky numbers to play all on (1)scan. Maybe I just can't figure out how, but I don't think it will do that. So you have to scan (5) times for (5)separate tickets.

This app sucks!! What happened to the old scanner app? There were no glitches with the old app, none. This one will scan a few then the screen will just flash, upon scanning. That's all it will do, is flash. It will not tell you, whether or not the ticket is a winner or not a winner. I've already un-installed a re-installed the app 8 times and it still does the same thing.

They took a mediocre app and destroyed it. Not functional at all, way too busy, like it was designed for kids. Destroyed Lucky Number section now that you have to scan once for each play versus one scan for multiple plays like in the past. Now all you do is upset the retailer and everyone in line behind you. This should be a functional production app, but it is not and in the worse color pattern they could have ever selected. Entire app worse. I am moving back to paper play slips.

Contrary to a posting by app developer, after last update, scanner is STILL NOT WORKING correctly! App will scan 1 or maybe 2 tickets and, then, nothing. Sits on scanner screen telling you to adjust distance and then gives a "scan cancelled" message. Previous version scanned perfectly over and over. This version is so inconsistent that i have no confidence in the results presented when it does scan a ticket. My opinion, lousy coding and apparently no testing before release. My phone is a stock Galaxy S9. This is version 2.3.2 released on 1/14/2020.

Absolutely horrible!! This new update has been complete trash. I have had to uninstall and reinstall it twice on both my phone and my husband's phone, and it still doesn't scan. It just spins and loads endlessly 😭 I'm un-installing for good!! Get better programmers. UPDATE: I tried to use this app 1 more time. Installed it; it's completely useless. This is ridiculous!! So back to going to the store to check my ticket. If I could give it -1 I would. My sister and husband have the same issue

Using this app to scan the barcode of your lottery tickets is useless. After installing it'll work to scan a few bar codes and then after that it stops working. Itll scan the barcode (not automatically anymore, I have to tap the screen) and it'll say something like "License Valid" and then after I scan a barcode it goes back to the previous screen and doesnt tell me if my ticket was a winner or not. Sometimes if I uninstall and reinstall the app I'll be able to get the Scan Your Ticket part of the app to work again for a few scans but after a couple it stops working again. That's the only reason I care for having this app and if that doesn't even work then it's pointless to have.

App, worked great until TX Lottery updated it with new terms and conditions. Every since the update, the barcode scanner will not working. It will allow you to scan the tickets, but with no results. It keeps spinning as if it's looking for a connection. I have uninstall the app, reinstall the app, twice. Did a little troubleshooting in the app settings, cleared app conch, as well as the data. Scanner still not working on my S9 plus . Can you please resolve the scanner issue?

That's it, I'm done! I've tried & I've tried to be patient with you guys but, the app has gotten progressively worse. I ignored the constant crashes, and overlooked longer-than-normal load times for the app to open. But the one thing I could depend on the most is barely functioning...and that's the ticket scanner. With that being down, I'm taking this app out.

I like the app, always scan my ticket agter I scratch it to make sure I didn't over look a win.....lol. I also like that you can see what new tickets came out and when. Also the stats it gives you on when the big pirzes have been claimed. But now when I scan my ticket all it does is spin,spin,spin and spin with no results. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work!!!! Please fix!!!

Always crashes, new update and now it doesnt work at all. The newest issue, if you want it to scan your ticket it immediately opens camera and takes a picture without it even getting close to the ticket and saying "not a winner". Obviously it's not a winner when you take a picture of the table when given .003325 seconds to focus and aim the camera

I love being able to scan my games before going to a merchant. However, I quit using it as much because I maybe can get it to focus on 2 out of 5 scratch offs. Even though I'm holding it still and in the exact same spot as the ones that did scan. I hope it gets fixed soon because it saves time and fuel. On the 2nd Chance games.... ***""Ever Notice That The Same People ALWAYS Win!"" And I've compared for a couple years! And been sending in for many years. Not disgruntled just Observant.

This app worked just fine until several updates were applied. Now the barcode scanner opens, scans and goes immediately to the home screen. I'm using an LG V10 which should work just fine. It works with any other app I have that requires scanning a barcode or QR Code. Very frustrating! 7/27/18: Update: No change...scanner still doesn't work. This comes after bug fixes for the scanner. It renders this app pretty close to useless for me. 8/1/20: The scanner still doesn't work. Using Moto G6!

Before the last update, I would've given 4 stars. Now, like everyone else on here, my scanner never gives me the results if I win or lose on a scratch off. Also, I preferred the scanner prior to the last two updates, I would've given 5 stars for it. The scanner issue has been fixed, so I have changed my rating to 5 stars. Very happy...🥰 thanks for resolving the issue so fast!

Recent update has basically broken the app. Used to be a tiny bit buggy, but extraordinarily functional. Now, the home screen won't load and scanning tickets results and no confirmation screen at least half the time. This should be unpublished immediately and rolled back to the previous only slightly glitchy version! App is increasingly buggy. System unavailable regularly. And the two factor authentication to sign in to luck zone is extraordinarily inconvenient and unnecessary. New 2FA sucks!

The new login process utilizing the 2-FA is a little inconvenient. Apparently, put there to further protect the user's private account information. With all the data breaches going on, IMO, it's better to be safe than sorry. The current issue is that sometimes the scanner mis-reads whether the ticket is being checked to see if it's a winner or if it's a Luck Zone entry. Will clear app cache to see if the issue is eliminated. If that doesn't work, then a fix is needed. Still a 5 Star app.
