This app won't play any other language but English. Also if you want it to read to you you have to start with the beginning and then manually swipe to the Chapter you want it to read. If you close the app and reopen it you have to start from the beginning again and then manually swipe to where you left off in order for it to continue reading. Very annoying.

I feel like there should be a higher and mark your spot like the Gospel Library App. There should be an offline version without voice to text. It's better to have it with more functional base like adding a higher, and also something like a hoovering over the words as it plays the chapters or sections.

Compared to regular Bible apps like You Version, this app is pretty disappointing. No way to save progress, no way to highlight or take notes. The only thing that seemed better at first were the videos connected to verses, but they are sooo slow paced as to be nearly unwatchable. I can see where this was geared to make it easy to access, and to be an introduction to the concepts, but it is not a great app.

The layout is beautiful, and I love how well this app works. It's almost perfect for my needs. ❤ The only thing I'm curious about is whether or not there is a way to highlight and take note, and sync those to my LDS account so I can see the annotations between devices. The whole library is too big to fit on my phone (due to lack of available space on my device), so I love the idea of having just this single book. I just really wish I could take notes and sync everything like we can with the Gospel Library app. Is there any way we can make that happen? :D

A beautiful way to keep the Word of Wisdom with you regardless of where you are. Doesn't drain the battery. Easy to navigate and read. A great alternative to the physical copy of Book of Mormon if you arent able to access one at the time. Would really love and annotation feature for personal studying.

The English version works great, and this is a life changing book. However it refuses to open Japanese or Korean even though they are downloaded. Crashes immediately when selecting a language. I hope it gets fixed soon. Would be perfect if split screen was enabled, allowing two languages side by side.

It works really well. It has some good videos explaining the book of Mormon. It also has an awesome daily verse feature that I like.

This is designed to help make sharing The Book of Mormon easier, and also allows the user to ask questions or connect with missionaries. Plus there is a children's animated version. It's packaged very well and would be a good alternative to giving a physical copy.

The update they made to it have made it difficult to operate. the original version (before the latest update) that had the audio play at the top was simple and easy, now it adds extra and unnecessary steps such as you must be scrolled up to the top of the page to be able to start audio playback. Because of this I change from 5 to a 2 star rating.

I like the app and it was working great before but with the latest update, you can't click on any of the extras for the topical guide. I am not sure why these features were removed, as it was helpful to have both the gospel library and this. The text size is also buggy. Would give five stars if the features were still there otherwise. EDIT: Now you can't select the text, either. Why are features bring removed?

Amazing. Has blessed my life in so many ways, meaning the book. But, the app has a couple bugs. A lot of my notes and tags were deleted when I switched devices. I did a sinc before I switched so that isn't the problem. I've heard this has happened to others as well. If fixed this app would be just about perfect.

I liked another BOM app much better, but unfortunately, it disappeared from my phone. What I liked about the other was that the font size was larger than this and the audio controls didn't cover up part of the screen. I also liked the voices better. They seemed to be engaged in what the text was talking about. This one is more like somebody reading text, without feeling.

Truly a testament of Christ, a companion and completion to the Bible and the doctrine thereof. The app itself is very easy to use, the audiobook part of it is nicely done, the features are nice, and yeah altogether the app is pretty great. The Book itself is quite literally beyond description. I highly recommend reading it, pondering it, and praying about it. Feast on the wonderful words of Christ. Pray, with faith in Christ and real intent, and all things'll be made know to you.

If you take the Book of Mormon from Gospel Library app, you get thus one. I like that I can open straight to what I'm reading. While someone else may like all the extras the last update added (videos and such), I preferred the old way. I do wish I could download the audio so that I could listen offline. Both Gospel Library and this app will default to text & speech when offline, which I find annoying.

This app is meant to be less overwhelming and just be a helpful resource to those who are just learning about what the Church of Jesus Christ. It has the text translated into English at first, but you can change it to your preferred language. Also, if you press the top right, vertical "..." icon, and press "Related Content" then you'll get helpful visual aids like pictures and videos of what is going on in the scriptures you're reading. (This is a simplified version of the Gospel Library app.)

Has reading and/or listening options. A feature I REALLY like is when I reopen it, it takes me to the exact chapter where I stopped. Audio activation used to be more convenient but no biggie once I figured out the extra steps now required (wonder why that). Former narrators (Bruce Lindsay etc) were MUCH better. Also it has started cutting off narration at the end of the chapters. Used to be better, especially narrators, but still a great app that I'm grateful to have. No ads, easy on battery.
