Very very bad app, drivers and call center employees are the worst and I'm talking from many experiences with them. They mark the order delivered while I wasn't and they also mark the complaints resolved without contacting the customer.

Once you place the order you are at the mercy of the restaurant, I had an issue with a restaurant that accepted an order and I could not cancell it until after an hour the driver confirmed that it is closed. We should have a simple option to cancel the order

Orders keep getting declined by vendor with no reason! customer support provides NO SUPPORT or resolution to complaints! Poor support overall.

The drivers in this app don't pick you order till the clock ends! If this so called app picks the 'finest goodies in the city' why your drivers are not arriving at the specified time?? You either have a customer support or this app is worthless. This will be the last time I order from the chefz till this issue is handled. (No customer service chat, reckless drivers who start 'picking up' the order after time is finished, and no compensation for rhe customer)

I rated this app 5 stars before but now I don't see it deserves more than 1 star. I ordered from a restaurant and food was not cooked properly and when I contacted the customer services ( whitch is pointless because you cannot really talk to someone or explain your issue) I recieved a message saying you could contact the restaurant by yourself! Other apps like Jahez is morre professional and will deal with such issues immediately. I am very unsatisfied with it and will close my account.

Made my first order on it a couple of days ago, it was smooth and the delivery was fast. The only issue is that you can't see the delivery fee until the payment stage. This is unpractical since you would do the entire process and find out that the delivery fee is high and you don't want to pay it.

These days I can never get an order accepted EVER! I've been trying for almost a week now and everytime I order either I get a message that Chefz is busy or I place an order and after waiting an hour and half it says order declined without giving a reason. And when I try to reorder it either gives an error message or crashes. Used to be good, now it's sadly useless.

I've tried installing to two different phones, my international phone, and my local one. My international one tells me I've been banned for violating the terms of service. Neither phone will allow me to add a payment method. I always get the same error, "this transaction has been cancelled" My card has never even registered the attempt to verify the card. I've tried multiple cards, always the same problem. The food on your app looks great, but it's worthless if i can't order.

Terrible App that doesn't work at all. It is absolutely impossible to make an order. I have been trying for 2 weeks. It crashes everytime I am placing an order. I spoke to.customer service and left several notes and the last thing they sent me is use an Apple device it will work there!!! Worst app ever. Should get zero stars.

I really like the pickup option in this app. However, a major problem is that after I pay for the order and then the restaurant accepts it, there's no way to show the restaurant that payment has been completed. Even from the restaurant's side, it doesn't show. Please update the app to show the payment status of the pickup orders to avoid confusion. I know orders get cancelled if payment isn't completed, but the restaurants don't know about that

suggestion: I recommend adding a field to evaluate drivers. most of chefz drivers are professional but some are not. there is already a place to evaluate restaurants and orders but nothing for drivers.

the started delivering multiple orders for different people at once, I ordered almond coffee and it took the driver over 1h to deliver the coffee, unfortunately I had to throw my order away so basically I throw my money away on this app, it used to be good but it's getting worse over time the customer service are messed up

What's the meaning of "please change the maker to another place" after selecting the delivery location? I have tried all the places in the kingdom and always shows like this. What's wrong?

For over 30 minutes I could not sign up. I verified my number and moved to 2nd screen where I entered my user name and password then clicked on the register button. Nothing happened, no error, no message. Just poor ux and service.
