The app won't even open on my Google Pixel 7 Pro. I tried uninstalling / reinstalling but it still doesn't work. I emailed customer service a week ago but nobody responded. Very disappointing. Update 3/13/23: I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to give me a couple of coupons toward a future purchase. I resolved the issue on my own by changing my password. I'm guessing that there must have been one or more special characters in the old password that caused the app not to behave

This app is buggy! The last few times I tried to order, it defaults to a 400 PM asap pickup time... But it's almost 1000 PM and it doesn't give you the option to choose another time and it gives you an error when you try to hit PAY. It has been like this for weeks. (and yes, I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persisted.)

I love using the Habit app! It is literally one of the most intuitive interfaces I have ever seen. It walks you through each step of the process in a logical, efficient way. Their menu has delicious options on their own; but if there's something you don't like, you customize it to your liking. And, as always, time between order and pickup is speedy fast without compromising that delicious Habit taste. Great food, great service!

I like the Habit Burger restaurant, especially the veggie burgers, but the app sometimes doesn't work right. Sometimes I can't order because the pickup time won't work. Other times a special offer won't work. All that causes extra time to get an order, so I generally won't order if there's a problem. It might be easier to just order online, without the app.

My ordering experiences have been great. The app is easy to navigate and complete an order. My only complaint is that there are options not on the app that are available online, in person. Like the option to add tri tip to a salad, request Teriyaki sauce on the side for dipping French fries into to , or to add an extra portion of Tri tip to your sandwich. These seem like simple items that should be in drop down menu. When their added I'll review with all 5☆'s.

Finally! Lol. A great app. Very user friendly, easy to navigate and find the foods you're looking for. Easy to edit and pictures are sharp. Payment gateway is an easy process. Love this app , way better than the other web-based one. One suggestion, if you can put an option to take a picture of your card instead of typing the numbers in would be fantastic. That's it. Great job dev.

This was an interesting issue - months ago, I could not order any food in the app (or so I thought) since the flow to add a credit card from the settings menu was seemingly broken. However, when I add a card via making an order and telling it to remember the card, it works without any further issue. I wonder what the difference here was. Mistyped API endpoint perhaps? Probably a bug. P.S. The review is not giving 4 stars for the bug, so much as the bug caused me to miss my free 1st sandwich.

UI is impressive, looks really clean, and scales well to devices. It has almost every feature one could want. The only place there is room for improvement is more customization options, and a "comments" or "other" box to type in an customization options not present in the menu. The only technical issues are location privacy, payment security and encryption being a little lacking, and the phone number prompts being unable to accept a country code before the ten digit phone number.

Curbside pickup options rely on GPS location to determine when you've arrived, which would be fine if I wasn't ordering from home and having someone else pick up. There's no way to tell the store you've arrived so your food just sits there getting cold until you lose patience and have to walk in, completely defeating the purpose of selecting curbside pickup. Same thing happened back in April and I was hoping they got it figured out by now (August) but nope. This app confuses everyone.

While the food is good and not to expensive, and the app does work, it has so many polish issues that are kind of grating. For example, when customizing a burger all the options have a custom selection menu and they are not in the same order. Left might take you to none on one ingredient or extra on another. Or on the options section 'none' and 'no change' are both options for something. Tell me, why would you have both options for say, a patty on a burger. Ironically 'none' is the default

The app itself is fine by and easily navigable. But it doesn't work! Prior to maybe 6 months ago everything worked fine. Now, each different time I CHECKOUT, I get an error window NO PICK-UP TIME HAS BEEN CHOSEN. When I tap the window to pick a time, the next window opens BLANK. This is more than annoying. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least half dozen different times, but this makes no difference. Tonight, I took my hunger and my order Elsewhere.

Horrible App! I've been trying to place orders every once in awhile for over a year with no success! This includes on a new phone I currently have. It always gives me an error saying something "it's not you, it's us...an error occurred" after I try to finalize the order and pay. That's right, the app is junk! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success. UPDATE: I did send the details and received a reply that my feedback would be shared with your IT team. 🙄

The app used to be a great way to order, but currently it is a confusing mess. If I order a Double Char WITH Cheese, I can add mustard. If I order it without Cheese, there is no option to add mustard. Without cheese I can get extra pickles, with cheese, I can either have pickles or no pickles, but not extra pickles. Cannot substitute bread type anymore. Annoying and confusing. Will get food from there less often.

App works fine and is pretty good but one critical flaw is you can't add offers from anywhere but the home screen it seems. So you would put an entire order together then need to go back to apply the offer. Makes it easy to forget or assume.its coming up on the next screen but then you've paid all of a sudden. Edit: still doesn't work like I said above and also I tried to order my free birthday charburger but couldn't because I had recently used a different offer too.

I never had an issue with this app before but I recently realized once you load a gift card balance to the app, you can't use it in the store. The balance shows up as a payment option but there is no "scan" option to spend it like literally every other app. I'm sure I could use it for a mobile pickup order but it seems like such a silly issue to not have a scan in-store option like everyone else has.

(See update)I used to love this app. Now it's nothing but network errors and bs. It never let's me finish an order. Bummer because it's down the street... Update! I uninstalled and re-installed the app and it seems to be working, mostly. I'm updating my review to 4 stars. It seems that if your local store doesn't offer delivery, it just says "error on the form". If I order for pickup, it's fine. Maybe we can fix this?

The app was intuitive... but not anymore. Before you could order a burger and customize to add extra patty. Now it's on the burger list with no way to add a note to add onto ordered burger. I know it's not a big deal but it's very inconvenient... especially when you HAD it right the first time. If possible, please fix. I have a dirty job and having to make my own burger is not ideal. Thank you.

Decent app so far, but there are kinks to work out, and there could be much more flexibility in order options. The optional add one have "no", "no change" and "none" as options. There's no "yes" option. And two of the options are of redundant. Adding extra patties or cheese to a burger is impossible. Both can be added to a burger in store. On the app, there's no option for extra cheese. A side of patties is available, but there's no option to add any to a burger.

Considering the entire ordering experience has been moved from inperson to app/kiosk based I would like to see the app fixed. The customization options for removing an item are "No Change" "No change" (yes just lowercase 'c') and "No"... How is this helpful? The option for substituting the bun for Sourdough bread has been removed entirely. When adding or substituting an item the options are "None" (default) "No change" (lowercase 'c') and "Sub" or "Add $x.xx" Please make these simple corrections

App is severely flawed. I have reached out to support multiple times with no response. The store address in the app shows incorrectly on the map and automatically assigns my order to a restaurant very far away. It also sends the poor delivery driver to the wrong place so my orders always get cancelled. Edit: Like I said, I've reached out multiple times with no response
