Horrible app. Signing in and changing your password at the apps request, is so convoluted that one just gives up. Further, if you have two Gmail accounts, you must sign in with the subscription account or you will continue to receive ads.

As a religious application, they are always pushing 100% fear of weather. As for weather predictions, they are correct about ⅓ of the time. Maybe less. Their weather guessers are slightly better than the Apple Android and Microsoft ones.

Soo many ads. They like to move into your vision just when your trying to look at something. A lot of questionable ads as well. Tedious just to try and find out what the (usually wrong) weather prediction is.

U Update: your weather map has again been rendered useless!!!! Instead of showing precipitation and useful information, and now simply displays temperatures across North America using big scary colors to make everyone live in fear that the world's going to burst into flames! Why can't you simply Just well enough alone! Or at least give us the option of a radarradar map that is useful???

Not getting any severe weather alerts, even though there is an excessive heat warning in my area. Not even showing the alert on the main page, let alone push notifications. All my other weather apps are showing this alert. Uninstalling.

Working better, but still no way to reorder the layout so you can look at what's important to you. Have to scroll down over half a page of useless information just to see the actual weather forecast. The forecast is the priority, people, not your "news"!! App also still ignores my settings to NOT autoplay videos, and does what it wants (can you say "invasive"?). At least they've stopped referring to early Sept as "fall". Paid subscriber for now, but... WeaWow does a better forecast w/ no fees.

It use to be good but now has so many problems. It keeps going to perception map even when I switch to radar map It keeps switching back. Then when you try to find more help it won't stay on long enough to even read.

Ya.. i hope that the weather networks' it guys are reading these reviews and will take heed to what we're saying.. for years this app ran smoothly and i could watch their videos and read the articles with a reasonable amount of ads that weren't disruptive... but now i have to be annoyed by repeating ads between videos which make me not even wanna watch ANY.

Thanks for the update and constant notifications on a storm that's 300 km away. Tons of clickbait on site and in app. Useless. Dreadful. Slow. Never improves. Ad LOADED. What kind of out of touch moron is giving this app a good rating? How could it be worse? "It tells me the weather eventually. 5 stars!!!" What?! Constant slow loading ads. What an awful website for something that should just be helpful. Absolutely trash cause there are no real competitors. It makes me hate the weather network.

So, I have the app on my Pixel 7, and bookmarked on my laptop. On my laptop, I can access golf courses, including the one I play on regularly. However, teh app on my phone does not have golf courses, and a search for the course comes up empty. I emailed TWN support for help/information but never got anything but an automated response. Too bad because I really like using TWN.

I deleted this app today. I'm sick of scrolling for weather and instead seeing gross and disgusting ads. There are way too many ads now. The barrage is non stop! Video ads running, full screen pop-ups. You are constantly trying to see between nonsense to find the weather information. And many of the ads are terrible bordering on gross. It's sad to me how a once go to app for me has disintegrated into complete garbage due to greed. Don't need to know the weather that badly. Uninstalled.

"Your weather when you really need it." What a crock. It can frequently take several minutes to load. I subscribed hoping that would fix the issue. I've cancelled. Before you go blaming my phone, other apps don't have this issue. Google Earth, Walking Odometer, Garmin Connect. All open instantly. What's going on Weather Network developers!?

Use to like the app. They have changed the radar map to stretch a bunch of days instead of hours so it shows no useful information anymore. No settings to change from days to hours. What is with that. Do they even look at the results of changes like that? Never fails to amaze me how app can be fine only to be messed up with changes that are not necessary. Uninstalled after using it for several years

Literally the slowest and biggest waste of time ever. Nothing ever loads and things change so often my phone freezes everytime i get a notification. Maybe simplify things and it wont be such a mess. Way to much happening on one page! I just want to see the weather today not have to click around and load 9 different pages and look at ads. Maybe just make the main page just today. And if people want to know more then they can navigate that. Its just to much all on one page.

It used to be my go to app for weather but now there are way too many ads. And I'm not talking about those little ones baked into already busy interface (4-5 on main screen, which in my opinion are distracting and make it hard to find relevant info) but full screen "interrupting" ads like the ones you see in many mobile games. I understand that nothing is free and there has to be some ads but this is way too much. I'm sorry but I'm switching to WeatherCAN.

It's always inaccurate, clunky interface. I find the map showing where its high in temperature being bright yellow, orange and red is absolutely ridiculous and terrible to look at. I feel like they are portraying it is hotter than normal, but its not. This app follows along the whole woke climate action initiative and thus is getting a 1 star until they fix it. The earth goes through a natural climate change, so stop with this nonsense.

TWN has always been my most dependable weather station, via website AND app. I have had the app on my phone for a long time and I love having the widgit for easily accessible weather forecasts. However, recently, the app has stopped opening whenever I'm on a WiFi network.. I discovered that the app will only work while using data and after turning WiFi off... I find this disappointing and inefficient... I don't want to have to 1) turn my WiFi off each time, or 2) find a new weather app.

All of a sudden they changed the radar map from a short but useable format to something that only scrolls the next week. How the hell are you supposed to use a slider that just rapidly skips over all the weather. To change the slider increments from hours to days is a horrible idea. Now it's completely useless as I can't tell what the weather is doing, u just see some brief changing shapes as the weather goes by in days. Whoever decided this is a moron. Definitely gonna switch to another app.

Lots of information organized very well, pretty good notification bar/status line for at-a-glance instant information. I hate the ads so much, especially these distractingly animated ads. At least they're small but there are too many ads interfering with the app. I'm somewhat concerned about the privacy implications of the privacy statement and these ads, though, and exactly what they're able to get from this application. Overall great app aside from the concerning plurality of invasive ads.

This could be a great app, but unfortunately it falls short on being able to do "basic" things. The most annoying of which is the fact that it constantly shows an hourly forecast, even though I change it to 10 day. It's ridiculous. I should not have to keep changing this. I wanted to purchase the full version, but experience dictates that when the free version is this screwed up, the paid will be even more disappointing. And Google is also NO HELP when it comes to requesting a refund.
