Something is off. Used to be able to upload pictures now says doesn't have permission I've searched everywhere to allow permission but there is no option for me to allow pictures. Also since update haven't been receiving notifications. I only know of notifications of I open the app to check. I have uninstalled and installed several times hoping it would fix but still nothing.

This app need to show how many reviews each barber has. I also needs to sort by distance/rating with more reviews/rating and distance. It also needs phone numbers or a way to chat with your barber. Rating barber should have a verified if the purchased the services with your app. It also needs the ability to upload pictures when uploading a review.

This is a great app for finding the best barber for you. Barbers are shown based on their location and proximity. Within each barber's profile, photos of their work is available, as well as contact info and the ability to schedule an appointment. Payment is also available within the app. For its' purpose, this is exactly what anyone seeking a new barber could ask for.

As a barber, this app is amazing. Super easy to use and very client friendly. The Cut has come a long way in developing their app and their customer service team is superb. If I ever have feedback for then I send it in and I always get an answer. They try to make the app as user friendly as possible, can't wait to see what the future holds for this app!

I take my schedule live in a couple of days on here, and so far I love it and more importantly, my clients love it already. No more picking the wrong barber. I would definitely love to see some more features like the ability to require cards for new clients, the ability to edit appointments and/or slide them, a way to open certain spots without changing the overall booking time interval, and of course, a calendar widget. Besides that, I'm diggin' TheCut App!!!

A real reliable app that supports not only the content creators and publishers but as well as the individuals using it. Barbers and stylist are content with communicating in a timely manner and appointments are desirable and reliable as well. A persistent app that I recommend those to use without the hassle of calling or texting as our stylist are busy people right? Kudos to the positive feedback (TheCut)

This app is a game changer, i wish it had a couple more things though i want to be able to move an appointment to a different time if need be instead of cancelling it and remaking the appt. Also I wonder if theres a way to show the wait time based on when i finish a appointment... Also can you not limit the amount of time it books out, i feel like there should be a 20 minute instead of 15 or 30 mins just some feedback other then that love the app

This app is way too simplistic. It takes your location, or a location search, and gives you a list of everybody. There's no way to filter out things you don't want or things you do want. For example I only want to see people that do color, as I also dye my beard to cover up gray. Basically it's a list of names and nothing else. Not really helpful.

theCut is a smart and functional app to use. It helped to solve a problem that most people didn't even realize existed. The main reason for only giving a 3 star review is for the lack of filtering in the search feature. I use this app whenever I can't make it to my regular barber, so if it had a filter that allowed me to eliminate barbers that are not open or have already closed for the day then it would be a HUGE improvement. Currently you have to click on each barber in order to see the hours.

I've been using theCut for about a year now and it has helped me manage my schedule more efficiently.... The app allows clients/ myself to book, cancel, reschedule, keep notes and track regular Barbershop appointments, etc... I usually have no issues, nor my clients haven't complained of any... it's easy and it works.... I will update if/ when needed!

I love this app. However, they keep advertising to use their checkout card services, but to be able to do so would properly have everything correct in the system. Over a year now, and I still can not alter appointments before checkout. Unless I missed something, I still need to cancel the appointment and reenter everything. Would make life so much easier to use one app for everything. But I will continue to use PayPal as my credit card processor until the cut figures it out.

Not User Friendly. As a Barber I like to be able to view the entire calendar in one screen to see what my schedule is looking like. To be able to add availability as well as closures. I have not been able to find this function, and it's quite annoying. I work a day on day off schedule, and I'm trying to utilize this app to gain some new clientele. It's been a bit of a headache trying to maneuver this app. I just can't seem to figure it out. I can only imagine what new clients have to deal with.

I love this app. As a barber it has help me be more punctual and has eliminated alot of dialogue between me and my clients in terms of texting or calling. I took a star away because when I send out a mass text the app doesn't have a place where the mass text go. When the message is clicked on it just disappears. I think that the mass message should be placed somewhere on the app. Thanks.

This app is Amazing. Its perfect for keeping track of appointments so that I dont have to pick up my phone 10 times in the middle of a cut. I did NOT rate it 5 🌟 because there is no EDIT option so that I could add services that a clients wants to add while at the shop, I have to "cancel" the appointment and then rebook in order to add the additional services. Also, instead of the "barberchair" as the booking option it should just say "BOOK" or "RESERVE" . Alot of ppl call asking how too book NOT knowing that pressing the barber chair is where you'd book. The app is a great app. Just need to be more client friendly (More Direct) and a LANGUAGE option would be awesome as well.

None of the text entry fields register as a type of prompt. For instance, a credit card prompt in almost every other app I use would automatically trigger an auto fill of my credit card that's saved on my phone, but it doesn't on this app. Same for the login, address, name, etc. But what's more irritating is the app feels it is acceptable to notify me at 1:00 AM to tell me my barber, who I just saw TODAY, has an availability for TOMORROW! Outstanding job guys...

The Cut app has been great and very convenient for myself and my clients when appointments for servicing are being booked. It would be even greater if there was an option that would allow "touch and drag" rearranging of the service options in the order you would like, instead of having to delete and retype the service to appear in a specific order. Other than that, I recommend using The Cut app to any Barber or Stylist looking for convenience and reliability in an app.

Wish it was more like instant messaging, faster and view as they arrive. Also, not sure why, but messages are inverted. Most recent messages show from the top, not the bottom as our standard messages on our phones. Weird.. Also annoying, I have to go to calendar to message my barber via recent messages. I can't just message him directly from the app. I do like the notification for confirmed appo

Overall the app is ok. Booking with my son's barber is convenient, but the messaging system is in severe need of an upgrade. Why can't you ever see the full message? I think that should be a basic function with a booking app. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future. It's frustrating to see a piece of a message. *UPDATE * The messaging issue is still not resolved, which is incredibly frustrating. I'm getting messages from the barber that I can't even read.

The app looks nice. My barber recently switched to it. I can see why. It's a lot better than StyleSeat. My only issue is that when I added my profile picture it is showing the picture sideways instead of normal. Not sure what that is about. Update: Finally, after two years of this app being out I get to sync my appointments to my calendar. Thank you! Surprised it took so long.

UPDATE BELOW* Everytime my barber sends a message out to his clients I can't see the whole message and when I click on it hoping that it will open the message in the app, nothing happens and I do not get to read the message. The message disappears...Very frustrating. Update!!! They have fixed the message issue and has been working very well! Thank you for fixing the issue!!!
