Still doesn't help after new update,is it a joke,so big company couldn't solve this tiny thing.doesnt receive an incoming reservation for months.bad company.

Online version freezes all the time and the app bombard you with advertising of fork pay so usibility is low

Made a restaurant reservation, got a confirmation from Fork, showed up at the appropriate time - restaurant closed. Adding insult to injury: theFork sent me an email suggesting that I failed to show up! Well, luckily they have a livechat function. Available Saturdays, 9 am to 6 pm. Gave it a try at noon. Response: unable to chat now. Come back later. Conclusion: useless service. Would give them zero stars but there is a one star minimum.

It's ok, there are obviously a lot of improvements that can be made. I have a Samsung galaxy z fold 2 and I would like to see the developers look into a tablet version for the phone that allows the floor view to be accessed from this mobile device

Do not like the update at all. Already left a review but it has been deleted for some reason? Not user friendly. Can't veiw all services for the day at once anymore. To ask for reconfirmations now you have to do it individually instead of being able to select multiple at once now. Just over all not great.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I was charged for services I never requested and for customers who never showed up. There were also unexplained charges that I still don't understand. The entire process felt disorganized and dishonest. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

people book last minute will not be able to get a table cos not enough time to organise, when. is fully booked . should be booked in advance. not enough time to let customers know when full .
