Terrible app. Signing in is such a pain. Navigating in the app sends you outside the app too to your local browser. This is not an app but a wrapper around the web service. Just use the browser, it's less painful. The app is simply unusable hence is not useful either. 5 years ago the app was perfect, now the app is useless.

No functionality at all. The app used to be good, you could check your usage etc quite easily. Now it does practically nothing at all. For this reason I would not recommend Three to anyome else. There is no excuse for not having a functional and easy to use app in this day and age. Very odd for a mobile phone company.

Doesn't work. Clicking anything brings you to the in-app browser... Why can't I just do i on my actual browser, which doesn't take 20 minutes to load? Also, the browser doesn't keep you logged in (even though I'm logged in on the app). Waste of time and memory on my phone, the app is so bad its enough to make me switch mobile provider.

Something fishy, why do I need to enter my password and email everytime even if biometrics is enabled? Why do the passwords need to be changed every so often? If I didn't know better I'd think the app is trying to get passwords as I've had to change mine several times even though I have the passwords saved. This app requires you to use biometrics twice and enter details once. It's a mobile phone app not exactly fort knox! when redirected to website details need to be entered again!

Absolute terrible app, constantly says something went wrong, tried clearing cache and forced stopped, logged out and logged in and still having problems, 3 need to fix these problems, soo frustrating when you can't even view phones to upgrade to or pay a bill, please fix these issues ASAP it's a joke. 1 star and would of been 0 if had the option.

This network is bad they just want to scam you out of your cash the amount of trouble I've had with them taking my money then not giving me the data pack then when you question them it's your fault and they don't want to replace the money and say go buy more credit and put it on its like i was on a 150GB data pack and they toke £9 from my cash credit for more texts when i was on a data pack which comes with unlimited texts and calls for 1 month and i had trouble getting the £9 back

Very poor experience with Three. I renewed my contract, having a recurring discount, which was never applied! I tried for months to get this issue sorted out, but I've been passed from one to another. They promised they'll investigate and call me back, but they never did... I might be unlucky, but so many friends of mine gave up on them in the past few years. Too many issues...

My new SIM arrived, and I tried to sign into the app. App asks for my mobile number, but it wasn't provided on any paperwork with the SIM. Entered a horrific online chat where the 'Assistant' wouldn't provide me with the number and actually talked me into closing my account! Worst service ever and I never even put the SIM in my phone! Sticking with Voxi.

possibly the worst app I've ever used, every time I try to use it it tells me to register a new account and then doesn't allow me too eventually after hours of trying to get a hold of a person they helped me register just for the same thing to happen a few months later. I'm not even going to get into the terrible U.I.

Very bad signals worst app every time you log in ask you to change the password, and if you manage to log in app is under essential update lol always under update but never work. Already move my 1 out of 3 contract to other provider will do 2nd one this week and 3rd as soon as my 12 month up.

The app used to be better few years ago. Now is just bollocks, it gives you some offers when you open the app and after you go to the account the offers are not there, they are way more expensive than the previous preview...just lies, plus de advert of range and good speed is a lie as well, there are many places in Birmingham that have no signal or very very slow internet speed.

Worst customer service in the UK. If I wasn't stuck in a town where 3 actually provide a decent mobile service I would never use them. Absolutely horrible customer support that is useless to resolve account queries. I have an old 3 number that is linked to my account even after getting a new 3 number. Calling customer service doesn't with because you can never receive the validation code during the call until after it ends. Live chat also unable to help, waste of money!!!

Constant problems, the app doesnt want to sign me in and comes up with an undefined error. Constant updates which are really annoying as whenever you want to check how much data you have left (normally because you suspect you are low) puff, another update, and when you are outside and need the data most, its a waste. Three in general has been a pretty bad experience, their roaming policy has gotten worse over the years where there are now more add ons you need to pay.

New app forcing you to link with a Three account just to check the balance. Except my account is already linked to two numbers, but the interface will only show the balance of one of the numbers. There is no way to see the balance of my current number. Three helpline says there is no way to reset so I'll never be able to check my balance. Genius move, guys(!)

Just terrible. I have to waist 10 minutes of back and forth fighting to log in and then when I'm on my account, half of the adding aren't visible, do I use the desktop in hope I can buy the 90days add on and guess what... swings and round abouts and can't buy it. Thd whole experience with three for the past 5 years has gotten worse. Making it so difficult to use. I always advise friends who are looking for a new network to stay clear from three. God help anyone who isn't good with mobile phones

Get used to seeing the words 'something went wrong.' logging on - something went wrong, had to uninstall and reinstall for it to work. Adult filter automatically set to on, want to turn it off? 'something went wrong' - to say nothing of the slow loading, ugly UI and so forth. Previously five star review updated to reflect poor performance.

Used to be a good app before they brought out the so called new improved version. Unable to access account, unable to check your plan, in fact you can't do anything with this app. Poorly designed interface and non-working buttons that keep getting a error:defined when trying to access your account and everything else. Means you have to use the actual website! Defeats the purpose of having the app. Don't bother downloading it, at this rate it's just bloatware type.

All basic functionality has been removed, with a shop being the front of the app. Unable to press any button without the app crashing. Also no longer able to simply top-up via a phonecall, I am now unable to top-up my phone at all - as the website refuses to let me login or create an account due to getting confused. Absolutely the worst customer experience I've seen from a mobile provider, nobody working at 3 has attempted to use the service as a customer. A complete failure. Lost a customer.

A terrible app. I tried using this to hopefully get my broadband to work better as it has constant issues with it not running at the promised speeds. The app ask for the number and I assume text it to you,but there's a problem as the router can't get a text message for me to read. So now I'm stuck with a terrible wifi and a terrible app. The app also is outdated as some links it sends you to do not work anymore. Would not recommend their company for broadband at all.

I open the app, enter my three phone number, and the "enter" button does not work. Nothing happens, I've tried every format possible, nothing happens. I literally cannot use your app. App also crashed 5 times beforehand because I was attempting to use my keyboards paste function. Given your other recent reviews, looks like you need a stability/functionality update ASAP. I've downloaded both apps. The app I'm reviewing is the one I'm having trouble with (the one with white background)
