Only works with Wi-Fi. Can't get the codes with Three internet!!!!! And I'm not the only one!!!!! They changed it recently that we cannot use screenshot that you create at home to use when you are getting your Monday morning coffee. If you are joining Three to use these, think again! Update: spoke to 3, as suggested here by the developer, who were absolutely unable to resolve this issue!

Just awful. Whenever I try to get an add on it ALWAYS adds a sim. I don't want a sim I just want to top up and grab a relevant add on. I had to go through the slowest virtual assistant in history who eventually done it, seriously it took about an hour.

Terrible app. When it was working on my phone (Honor x8) it kept logging me out, then wouldn't recognize my login details so I had to reset the password. It was also very slow to connect so I was often left standing like a lemon at the Cafe Nero counter. I learned it was best to download the discount voucher ahead of time and screenshot it. A few weeks ago the app mysteriously disappeared from my phone so I tried to download it again from Google Play but it won't complete the install. 😤

Constantly have to log in and rewards are very London centred, same offers repeated over and over again. Knocked off another star for it losing my password AGAIN!!!!!!

Horrible app, I cant login when logging in it says to register when I go to register it says, "Can't register!! Tried calling so many times someone tried so hard to fix my issue but she couldn't in the end she asked me to reinstall the app which I did so many times now. In the end, she said there are some issues on their side once it's fixed then i should be able to login! It's now more than 2 weeks, and I still cannot login!

Absolutely terrible app. No value add and installs apps without asking with no way to turn this off. After each update you are presented with 3 or more pages of apps to install, with at least 3 selected by default, on each page. I don't care about your tie in companies that have paid you to advertise. It's my device and I should be able to opt out. The Three app is the same. Do not download this trash app.

When the app is working it is great and the cinema ticket offer is worth downloading the app for. Unfortunately I've just had a message about the prize draw I can enter and the app won't get past the screen asking me to enable push notifications so I can't enter the competition or access any rewards! Please can you fix this issue.

The apps work fine, but the rewards are useless. I don't have a need to use any of them and most if them aren't even in my town or city. They seem more for people who live around London etc.. The days where we used to get a mini pizza were nice. Need things for less Fancy things and more things that are available in towns rather than city's. I hope this feedback is helpful

The app itself seems fine but the "rewards" are pretty shocking, to the point where I'm instantly deleting the app. About 10 offers, no major discounts and none appealing. Feels like they've rushed the app and released it without having any actual offers. Pretty sure I could find better ones randomly online. Waste of time downloading, seems like the idea of a rewards app is just a tick box idea with no actual deals worth offering. Shame.

Pointless app to have installed it's just advertising. No offers of any value with many requiring subscriptions to be set up. Many offers can also be found via other free voucher websites, so this really isn't a perk for Three customers, it's a gimmick to harvest personal data for advertising. Also, why a separate app when the main app could have this integrated, or perhaps it's to operate as a separate entity to share personal data with advertisers, not covered in the main three app T&C's?

Three network is utter rubbish and won't send me the one time passcode. Can't use the app. Support won't help at all.

Absolute joke! Keeps logging me out every time and not allowing for Google to save/log in with password stored, so annoying!!!

Worst app from the worst network. Always logs me out even with biometrics. And whenever you want a voucher is the time it refuses to load. Presumably because your signal is down - because you're own 3 and it's terrible.

Often logs me out, even if I use the biometric access it says I have no account or "an issue has occurred". I downloaded a voucher and there was no sign of it and kept reporting that probably I did use it already, which was not true.

You'd think that with hundreds (possibly thousands) of reviews saying the same thing, 3+ doesn't work, that Hutchinson mobile would fix the app. But no, they don't do that. 3+ logs you out without warning and doesn't allow you login. If you do try to reset your password you are met with error 500. And the rewards aren't really worth the hassle. Don't believe me, try it for yourself

Has never worked since I joined 2 years ago, everytime I speak to an advisor they tell me they see an issue in my account and they will resolve it and I've never had it fixed. If I leave three this would be the main reason as you get the advertisements etc and it just doesn't work and the support team can't fix it.
