This is one of the best mobile phone game, why? Firstly it's easy to play, u can pick it up and play for 1 to 5 minutes, leave it and pick it up again. It can be played with one hand, suitable for both small and large screen. The music is great, the gameplay is great. If u're tired of those grinding games, if you're casual gamer or already mature in age but still want to play easy game then this is the game for you. I got it while it's on sale, otherwise 5 to 7$ is too expensive in my opinion

it is a good game to be honest but after an hour of playing it gets dry and become boring, if that happens i wont come back till the next day bcos at what point i should play again and again if its so boring. add more contents like featuring 8×8 block or more, maybe some sliding puzzle (but they wont collide, sorting number from acsending) great game overall.

A truly Sisyphean experience that challenges your ability to learn and adapt in the face of an unforgiving algorithm. No 'try again' button, no skip cards. Finishing the game is the purest and most gruelling ordeal a person could go through. The very heart detatches from the soul, the brain separating from the mind. Each and every new game is an opportunity to reach the finish and set yourself free- but it will never be so. Either that or I've played a little too much.

Mainstay game on my phone. Have played for years. Has something happened in the latest update? It used to be buttery smooth ~60fps on my Pixel 8 and I could always tell when it went to battery saver because the frame rate would be slower and noticeably stuttering. Now the game looks laggy even though no settings changed and plenty of charge left (no battery saver).

I love this game. I have been playing it now for about a year. I have just noticed a bug. It is not counting all games in the statistics. If I look in mg backlog, I have 4 games with the 1536 high card, but the statistics shows only 2. Not a big problem, but a fix would be nice. I would also suggest adding more statics, like time of the day (morning, afternoon, night) and weekday that finished each game. Because depending of the time, my brain is working better or worse. More statistics. :)

PROS: - it's the original! (1024, 2048 are all clones) - cheap price - has cute graphic, animations, sounds - simple but challenging puzzler (max tile is 3072 for me). CONS: - its unfair RNG can quickly kill a perfect run - after 2024 the difficulty skyrocketed so much that now I keep losing at tile 768 or less - music & voices are annoying after a while (turned off)

Is there an option to skip over the tutorial intro when you open the app for the first time? I didn't see one, but I already know how to play and it was annoying, especially because you can't turn the music off during it. I could be totally missing it, but if there isn't an option to skip it, there should be, in my opinion. Otherwise I love it. It's worth the $6 instead of dealing with ads and predatory microtransactions.

Delightful art and sound are paired with a very frustrating game. While you have control over what side of the screen the next piece will appear, you cannot control its location. As a result, once I got the rules down, the vast majority of games end due to bad luck, rather than poor strategy or decisions. There is nothing you can do to reliably progress further in the game because a perfect strategy can be killed swiftly by RNG. There are some bugs - I got a new high score that did not register on the stat tracking, despite unlocking an achievement - and UI problems as well. A good example of good concept, very poor execution. Good for a quick timer waster but not if you are looking for a puzzle game to learn.

Potentially great game, hamstrung by a development team who has apparently never played their own game for any length of time. Otherwise, they'd know (as others have pointed out) it's literally impossible to advance past certain points w/o blind luck. No amount of strategy can counteract getting only blues, from all angles, w/ a board full of high numbers. Great potential for stress relief/time killer. Currently? More like a waste of time. Thank God it's free with Play Pass.

Been playing this since it's release years ago. Whatever change was made with the recent update (09/2024) has completely broken the game play. Stutters, non fluid animation. Clearly something needs to be fixed and why after all these years an update was even pushed through seems strange.

This app was always sluggish on my flagship pixel 7 phone but the recent unity rewrite has made it even more sluggish, if such a thing were possible. This is just about the simplest game I can think of and it is impressive that the devs made it this laggy. The gameplay is addictive enough to keep me playing in the past but this is just unplayable now

Top 1% Player here and gotta say, GREAT Idea and fundamentals, poorly implemented design. The game is buggy with semi-frequent crashes and really the only solid thing is the art. Additionally, simple quality of life features like an undo or restart button are no where to be found. RNG plays too much of a factor in the later stages of the game as well, which is severely disappointing because this game could've been so so much more if the devs had any clue how the game itself functioned

Too many cheap imitators! Threes is engaging, challenging, and fun. I love being able to immerse myself in the problem/puzzle solving threes throws at you. Also I don't hate myself for getting wrapped up in the gameplay because I am actually flexing my brain rather than time wasting or escaping from reality.

Signing your name after every game is really damn stupid and needs to be removed. Other than that this is one of the best mobile games I've played. The gameplay is simple and very rewarding. Randomness provides a bit of excitement as well as frustration but can be worked around as long as you're thinking ahead.

You'd think I'd get tired of the music for how long I've played the game, but I haven't. Fantastic, charming, absorbing puzzle game! A mobile classic. EDIT: They added a new musical track for night mode, but there wasn't any note anywhere so I thought I'd lost the old music until I switched to day mode. So I'd recommend putting a little message in there somewhere cause I was worried!

Edited review after an issue was corrected. I've played this game for years. It's a great game for my ADHD habits, since it's easily playable while watching TV/audiobooks. While I usually prefer "progression" games (like increasing difficulty & new game elements), it's nice to have a game that is quick to play anytime. The only real wish I have is a "redo" button. I hate when I work up a score that may surpass my past record, & an accidental swipe will lose the entire game.

It's fun. Good game loop with no ads. The sign your name prompt is annoying and disrupts the flow between games without adding anything of value. More than once it has activated, I press the backspace button which closes the typing box. And then the app wont let me go anywhere so I have to close and reopen it. I wish there was a setting to fully deactivate it. But otherwise it is a fun game loop.

It's kind of like 2048, but in my opinion better. The numbers only move one space over at a time and you can see somewhat which number is coming next at the top. I don't buy many phone games, but I liked this enough to pay for it. Also, the free version required you to watch ads to play more, which sucked, especially when I had no wifi. It's a fun game and I really like it.

Is a good time killer. Even there are a huge amount of similar games, I appreciate the nice design, music and sound effects. The price is good considering that there isn't ads or in-purchasing after buying it, no extra pay to win trick. The developer is keeping it updated, something that a lot of developers are failing to do.

Great game, but I feel like it's design to make you lose at random times. I was playing well (multiple times) and clogging up my board as my numbers were getting higher and all of a sudden I would get 4 blues in a row with no red on the board (vice versa as well) ND eventually clog up my board I strategically placed and just lose. It's just really weird or random for no reason, that's a one star drop.
