This is the absolute worst app I have ever used. Trying to purchase tickets from the app, each time I selected my seats and hit "next," it jumped back to the screen to select seats. Purchased tickets from my laptop instead, then tried to transfer the tickets to my husband, and when trying, the app crashed. If there's another service you trust to get tickets from, use them instead.

This app is always glitchy to use. The like function hasn't worked in weeks and the search function sucks which just makes it worse. I have never been able to successfully buy tickets in this app when time was an issue as it would never load. Only thing this app is good for is showing tickets to get into shows which there are alternatives for. Overall this app is a waste of time just use a computer or browser. Originally wrote this on 4/25/2024 and this is all true now when I just tried to buy.

I'm rating this way because, no matter what I do, I can't log in to the app. When I tap, sign in (whether the sign in button in the menu or the sign in button on the my account page), it goes to a blank, black screen. It doesn't even ask for my user or password. The website works just fine. Once the issue is fixed, I'll adjust my rating/review.

Despite trying to use this service one time to get tickets, i was forced to make an account and verify it twice, and on top of that, I was forced to save my card info instead of just using it one time, AND when I go on to the app to try to delete the card it forced me to save, the "delete" button does nothing regardless of how many times I press it, and yet the "edit" button next to it works on the first press. It's bad enough you cooperate with scalpers, but this is honestly pathetic.

Not sure if there is a worse app/experience on the play store. UI is terrible, sign-in doesn't allow biometric, the ticket maps are buggy, no option to see all fees with pricing, resale is a joke, safetix is a poor feature to prevent reselling when you want, they price gouge, I would recommend any other ticket app that you can find. This app would be 100% better if it just showed the event vs location/venue when buying tickets.

Makes me sign in fresh every time I use the app. Pops up an in-app browser to do so. It often just refuses to load the page. If it does load, it gets stuck after I type in my info and click Sign In - it just 'loads' indefinitely. This is a consistent issue across several months, no matter how strong my wifi/cell service is. I can't access my tickets if I can't log in.

Probably so many downloads because you constantly have to delete and re-download because it's so glitchy. But you have to have it for events for the mobile tickets to load so there is no other option. I use it once for an event then it logs me out and I can't get back in so delete and start over. But of course there are no other options. *2 years later and its the same having to delete the app and redownload it login each time you open it.

App is completely broken. Can't do anything without it crashing. Can't queue for presales, can't access already purchased tix, can't even open notifications. What's worse is that it's been like this for months with no updates, no fixes, nothing. There's no way to even download tix to phone anymore, so if there's no service at shows you're screwed. Absolute garbage.

I am having difficulty with this app because I'm unable to sign in and purchase tickets! I have tried multiple times on different occasions and every time I am asked to enter a code, the app just spins and eventually kicks me out. I try again I get off the app, check updates, uninstall and put it back. Same thing happens! I use my phone to get tickets all the time before since it was convenient and now I can't.

WORST APP EVER!!!!! If I could rate it in negative stars, I would! It is almost always impossible to login-just goes in circles but never logs in - & this isn't a new problem. For as outrageous at their fees are & the fact that they REQUIRE you to show your tickets on your phone to get into the event that you paid big bucks for, it is completely unacceptable to have this junky app that does not work more than 2% of the time!!!!! The AXS app works great, so more venues need to switch to AXS!

Aside from being flatly unlawful in multiple countries, the Ticketmaster app just doesn't work. It is impossible to login because the login feature is not natively integrated in the app, meaning it will navigate you off of the app and to the website. I waited for 10 minutes for the login screen to load, then tried restarting my phone, then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. Goes to show this is a monopoly - they still make money when they are incapable of functioning.

It's hard to evaluate an app when it won't finish logging in. After clearing cache and data, reinstalling, rebooting and changing password, all I get is the 3 dots bouncing on the login button. I gave up after waiting an hour. Login on a computer works fine, but it directs you to use the app to get your tickets. Trying to view the barcodes on the computer results in a "We encountered a problem" and failure to view them. I smell a class action lawsuit in the works, since others have similar issue

Buggy and crashes often. Inconvenient. It's hard to buy tix on it; it will repeatedly take me to the previous screen after selecting my option, or just crash. I end up just buying them through the site. It doesn't load at any events, so I have to pull my tix up through my email. They charge a convenience fee to buy through them, yet it's more inconvenient than anything. I should charge them for having to buy tix from em. I only use this service cuz it's the only one available I know of.

When tickets go on pre-sale, it always crashes and asks me to verify my account, and an error occurs. I call customer service, and they say it's not the app, but it is. It happened to me twice within the span of the year. I used to like ticketmaster but will never get tickets from them again. Also, the added on fees are horrible. They overcharge way too much at checkout.

The app absolutely won't let me sign in. I've tried several times over several days, restarted my phone, checked for updates, etc and nothing works. If tickets are going to be exclusively on your phone with no option to print, the app needs to work! This app is dysfunctional to a degree that would almost be funny if it wasn't putting me at risk of not getting into my show. It is unacceptable.

This app rarely loads. It doesn't really matter though, there's no incentive for Ticketmaster to make a good app, they have contracts with everyone, and we have no choice but to buy from them. There's no other option. People won't stop buying from artists they love and shows they want to see or sporting events, so we just have to deal with it unfortunately. I hope AXS gets better traction, great UX!

This app has not worked for months. I have event tickets and can't access them, when I try to access the tickets the app closes and says it has a bug. The developer needs to update the app to fix the bug. This is so frustrating as accessing tickets on the app is a time saver, now we have to arrive hours before the start of the event to get tickets at the box office. I wish they would just fix the darn app 😤

(UPDATE BELOW) Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. My tickets were not recognized in the app, again. A bit of a scare, I have to say, but I checked back after a few minutes and my tickets did show up, but only after I logged out and logged back in. I've used this app for about 6 months or so and this is the second time I've encountered this. (This happened on two different phones.) Let me add that I'm unable to choose a date range. IT'S BEEN ANOTHER 6 MONTHS & NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

After updating the app, every time that I went to view my ticket the app would crash. No matter what I did, it would consistently crash when trying to view the ticket. Not great when you need it in a couple hours. Luckily I was able to add my ticket to my Google wallet. Ticketmaster is a terrible company, with one of the least reliable apps I have installed. It's a real shame that they have a monopoly on stadium concerts or else I wouldn't use this app.

The app won't even let me log in. Half the time it doesn't even load into the log in page, and just gets stuck on a white screen. And even when it DOES load into the sign in page, after I put in my email and password, it just gets stuck in an infinite loading screen without progressing beyond it. It's telling that when I called Ticketmaster's tech support line, the technician told me to just use my browser to access the site instead of using the app. An absolute failure of an app. 0/10.
