Always getting error "Timeout reached" for any booking. Tried contacting customer care no response. Payment page is not active even for few seconds. Before choosing the payment option itself, getting "Timeout reached". Need a solution for this. *Updated comment - Above problwm was addressed in 2 days and got the issue resolved. So changed from one star to five star

The worst app to book a ticket. Doesn't have a response centre to clarify queries and has a lot of bugs. The amount was debited but the ticket goes to pending state and is not allowing to confirm or refund the amount and even not allowing to book another ticket. The most annoying app I have ever seen.

Unable to verify upi after enter mobile number. For payment option i chose UPI (gpay/phonepay..) There were two textbox displayed, one for VPA and another one for UPI id/Mobile number. I have entered Mobile number then i am unable to click verify option. It is looking like non clickable.

Very worst online app for user convenience, I wrongly selected the timing of the show ,I contacted them for cancelling as soon as I booked,but the response was not possible to cancel even if you try to cancel within 1 min after booking. Atleast add an option to cancel before the actual date of the movie or 5 hrs before movie time.... App should be developed in that way👎

I had a terrible experience with ticket new app in the past. I place mistake in my booking and wanted to cancel it. I contacted them but there was no customer service representative available - the person who answered was indifferent and declined to help. Hence I can't cancel the ticket even they don't give a few minutes to cancel or refund the half amount of money back , worst app ticket New app

They do not allow you to change date or show even within few minutes of booking. This kind of Monopoly attitude will not work on the long run and lead to a big loss. Customer service did not even bother to give alternate options. Pathetic. Lost money and booked again for next day. Literal cheating.

Worst App. Very bad customer service. Provided number is not working. When resetting password account got locked and more than this SMS things is very bad, not even working even after clicking for more that 10 times to send resend message. Just felt more ridiculous with app while booking tickets. BookMyShow App is far better and real quick in booking. Especially selection of booking seats is frustrating due the colors they use to show on screen. We are unable to know whether it's booked or not.

Initially this was a good app but it got worse after aquired by Paytm, app was slow to browse and select a movie and during payment it's unnecessarily wanted to have paytm even we select debit card payment option and then finally amount got debited but still ticket is pending for confirmation. Very worst user experience and no use of using a mobile app if ticket is pending. I can wait in counter to take tickets where I get ticket immediately.

You cannot cancel the ticket once you booked. I have booked for a movie three days before, due to another work I have decided to cancel my ticket. But there is no option available for cancle ticket in their website. I have called for customer care, they also told that can't able to cancel the ticket once booked. Finally I have lost my money. This is like a scam. Very worst behavior from tickets new team.

In my locality there is only one option to watch movies and again only one option to book the tickets, TICKETNEW. But that does not give TicketNew any advantage but a lot of bad luck to the user. Well the app don't remember which movie I have watched, I can't give feedback to any movie. All the times I open it I have to log in. And so many more negative points. I have it. Literally, hate it

Worst app ever. Don't book your tickets here. This app scams ppl. I booked a ticket and the payment went thru. But ticket was nt confirmd until 30 mins later. Before that I had an option that showed to refund in pending page which I selected and it said success. I had to book ticket else we as tickets were filling fast for the movie. Even before ticket status was processed I contacted their customer support. They said there is an issue wit cinema server & can't cancel & I shud hv waited. Cheated

Old interface was much easier to book tickets. New interface is too confusing and spread. Please replace your app designer. I know, now paytm owns this app. So, kindly requesting to paytm, plse bring back older interface or change your layout. Now it's too boring and looks like a garbage room. No order in new app.

Very worst app. It shows only Paytm mode of payment. Am not using Paytm actively so made payment through credit card. I tried 2 times, money got debited but booking got cancelled. Really waste of time and bad experience. When calling the customer care no one picks. Really afraid to use this app, where money alone gets deducted but booking is not done. Please refund my amount back.

1. Booking made via website under same login is not reflecting in the app. 2. In website, even after logging on, the Log in/sign up icon only is visible. The logged in icon is not visible anywhere. There is no way for us to know if we are logged in or not even after logging in. 3. Unattractive user interface. Images not loading in certain pages.

Worst customer service, Worst app ever, Bad payment interface, Full of failures all the time, You may lose your money. Every time payment got failed and the amount debited won't be refunded. Only Paytm payment is available, if any refund is there, it will reflect only in paytm gift voucher, you can't transact back to your bank account. Don't ever try this.

Booked ticket and after payment debited it's showing 30min for booking confirmation and after 30 min it's showing unable to book Nd refund initiated, refund will be processed in 3 working days. Full of cheating app. If you're not capable why doing booking and wasting and cheating peoples. Just shutdown the app.

Man... I was really scared. I booked 7 tickets . Then I payed through paytm it was successful. But in the application it was only showing still processing. It took me 20 minutes for waiting still no response. Then I pressee the back key.. N that there was the ticket . I was nearly dead man. Seriously. U make the payment environment more safe and fast

What kind of Ticket booking app doesn't allow cancellation? And it is extremely shady not to warn users before they book the tickets. The ability to cancel tickets is something that is the norm for ticket booking apps. So if the app doesn't allow it, it should be bought to the customer's attention every time the booking process takes place.

Last row are blocked from the theatre, this app is fully supporting to the theatre and not for the customers. Why your app will not release the last row?????? why should we use this type of online tickets? Why last row tickets are blocked everytime?? Why should I have to pay you??? Worst
