The recent update has made accessing the chats through notifications annoying and a step back. Before the update, if you click the message through notifications, the chat opens but now, it goes to visitors. The old way was better. Please, do something about it.

Do NOT get this in your system. I installed it for a free trial. I didn't quite like it cause I didn't get notifications on time. Hence, I deleted the pluggin from WordPress. Now even after I deleted it from WordPress, chat icon is seen on website sometimes. It's very annoying. I even messaged the support and they asked me to delete the plugin and clear the cache which I did a million times. It's still showing. They stopped replying after that. These people directly enter and control stuff even after you delete the plugin. Do not give them the access.

My phone settings are 100% showing notifications are on and allowed for the app, even to override do not disturb. Sadly, my business is looking bad because the notifications for the apps do not work at all (even the "send a test notification" feature). Very very bad bug, and is going to make me find another company.

Great program, thanks for making it! Love it in every way but one. I wish it would capitalize the first letter in a new sentence. I always have to hit shift. Not a huge deal, but the difference to five stars. Otherwise I've found it fast and reliable! **Update**Devs are on their game! Capitalization now in there. Thank you!!

Live chat? More like Dead chat. It's Ok, but needs further development. Most annoying mis(feature) is when app goes offline by itself and people are leaving messages but I don't get notifications, this makes it not a live chat but a dead chat. And to save valuable typing time to support team, this can't be changed in settings. App may be open but after a while it stops sending notifications whilst you are still ONLINE within the app.

So far so good. I'm having a problem with mobile chat. When someone access my wix website and use the tidio chat the screen doesn't fit the cellphone screen. The problem is, the chat text area is on the bottom, but all messages are above. So I got to scroll down and up to send and see the message, and its a long scroll... On pc works just fine, but on mobile doesn't. I'm on free trial, and let's see how the tidio is gonna limit my experience after that.

Very bad customer support. Price is too high for what they offer. I paid $36 for 2 subscriptions, they don't offer a trial or anything and I'm still trying to get my money back. An agent was rude enough to send me to Shopify support so I would ask them on my own. Overall bad experience, besides the fact that they spam my email constantly. Would not recommend.

I love the app! It has amazing features and it's pretty easy to interact with thousands of customers! I'm really happy with the app and look forward to seeing the future updates and growth of the company! 10/10, if you need a great app for customer service, look no further. The only things i would add is, more features (grouping chats in folders together, adding the ability to create groups, working on overall optimization and speed) Thank you so much for your service and help!

Apart form the issues i already have, i found that transferring a conversation to a new person doesn't ping them to let them know that... so i have essentially lost a 100s of clients because assumed it would. Definitely needs a tagging system otherwise im scanning trough old messages to find clients i need to follow up with. So being able to tag, file and group contact would be great. Also i can't send media to Facebook. If a client asks for a picture and i reply via the app they dont get it.

Opening the keyboard on my mobile and typing shortcuts (/), the shortcut bar goes up. Fix this fast. I have been in trouble for a long time with this problem in your mobile app! (realme 5i Phone)

Someone was using this app to scam people. I reported to them with proof and they did the right thing. They literally just saved many from being scammed for thousands of dollars. Thank you

Password login nightmare on the app. I have the app but it won't let me log on with my password (I'm certain password is correct because it logs me into the desktop version just fine). The initial set up log in credentials didn't include an email so things have been out of whack ever since. Auto password save only has a password! This really needs to be looked into! I requested a password change FROM THE APP and the link from my email redirected me to download the app. Unbelievable. Help please.

When it works, it's great. But unreliable. I've tried using opening times, but often it seems to get stuck either online or offline after a period of time. I have notifications set up on the browser, desktop app, and mobile app, and get them through about 50% of the time. I'm also unable to reply to messages via the mobile app, so have to open it in my browser to respond by which time the customer has often gone. Too unreliable to depend on unfortunately.

App is unusable on Pixel 8 pro. We don't see the text as we type, because the text area goes behind the keyboard layout which make this app totally usuless. Also the font typography and the general layout design throw me back in 2005! You can do better Tidio.

This app is pretty good with the exception of it logging out which defeats the purpose. Sometimes customers won't chat in. It feels like if someone doesn't chat in within 2 to 3 days it automatically signs out. Then when other customers chat in once you're already signed out, it doesn't notify you on the app as you would expect it would.

Constant bugs and problems to the point of being unusable. They list samsung as well as well as other common brands as having known issues and yet at least year later and no long-term fix. If you contact customer support, they are polite but will tell you there's nothing wrong on their end and tell you to uninstall and reinstall the app. They once reached out for feedback through the app, but when I tried to give them feedback, my keyboard and app froze, then crashed. I think that says it all.

The app takes a long time to open. There have been times that the other party will ask if I am still in the conversation. Sometimes the conversation will freeze. I will type a response and it does not send (while on WiFi) so the response dies. Or, the reply will just hang there. I get told to 'Tap to Resend'. After three taps, the message gets sent three times.

Horribly slow. After one or two sentences the keyboard starts to lag to the point that it takes between 5 and 10 seconds for a letter to appear after typing it. It is unusable and horribly programmed. It's unfortunate that shopify doesn't have a built in option for communicating with customers. Relying on 3rd party apps leaves Shopifys customers having to deal with this sort of trash app for communications. I haven't found one yet that works, and Tidio definitely does not work.

Not a good company. Used them for my business for 3 or 4 years. They quadrupled their price in a short period of time recently, came out with a terrible AI tool (Lyro), can't use their API unless you are on Tidio+ ($500/mo), platform is unable to capture the initial landing url, and they won't refund you for unused months when you want to stop using their service. They said it was in their terms (which it is), but that doesn't mean they can't refund you, they just won't. BAD experience.
