In app customer support is very bad. it take hour to talk to agent. By the time your turn in queue come, you will already exit app.

time is a currency that cannot be reimbursed, and your advert wasted mine during a game. it opened Google Play automatically during the advert, and my boost bonus didn't take effect in my game. trash

Stopped working after update last week. App crashes on startup. Today saw an update so I tried it. Still the same. Can't contact support because support is in-app. Dumb design!

I still prefer using TT's desktop app. But for a mobile app, I do prefer TT than IBKR's and Webull's. For now.

The account opening and deposits are not as fast as they promise. But once you get set up, it's a nicely designed app. It does freeze occasionally and needs to be restarted.

recently installed horrible expirence thus far. too much cluter, too much navigation, no idea why there is a need to verify withdrawal n none for deposit. non existent helpline.

restricted my account because I didn't fill in a form for "compliance" not able to buy or sell stock or even withdraw my money. this is ridiculous. missed opportunity because of this.

Giving it a 1 star until this app stops automatically trying to sign me up for spam aka promotional material from "partners" every time I log in. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable! I would give it 4 stars otherwise, losing a star due to the Temu/ gamified style experience.

terrible service. would not recommend. signed up to invest in specific shares that I was able to search, deposited money and transferred to USD, only to find that the shares weren't able to be purchased afterall. meanwhile Tiger clips their 1% on made up fx spreads to transfer back, and refused to refund. dishonest company with shady costs, do not trust!

Check the fee structure and most of you will stay away from them very deceiving advertising of $1.99 that is just to trap you . what you pay most of the times is 1% or more in commission and other fees on top of that . Look for some other trade where the commission is fixed at least you know what you are paying. You will make the money for these guys not for yourself. Weibull or Schwab is really good almost zero commissions.

it's quite unfortunate that after verifying my phone line with Nigeria mobile line. I try so much to create my account, Nigeria can't be found in the country listed section I'll be glad if you can fix that to enable Nigerians invest in this prestigious platform

For me, its the best trading app. a lot of people say it is confusing and difficult to use but i like the details so i can do my own research. once you get the hang of it, it is easy to use. AI needs some improvement with accuracy on where they draw the data but it is a great new addition. PS. Would love to have more portfolio analysis tools such as showing portfolio divided yield etc

App is good but I am disappointed they can't do something as simple as sending PDF of account portfolio summary every month. Instead they just send an email monthly saying you can check it in the app. So they can cook the books in the future? now they don't allow screenshot in the app!!

Something is very wrong with this app. My cash keep going missing, keep having negative cash despite depositing money to repay. Happened on multiple occasions already, the money is just unaccounted for. I ensured that I did not take on any loans when buying but still ended up owing money. Suspect the rewards program is a fake, the so called cash voucher. Highly don't recommend using this platform, better off using Moo moo

last chat with support: Hi , my profile is reviewing for two weeks, and you told me we send a request to speed up the process, really! they responded that we are unable to proceed with the application. -->me: Perfect 👌 at least this must present in my account the status is declined with reasones !!!!!!! It has been pending for review for two weeks, and it shows that you are not reliable! I don't even want to know the reasons !
