Ik koop al jaren het boekje voor elke stad die ik bezoek. Dit keer ging de reis naar Praag, en besloot ik de app eens te proberen. Wat een teleurstelling! De app is heel ongebruiksvriendelijk en werkt niet naar behoren. De locatie aanduiding is heel onnauwkeurig, de app onthoudt niet waar je was bij het switchen naar andere apps, en bovendien waren 5 van de acht adresjes die ik wilde bezoeken (leuke winkeltjes en horeca, de reden om ttm te kopen) permanent gesloten. Ik wil mijn geld terug!!!

Interface is erg traag en knoppen reageren nauwelijks. Ik hoop in volgende versies een beter gebruiksvriendelijkheid te zien.

should get a map of Valencia, but it cannot be found. Don't advertise this if you cannot deliver

App requires you to share your home adress which is not necessarily in my eyes for the app to work properly.

Very sad they remove English! In which app do you remove better versions? Also my code doesn't work... quite disappointed 😞

I purchased different cities apps on your website, but some cities I can select and open in my account in the app :-(

got the book recently and it tells me to go to web and app and yet both are not in english. sad! 😡

Only has 7 cities in the app, Prague isn't there while the hardcopy guide I bought advertised we'd get the app routes for free. Bug? Scam?

After buying the book you still have to buy city trips in the app. The so called unique code in the book is worthless.

Pay for maps that I already bought in the book?! There is no Valencia in the app?! Véry deceptive advertising. The book is useful, but not buying again for future citytrips.

It's only in Dutch now. Previously in English and I used it while in Berlin. I thought it was great. Suddenly no language option.

The time to momo book for Amsterdam says "includes map app", which by itself is true, but they don't mention that you have to pay separately for downloading each walking route as described in the book.

When you buy a book and in said book it tells you that the map app is free, it should actually be free. You have to pay for all the routes. The app is useless. Prodvide a code for the people who actually buy the book so they can have access to the digital copies as well!

We bought two books for a trip which both included the routes for free in the app. But it turned out these didn't work because the app said the code was expired. It doesn't say anything about this in the books.

I have paid 17 euros for the book with 6 routes and you want me to pay 7 euros extra for the routes in the app? Pff. And to make it worse: all routes for 7 euro or one route for 5 euro. If a single route was 1.40 euro (1.50, whatever), I'd try it out. The book is nice, this app is just pissing me off.

Nice, wouldn't pay for it. I won a city description in the lottery, and I had a city trip planned, so there. I found the information superficial, no details, no links to (e.g.) maps, Wikipedia, or similar. A five minute visit to a tourist office will give you more details. I missed practical details such as public transport, travel to airports. I'll uninstall this app.

I've payed for all the routes within a city . But the locations on the route sometimes do not load when clicked upon, but they rather give an error. When the error is given, the application restart from the home screen. One of the routes cannot be accessed at all, and I'm being asked to pay, even though I've payed for all the routes in the city already.
