I'm really not sure about this app, some say good some say other things. I got the app and have a week to try "free" we used the program for about an hour having some good times. Also bad because we would play some and it would freeze. Not sure if it just because everyone one is home but showing blurry pages and still talking but the child is not able to complete the work/puzzle. I feel I need to go up in age as my son wasn't holding interest in a lot of them, fingers crossed! Get fixing!

This app is misleading. You stated on your advert that its 1 week trial, £4 for monthly payment, and it didn't even get to three days you deducted £52 from my account. Did I ever authorise yearly payment? Please, I desperately need a refund. You can have the 1-month subscription payments and refund the rest. My son hasn't even used the app

As a mother of 4, former 1st Responder; anything kid-safe, add free, with no sexual content is a YES for me! I absolutely do NOT AND WILL NOT TOLERATE any apps/games/business that would show sexualized content on a child's app or gaming devices. With that being said, Thank you Google for this wonderful safe and new app where our little ones can learn without us Parents worrying about invasive content! THANK YOU KINDLY 🙏

So far so Good. Trying to find new ways other than Games or shows to educate and have fun learning activities with children.

Defaulting to a yearly payment plan without actually first trying a game the way this app does is predatory and they know it. Pretty gross. Basically just hoping that you forget to cancel the subscription.

It is very boring for the 3 to 4 year old age that I selected for my granddaughter who three. They take the highest amount of money out of several packages that have the same heading for family after selecting the free trial before they should, and it is not even registered in Google Play as one of my subscriptions but still extracting money from my account. You can't contact them by phone. I don't like to set up. It doesn't work for me.

Thought it looked great ,but as soon as I saw it was an annual fee of $95 Aud, I was not ok with this. Yes a good price monthly of $7, but to charge annual only, not monthly wasn't worth the try. If I could have gone month to month like ready eggs, I would have gave it a go. 🤷♀️ if your change you fees might give it a shot

Such a shame. I would've kept it as my son liked some of the games. However the app is terrible. Can't click on games, takes an eternity(at least 10 minutes) to upload which is the worst for an impatient 3 year old. It took a further five minutes to select my sons profile. He had a meltdown waiting. Which is not ideal. If your app improves, I will subscribe. Great concept but unfortunately very buggy app and near unusable. Thankfully only downloaded today so can still cancel.

This is really not fair be warned parents !!! I was under the impression that this would be a monthly subscription charge of less than £5 which you could cancel at any time. Nope.. Today £54 left my account with no reminder that the free trial will be ending soon. As if things aren't difficult enough. It would be nice if a reminder of payment could be given in future. Also I'm changing my star rating from 1 to 4 as we have spent time on the app and my daughter enjoys the sessions.

Quick to take your money. After 3 days, a full year subscription was taken (over £50). I was expecting a monthly charge. When I contacted the company to explain the app wasn't quite appropriate yet for my two year old, they refused to refund 11 months worth of subscription (I was quite happy to pay for the 1st month as we'd used the app for a week). This is a short-sighted approach that angers customers. I would have resubscribed at a later date, but now I find their intentions dishonourable ☹️

Enjoyed the app but..... How does one receive a refund for a fee deduction of $52.91 that is more than what was suppose to be deducted for a 7 day free trial? People should be able to see cost of all subscriptions prior to signing up. That's not clear on Tinytap's website or app. I also didnt receive a reminder notification before the end of the 7 day free trial. Those little reminders help for busy moms and dads.

Just started my trial period and the app is already glitching. The app wouldn't allow my daughter to move on from a certain game. She was becoming very frustrated. I contacted the company, but they say it will take 5-7 days to get back to me. Conveniently, this is beyond the trial date and my credit card will be charged if I don't cancel. Therefore, I decided to try and cancel, since the app was nothing like I had hoped (think very low budget). Very unhappy.

Not worth it. It's a massive collection of micro games and that's not a good thing. The first game I tested was just "click C 10 times" which was trying to teach the C sound. There's no structure to the overall journey. There needs to be games that go through all the sounds, not individual games for each sound. I looked at number games and they were all the same, "count to 5". An endless list of "count to 5" games. To people complaining about the price: it does say billed annually.

My children were not able to use the app during the trial. I attempted to reset the password however not one of the three links sent to me worked. To cancel I have to be able to log into the app. There has been no contact other than the same automated messages. I really hoped on being able to use the app for my littles but now am just feeling robbed of $60!

I paid for a year subscription since it was cheaper. It's super repetitive. There are tons of games but most of them are similar ideas just recycled. Everything my kids have learned on this could have been learned with another free kids app I found. Additionally, they billed me early. I have a invoice that says they billed me on the 24th of August. Even though today is the 23rd. I've been trying to find a way to cancel, but any correspondence from them takes a week or more. Its not worth it

I have a nearly 3 year old and he was doing ok with the app until almost all the games kept freezing or crashing and going back to main screen. In addition I cancelled my subscription and tinytap is still repeatedly attempting to collect from my account. The communication is very poor, I would not recommend this app. Needs work. Has potential to be great but not there at all.

Great app for 2-3 year olds!! Got it for our granddaughter. I wanted a way to gauge how much information she was retaining. She love love loves it!! It is much easier for her to navigate(it is intuitive, no need to teach her how to use it), much faster(because less on each page to load), and less frustrating than some of the other apps. Thank you Tinytap! well done 👍👍

Good Afternoon, I saw your add for Tiny Tap and decided to give a try for my kids. The app is pretty good, I would like it if you can add another child to the program. You seem to have a glitch in the comparison game, counting 2D & 3D shapes and 2nd grade sight words. We exited out of the app and went back in but the same result. I would appreciate if you can fix it. If not then unfortunately I will have to cancel the subscription.

We got this for our kids and we pay monthly subscription. But now they are running into alot of issues. Their progression is not getting saved and everytime they log in, it reverts back to the first lesson. And also new issue is that it keeps on crashing whenever they complete a lesson. It's very glitchy. My kids itself now learned what a glitch is because of this. So they are still learning I guess. I just hope they fix the issues. But it's a good app for kids learning if it worked properly.

I came across this app on FB. The ad was for less than $10/mo. I downloaded it, and the charge to my account was nearly $70. With no explanation, I worried that I'd get charged that every month. So I requested cancelation and a refund. They obliged, but then blocked me from any access to the app. I can no longer get the app to open on my phone. I've uninstalled/re-installed it, and cleared the cache. I was going to pay for it, when the price had dropped $20. My kids had enjoyed playing it.
