Overall performance is not that bad.... Due to unnecessary updates i can no longer chose which bundle to share with another number....... I used to have options on which bundle to share e.g share Voice bundle only But now if you want to share then the whole bundle gets shared!

Hey team , please reconsider bringing back the virtual debit card it helped a lot, trust me . It was not much of a process to acquire it. Than this physical card. That virtual card was worth not to be removed. Thank you

Hard to work with, hard to find everything. only used coz of the points that are later on redeemed as some extra service purchase. I don't even understand what the designer was thinking with too much useless home page information.

I updated this app yesterday and since then I can't access the pasavute tab as the app just closes when I press the plus button.

Have downloaded the app but when I open it tell me to insert my phone number and when I do that is simply says am not registered how is that possible yet I registered the number and it's the one I have been using since😭😞😭

Great app but why is it that when I want to shares my bundles the app crashes...? Please sort out this problem.

Whoever designed this app didn't do a great job, when you're signing they send you a code but then when you want to write the code the keypad doesn't show (some phones the keypad comes auto) but phones like mine REDMI NOTE 7 I have to click and sad thing it does nothing. So whoever designed this needs to check. And please try to respond when customers are complaining.

The app is very convenient and has a very simple user interface, but it would be even more convenient to add the following features in the next update; *Yanga bundle purchase through Mpamba * Add the services that are currently only available on USSD, like Financial services ( Savings and Loans in particular) As dialing the USSD to obtain services while having the Smart App kind of defeats the whole purpose of having it in the first place.

This app will works just fine on iOS but on Android I can't register my number. The field where I'm supposed to enter my confirmation code isn't allowing me to enter anything I've been trying for days what the hell is wrong with you people!

Best app which makes management of prepaid accounts a piece of cake 🎂. The interface is very friendly and easy to navigate. Kudos to developers, so much innovation in one application. Bundle sharing feature makes the application even much greater. Looking forward to seeing other innovations, like making the application to work offline.

It's a good app. The integrated features are just straightforward and it has a user friendly interface. Just one thing though the newly introduced scan and pay has somehow squeezed it's neighbor icons into very small icons which I find a bit hard to see with my eye problems but overall kudos to the developers. They are doing a great job.
