Really bad. Crashes frequently, map doesn't load when zooming in/out. Slow in general. Not user friendly at all, especially for people not used to smartphones.

Slow and unreliable. The app is always trying to grab the latest data, but connection at the park is congested so this means any action is a struggle. Why does it use so much storage yet feel like it caches nothing?

Terrible. Slow and constantly freezing. I can't book anything using the app because nothing loads. Very poor experience for something that is essential when visiting the park.

The application is soo bad, it deserves NO STARS. The app is verry laggy Many features kept buffering/lagging. this i concerning as the app is crucial for foing a lot of things such as navigation, entertainment schedules, timet possibilities, food and etc. Thefact taht an image can't be selected for tiket scan is also a major setback Soo much potential wasted

"Download the app to be invited to the group" but the app is already downloaded and NOTHING. This app is a waste of time and extremely frustrating. Poorly designed for such a large company

Unable to buy tickets. Had to use Klook which was a lot easier but had to pay more for what should be a standard feature. The app was a little slow and confusing at first, but in concept, is a great idea. Needs a lot of improvement to make your Disney experience even better

Infuriating. For days trying to book tickets it returns a message that the current number of tickets in other people's carts are more then the remining tickets available and to wait for their transactions to complete. I went so far as to go to the ticket gate at the park. The woman there was less than helpful(I speak Japanese fluently, not a language issue). You can't buy ticket at the gate?! Only through the app. App doesn't work. Also, foreign issues credit card? TSOL.

Terrible application. Extremely slow to response, language based options dont seem to work. Customer Support is not up to the mark as well, Unable to resolve Login details related issues despite input in required format.

I have not experienced any of the problems other reviewers have noted! This app was extremely helpful during our visit, allowing us to reserve 40th Anniversary passes and find nearby food that fit our dietary restrictions relatively quickly. Definitely an app you need for your day at Tokyo Disney!

Be VERY careful when buying tickets. Double check weather, etc. Ticket purchases are NON REFUNDABLE, and you are not made aware of this outright without reading fine print, terms and conditions. It is a very scummy tactic, therefore 1 star review of the app.

This app will drain your battery within 2-3 hours if you leave it open, no joke I opened it on my brand new Samsung s24, had 96% when I arrived at the gates at 7:50am, lined up and by 11:30 my battery was at 44%, I was gob smacked... Close the app when you aren't using I 🫤 Even if you leave the app open and go out and look at something else and go back, you have to go through the stupid splash screen every @#! Time !! App could be great, but it's just a pile of @#$!

App is quite slow and sometimes hangs. We also made an entry request via the app which successful at first but when we went on the actual schedule they said we didn't request any. There's only a "filtering" feature but no actual search unless you search via the website.

It's great and all but the introduction always appear when I reload the app. It is a bit annoying, but it's worth cause of all the effort and detail the creator's have put into this app!

Awful experience. The app login recognises your existing disney+ account, but instead of using those credentials, it changes your existing password without asking. Can't join a group. App is extremely slow. Booking attractions is hard. Doesn't even have information on how different passes work and how to get them.

Very poor user experience. Glitchy app. The map has only numbers and no names of attractions. Not easy to know what you are looking at without any names on the map. And the map keeps spinning around by itself, not giving any chance for you to look clearly at the map. Overall a lot of bugs and glitches which ruin the user experience.

Navigation is clunky. While GPS is great helping find where you are, it does not help you get where you want to go. The reason for two stars - Tried to reserve an entry ticket for a show, the app errored out then would not allow me to attempt to reserve again. As others have mentioned slow to load initially, to me no big deal. However many blocks of the map are missing. No way to switch between Disneyland or Disneysea after selecting one. Can not change language in app.

Not a great app... map could be much clearer with names written properly, also wait times are just plain wrong, although I think that's more a technique by Disney to shuttle people around the site, as well as make you think you have a chance of a short queue (which you don't). Also it wasn't clear how to use the priority stuff. Coupled with the fact that you feel like a 2nd class citizen whilst all the priority people sail past you in the queues, Disney is poor value, never again.

Awful experience. App took minutes to load everytime I opened. Would think it's because of high traffic but we were in the park on a slow day and it was still slow. Once it loaded, constantly received "error" message and not all info would update. It's upsetting because they push the app so much in the park. Even when asking cast members general questions they would refer you to the app. I wish there were other options to make reservations outside of this terrible interface.
