Easy interface. Immediately I registered and confirmed my details, I was given surveys. my points are piling up already. I can't wait to meet the threshold and make a withdrawal.

Go ahead and spend hours doing surveys but don't expect that PayPal to come through with any priority... Or at all Edit: maybe I'm to impatient but exciting my review from 1-4 starts because on day 7 reward was received and in the 7 days it took was able to earn enough for another reward!

Been using Toluna for years, always loved this company. I just found you again after not doing the survey thing for a few years. I love being able to do fun surveys and try interesting products from time to time that I get to voice my opinion about.

Change from five star to one star. Had a issue during my first payout (Paypal redemption). And now for my second payout, another issue again. 3 weeks had already passed, still not approve paypal payment. I have no good feeling about this platform anymore.

What a waste of time ,there used to be surveys available all the time when I first started using the app and now when I am just 100 points away to get a reward it completely stopped sending surveys ,all the times it would just say "the surveys are not available"

Won't let me login, says email or password is incorrect, it isn't. I tried the forgot password, to try and reset it, says success, but I do not receive a reset password email (tried that twice). I even tried signing up again, but won't let me, as. It states email eddress is already registered on the site. What the hell is going on?

I've been using Toluna to earn money through surveys, but my experience has been disappointing. The app offers very few surveys, and most of them don't match my profile. Additionally, the "Spin the Wheel" feature feels like a scam, as it never rewards any points. Overall, it's frustrating and challenging to reach the payout threshold. I wouldn't recommend this app for earning money.

I believe this platform survey is genuine in their advocacies, to be of help in the environment, the government as well as just mere earners like me. I like their system, their style, and this is user- friendly. But I remember that my previous points were lost, I guess, because,it never appeared in my point balance. Thanks though, Toluna, for counting me in!

This is literally the first survey I took, so I'm hardly knowledgeable about much yet. But I'm kinda looking forward to the next one. Whoever (or WHATever) is running the show seems like a solid person. I don't wanna know if it's being run by AI. That s**t scares me a little and it's just creepy. So, yeah, if you've got some free time and feel like spouting your opinions to others this might be the place!

Was using the app well for 2 years until now. Couldn't log into the app anymore. Sent a request and was told that I had answered survey that contradict profile or is not in term, but never told me what I did wrong? And my account was suspended. While I had points accumulated and gift cards that are still loading! This is unfair and frustrating. Waiting to see if they could tell me what I did wrong and will update.

It keeps 'redirecting' but it doesn't do anything. The screen freezes up & I have to cancel the survey. It doesn't let me do any of the surveys, other than the two I got half way, I think & got redirected. At first it was because I didn't fit on what they were looking for but as I updated my profile I got less surveys & more issues. Also because I don't fit in apparently, they give you this 'survey' asking "If today is Monday, tomorrow must be"- last year was? To be redirected into nothing. STOP

Far below expectations. I have lost a total of 8000 points today alone due to various issues ranging from getting stuck at the tail end of a study to disappearance of the link to proceed in the study at halfway, to links not opening at all while loading for several minutes. After the numerous updates it seems this app won't be getting better anytime soon...... So frustrating. Not even a button to reload a stuck page like it is common in other popular apps.

Quite disappointed. I had signed up for this app awhile ago, and it never had any surveys for me. So I quit the app, and recently I got an email asking for me to make an account. I went and since I had one already, I tried to sign in. Changed my PW twice and still no log in. Emailing doesn't work because they resolve the issue without making sure it's resolved. I wouldn't waste my time with this app. Not worth the frustration. No help from customer service at all.

I used this company years ago when it was web based. On a smart phone, the phone will misbehave . Some of the instructions are confusing in the landscape part that they want you to input data. So data is entry is screwed up and you go back to fix and it looks weird. Plus, I am stuck in another state due to circumstances beyond my control, and so I have been doing some other surveys, but I don't know this place well.

A good VPN. A fair amount of points for inaction, and also the ability to earn more points by doing surveys! So it ranks up there with Embee Mobile Performance Meter and the like... It's a good one, get it, get some free stuff, free money, free gift cards, - just I think the points expire at some point, I'm not sure if it's after a year, or 18 months or something, but watch out for that! Otherwise it's great, great program, and VPN! Thanks Toluna!💥

The app is freezing and not loading surveys. I can do one maybe every couple months because it is refusing to load. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the issues continue. I have a galaxy s20 and the most recent Android update. I'm not sure why it would not load properly. Will give 5 stars once this issue gets fixed. I would like to do more than one survey every month. The point is to be paid. I can't do it if it's not loading.

I was able to complete surveys fine. Attempted to get a reward a few times but it never actually processed and the points just went back to my account. All the while, I was still doing more surveys. Now all of a sudden I can't log in. I'm sure they will claim I "violated" some term. Should have read the reviews before signing up. Don't waste your time.
