Overall good experience, but some of the audio-guide tracks are AI-generated rather than using actual voice actors. The quality of these tracks is terrible, and completely break the flow of the experience. I can't rate higher than 2 stars for this reason.

Not recommended. The app does not show the actual route or stops. All the information is wrong. We ended up waiting at a place for more than 20 mins with no buses stopping. their QR code doesn't resolve to anything. Try other services or just use the city's public transportation. What a waste of money.

Service is horrible. In app ticket purchase didnt work. Ticket import to the app didnt work. No audio guide in the app, so can't use your headphones. Whatsapp support on the app didnt work, prompted an error. Yellow line was fine, but waited for over an hour for a blue line bus (probably 15 busses from Big Bus passed in the meantime). Same with green line - over 30 min wait. Audio guides were mediocre at best. Locations of buses not working.Save your time and use other companies (city is London)

Worse hop on hop off service I've ever used. Over an hour waiting for a bus on any stop. Lots off route stops are closed or moved, Staff sending you yo the next stop to get a bus, but it doesn't stop there, and you have to walk around and ask people where the bus actually stops as it can be just a bus stand not the actual bus stop. Avoid service, book any other tour, not the TOOT bus. -5 stars

having limited mobility this is my only way to see London . drivers were brilliant and very helpful. they were well informed and took pride in their job .

Pathetic service. Buses are not on time. Application doesn't work properly. Price is costly. Try City Tour of London or Big Bus instead. wasted a day and around 40 GBP on them on Sunday

useless app. useless services. i couldn't use it because i never got the bus other than once. i wait with family for the bus to come for 45 minutes without any bus coming. live preview of bus location is not accurate and it keepa us waiting for nothing. it doesnt even aay when the bus service has stopped. dont buy TooT Bus service at all

we were in Paris for our 10th wedding anniversary and booked the hop on hop off tour and the Paris at night tour , they were awesome we enjoyed both and would recommend them for anyone visiting Paris for the first time.

Although it's useful to see the general outline of the route; the stops didn't always align exactly to the map of Bath. I wanted to use the buses several times but it seems that you still need a paper ticket printed with another barcode after you've shown the first one given on the app. It would great in future if the whole experience with the app was completely paperless.

It would be nice if the map synced to the audio so you could see what it's talking about. Also for some reason the yellow route is coloured blue instead of yellow.

App is great, the bus frequency in London isn't. The buses were once every hour, inwt and of every 20 min. A couple of buses didn't even stop in the toot bus stops. We spend hours waiting

Tells us we're in London or Paris instead of Brussels, asking us to look out for the Louvre or Covent Garden. Information is very sparse as well and the audio is not synced to the location correctly

only useful for your ticket. the audio guide didn't know where you are half the time meaning it gives the wrong audio, then it just times out and you have to restart the audio completely. the map is also quite buggy. recommend just taking some earphones to plug into the bus system.

Doesnt trigger well and there is no good way of finding the right audio description to trigger manually. some busses are not shown on map. audio uses some "funny comparisons" to other cultures or products that are not universally known. could use improvements...

the app doesn't show bus timings. you are just supposed to wait at q random bus stop until it feels like arriving. it feels so useless to have the gps tracking going on when you can't see when it shall come to you. also the gps tracking is so inconsistent,you see it once and next minute it's not there. very very intuitive designate the app. no contact pt service centre available. money down the drain. DO NOT USE THIS! Any other service is better than this. I seeall othebuses than this one.

This app was very useful for the most part. For example, it shows where the routes are but won't guide you to the closest stops or give you any route options on how far away you are to the closest stop if you are not already on a bus and have to walk from any distance. The app was useful in that it would show how far away the next bus was, so that was good. All in all, it was a very good experience and would definitely try to use again.

What's the point of this app? It doesn't do anything. It 1st asks for the city you would like to discover but doesn't show anything else, not options, nada, then asks for the audioguide language and again, it doesn't display any options, app doesn't work for anything, if you insert your reservation number to import tickets, it just takes you to the 1st step and doesn't import anything... Samsung Galaxy S23 user here, I can't believe such a company have this useless app online.

I used in this in London while standing at a stop trying to figure out when the next bus would arrive. My location was clearly marked, but, the bus locations were nowhere near correct. This app should work like Lyft or Uber where the bus icons are dynamically updated every few seconds. It would be great if there was an estimate of time for the next bus to arrive. It would also be nice to be able to access the running commentary from the phone since in some of the buses it was not working.
