After one successful recharge paid with a credit card, you deducted my money in my second recharge using PayPal but you didn't send airtime to the receiver I'm requesting you to return my money

They take your money. Their "customer service done through email. If there is a problem, they do not return the money immediately. For someone overseas with poor internet connections and limited funds, this could be deadly.

This has to be the dumbest and stupidest service ever wasted my time did a verification, watch them took the money from my account, then all of a sudden order was canceled, no email via cancelation I had to call. Wish I could have gave -5

I must say I'm shocked. I thought it was a scam to be honest and so I though let me Google it's reputation. When I finally tried it I was in complete shock that it actually worked. Of course the confirmation call part was unexpected but all in all it's an amazing service. WOW.

I initiated a top up of 7$ on their website and the transaction was marked as unsuccessful but I have been debited and when I checked the transaction history has been cleared. I reached out to them and after seven days got my refund

I topped up my airtel sim and they said that they will call me for confirmation of my transaction. And they did. But unfortunately they were not able to reach me and asked me for a different mobile number on my email. So I give them a different number. But the problem is no one called and they're not replying on my email anymore and until now I didnt receive any top.up. It seems like they dont give importance to any queries that we are raising and Im disappointed. My USD23 has been wasted.

That stupid Digicel promotion in Jamaica is preventing the selection of the 2 cheapest options. I've sent multiple emails, and tweeted you all, and nothing. Can't even opt out of the promotion either.

Don't bother, it literally would not let my top up through. I've tried a few times maybe a few bank holds later, it went on pending status. "after 2-5 mins" they are supposed to send an email, and never got one besides the one transaction to different number that they let through. I can't even log in my account now because of "wrong combination" when I literally signed up yesterday and KNOW MY PASSWORD. So I did a forgot password and it literally will NOT let me log in with the new password.
