I just read a prior review stating once they purchased the cheap version of this app they were bombarded with ads. The same thing happened to me when I purchased the $1.99 version and now I don't know how to turn it off. It's really screwed things up. This was obviously done on purpose so I would need to purchase the more expensive version. I want to cancel the $1.99 version. Would someone please contact me so I can cancel it.

This app is the second one by this company that I tested today. I went to their website and cancelled because it is honestly easier to wait 5 seconds on a YouTube video and click skip ads, than to do the steps required with this app to make the same thing take place. It also will stop games and other apps from running properly. It is not worth the money or the trouble. I cancelled through their website and they use funneling to try and get you to stay subscribed. Worthless app and company.

29/03/2025 Been hesitant in getting this. So I gave it a go as it offers a free version. But opening it up it mentions 1 week free trial but not free version with understood limitations. As we are on the age pension we have to be prudent with our finances. I use a number of apps & the number of adds is gettting rediculous.

April 15th 2003. Your total ad block keeps turning off. It shouldn't do that for a paid service. Your Total AV doesn't include VPN in your package. You subscribe to a service and you want us to pay for every little thing. Greedy much? Your Total Ad block is good to a point. It does not block ads on FB, it shuts off and you have to restart it. I wanted all ads blocked including FB and that isn't happening. You need to put that in your description and be honest instead of being greedy .

do not pay for this app. its total BS. doesn't work. tried all the methods explained and it doesn't block adds on the YT app Every video comes up in the window saying 'invalid format ID'.. nothing else.

I had extreme trouble uploading this application. whenever I contacted, at great expense to myself many times they didn't resolve my issue. eventually we found a Google page which solved problem. They also automatically charged me $180.90 twice out of my accounts. Total scammed.

I am tech challenged . I can't get this to work. might be me but lots of ads still.... update ..I was approached after low rating, to help me fix this. I'm still seeing a lot of ads, I'm still not happy with this app but I am just so very tech challenged. they have really been trying to help me. still working on it

adblock would not work even with the Android extension to Adblock. I could not get it to work. the soft ware does not do what it is suppose to do. this software was canceled within the trial. I failed to understand why there would be no refund. Before down loading people should read the many bad reviews this company has. getting them to stop charging your bank account it's almost impossible

This app is a scam! I cannot find out how to cancel my subscription and the useless website just keeps taking me round and round in circles! I made the mistake of using my card and they took £9.99 and I've never used the app! If it isn't cancelled now I will contact my bank and stop you that way!

Please be careful when u install this app to get rid of ads. After an hour of installing it, my phone got hot. I thought I had too many apps open. This morning, there was a NewsBreak article on my phone warning people about malware on security apps.Their are signs to look for if u have it.The phone feels hot. It's sending random texts to your contacts that you wrote and sent to other people. Your battery is draining faster. Total ads I am sorry for dissing your app, I wanted people to be aware.

You may be wasting your money. I paid for a year's subscription on my Android devices, but 6 weeks ago it stopped working after 4 months use. A robotic response from the Company suggested I log out and log in again. Still didn't work. I unistalled and reinstalled the app and changed my password, but always when I log in, the app says my subscription ended yesterday (date changes every day). Screenshots and log files to TotalAdblock, along with details,- no response from them. Beware!

I paid for it through pay pal. phone immediately flagged this app as dangerous. deleted app. but too late, the phone is now bombarded with ads that I can't get rid of and now cant do anything with out ads appearing and interfering with everything i do, thats including game crashes. if I could, I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. thanks a lot, scammers.

I tried to open the video on YouTube and tried to share it with the ad blocker, and it says invalid id format. If this is fixed, then I'll reconsider my review, but it does it for every video. I'm really sorry, but it's frustrating, and I'm reconsidering downloading another app. It doesn't block any app ads as well, and the last one I had did a good job, but it was taking a lot of my data, so I switched, hoping to find a better one.

First of all.i can't even get the darn thing started. I've already downloaded the app but it keep taking me back to the advertisement for the app!!! It won't launch properly or maybe I am doing something wrong! But all I keep doing is launching the app and still getting all these ads !!! I'm not paying twice for this app, I'm about to delete it!!!

This app isn't a scam, but close to it. Just try to get your money back. It takes at least an hour of your time and multiple emails (check your spam folder) stating you want to cancel. If they had a good product, they wouldn't need to try to convince you of that by making you respond to multiple emails after you request cancellation spouting off about how great they are. Listen to other reviewers here and AVOID. There are much better products on the market to avoid ads.

I've gotten so many ads and spam since I signed up for the free version. I had no idea where they were coming from until I went in the app and saw the block options, which one needs to pay for. They were all there! All the sites I've been deleting and had never heard of were right there! Sites from Russia, France, Italy,...all of them! I must have missed the small print that says if you go with the free version, you are actually signing up to be bombarded with unsolicited ads :-( Uninstalled!

I downloaded this app to stop ads last night. now I have random ads popping up on my phone every 10 to 30 seconds now. I cant even access my ad block account. it says it is upgrading and it will take 30 min. last time I checked 30 min is a lot less time than 15 hrs. there is no way to contact them for support. I'm not gonna pay $10 a month for a service that doesn't work. if I don't see results before the free trial is done I'm uninstalling this app. I'm disappointed in this app so far

I ordered total adblock in Oct. or Nov. of 2024, and paid for it. For some reason I wasn't able to download the app. I contacted total adblock about the issue, no response. I sent out 2 additional emails with screenshots that clearly showed I was being prevented from downloading their app. I still got no response but assumed it would be taken care of. I was wrong in my assumption and was billed the following month. I sent out 2 more emails, nothing. I then cancelled my auto pay. What a scam!!!

so frustrated with this app, after at first it was not working then after a few days I did something and suddenly the ads stopped. what a relief, I was getting ads pop up one after the other, I could not even send a text without being interrupted, then nine hours later and ad popped up, they back and now they are coming so fast I can't do anything, and the ads are all misleading, fake, or scams. most telling my my phone has a virus or I've been hacked, but run a virus check but none found.
