Absolutely the worst credit card. When I got this card they started me out w/a $300 on a 76k annual income. Smh! But, I said what the heck...lets do it anyway. It has now been more than 1 yr since I've had this card-no late payments. Yet, they keep denying me for a credit line increase. As soon as I pay this month's bill I'm closing my account. I have an Amex & Discover w/limits over 9k-no annual fees. This card is useless at this point. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Smh!

Biometric Issues ! Literally everytime I sign on theres issues, but the layout seems simple letting me think the company isn't as new or isn't allocating to the app, so I don't doubt with time the app will get better... Please fix and thank you. Called Customer Sevice who told me to re install the app which I have already done, but will try again. #allocation

At first glance, this app works just as it should. Unfortunately, when you get into using it on a daily basis, you find out that every time you go to log in, you get a message that biometrics is not working properly. I don't like to use passwords because they can be learned by others who I don't want to have them. My fingerprint is a lot harder for a hacker to get ahold of. This problem seriously needs to get corrected or I'm just going to delete the app.

The only option to dispute is a PO Box. I pay my balance off every month. When I paid my balance off this month they took a duplicate payment the following day when my balance was $0. So nice to lose $225 on the day after Christmas. My Credit Union says it could take up to 100 days to recover the lost funds.

Idk what's going on w/ the app all afternoon until now at night since 930pm, I have been trying to make a payment that is due today and it keeps erroring out and will not go, just keeps circling/loading til it gives me the same error msg over and over again and now I'm going to have a late fee which I have never had before bc it won't load.. First time I have had an issue with this and I am not like it bc y'alls late fee's are high and this is not my fault! Please advise and fix this!

Trying to update but it's not available showing the I have made my payment but not letting use my card so need to work on the app showing what available credit and payment were made

Downloaded app right after activating card and I fill out all info until I should be able to click on activate and it won't let me click on it to set it up so mobile app is useless really they need to correct this issue so I can keep tabs on my card absolutely ridiculous

Well can't log in. Keeps saying upgrade. But there is no upgrade button to click. So I guess I'm not using my card. Also has had a bug from day one about the fingerprint log in. I've done all I was suppose to and it still won't use it. Might want to find a new designer for your apps. The one you have can't seem to get it right.

Great app and Card for building credit. Wish I had seen the extra fee after activation. But it's ok! Build that credit back up!!

Just opened an account minutes ago and this app is awful not allowing me to sign up for the app depriving me of today's convenience... Im having 2nd thoughts with keeping the card now. It's beginning to resemble another SCAM... Should have checked BBB First.

This company is the worst card company in the word they never give a credit increase,always have an excuse to denied it,high maintenance fee,high card fee 48 dollars per year l will pay it off next month,l just have capital one credit card that's the best no annual fee and 1000 credit to start with automatic credit limit increase every 6 month best hand down company don't get this total visa card garbage, this company get worst today l tried to make a payment and couldn't do it

Worst customer service. This is the only place I call and WISH it would be someone from overseas. I have been waiting on a replacement card for about 3 months. It's always some new problem. But it's the customer that has to suffer. Terrible staff.

Can't register. Even after filling all the info correctly, the registration button is greyed out. Please fix and I'll change rating. Tried on two different phones.

Why I gave this app one start that I tried to make a credit card payment my debit card that it wouldn't have my debit card through cause of the Total Credit Card App. So I had to go use the Internet so I can pay for my credit Card payment and my debit card went through to pay for my credit card payment. Now my credit card is paid in full now. I will never use this App AGAIN!

I didn't want to even post a star. They are a terrible credit card. I have been charged late fees and overdraft fees for 3 months. They currently have me over by $111 and they have $260 in payments not credited to the account. I have been trying to resolve the problem for the past 3 months but I've been unable to resolve it. The Customer Service area is of no help and when you ask for a supervisor they say they'll check on it and never get back to you.

The total apps has not worked and caused me to get late fees and damaged my credit report ! Very unhappy with total ! Update ! I had no success after numerous attempt to pay on my account but spoke with someone at total select . Explained the situation why I fell behind . They said they understood. I paid the fees and money due then they closed my account without informing me at all ! Say NO to total select ! Worst experience ever with a credit card ! It destroyed my credit score !

The customer service hours suck first of all. The app is useless you sign in and the screen freezes. Also the bio metrics don't work so that's a problem. I have to go to the myccm site to log in to make payment. Not worth the headache that's for sure. Plan to pay off balance and cancel as soon as I can. If I could have I would have given zero stars!!!

App keeps freezing when trying to make a payment. I guess it's on purpose to try and gather late payments. I've submitted a payment 4x and freezes and is unsubmitted every time. Biometrics doesn't work. There is no way to contact them through the app like any standard bank. Also if you have Discover, this "bank" does not disclose that they do NOT take Discover until after. I triple read the contract and did a search in the contract and they neglect to mention it until the bill is due.

Very simple to use. Gives access to your account information such as, available credit, current balance. You are also able to update password, contact information, add payment methods, get assistance. All in all a good app with a great u.i. I've only used it for a couple hours but it seems to be well rounded. Very happy with my total card experience thus far.

The app keeps closing on me every time I try to add a payment method. I tried calling into the service to make my payment but they ended up hanging up on me. I might just be late on my payment because of the fact that this isn't working like it should. Also have to reenter my credentials every single time because there's some sort of bug with a fingerprint or acts like I never inputted my fingerprint information to use that to login. Worst app experience for a credit card
