Update: The app is now functioning for my Android. The app is very helpful, for example, it will tell you specifically where you can find the wine/spirits of your choice, down to the aisle/bay. You can also use it to register for the offered seminars. App still doesn't work. Working off an Android, the app stopped working. The new update DID NOT work to resolve the issue. I uninstalled the app and re-loaded it, but it still doesn't work.

The app is slow as of Christmas, too much spinning when making selections. Selecting "Favorites" only tells other people your favorites and doesn't save them for you to select YOUR own favorites, so you have to search for them every time. Orders can't be repeated to save time. The only reason I have it one star (besides not being able to give it zero) is that it's nice to make orders and pick it up later.

The app is not usable if you don't turn on location. I don't want to turn on my location just to look up products and reviews. If I reply "no thanks" to turning on location, the pop-up will immediately and endlessly pop up again and again and again, asking over and over and over, infinitely, if I want to turn on location -- leaving zero time to search or read product reviews. Uninstalled.

Horrible setting up experience. Wouldn't allow changing credit card billing address to full first name and allow me to keep the abbreviated name on the account. Also, DEMANDED an email address be listed before I could add someone to possibly pick up, and that person doesn't have an email, but has a cell phone. Had to enter credit card in four times to finally get the order placed. I could have driven there myself instead of spending the time fighting with the app to set it up.

The app itself gets a 2 rating, the store gets a 5 rating. If the glitches could be fixed with the app it would possibly be a 5 rating as well. When the app works it is awesome, love the selection, the online ordering, the fact they gather your purchases and bring it to your car when you arrive. But too often the app won't load, or is very very slow. And if you click on a pic to try to enlarge the pic it just gets so blurry you can't see details.

App was just ok before latest update, now it crashes all the time. Have uninstalled and re-installed, app has become useless. Tried to reinstall again, same issues. Instant crash when opening. All started with the latest version update. Still unable to use. Months have passed with no fix. Deleting app for good. Total Wine should be embarrassed by the quality of their app.

OMG seriously get rid of this app or overhaul it! Been a customer for years and anytime I've tried using the app it's been extremely slow and glitchy. I almost always have to end up going to the web site to order. Tonight once again tried to complete an order only to get "unknown errors" when trying to select a delivery window. Backing out and going back in did not work. Fortunately when I signed in on the website, all my items were there to add. Done with this app.

Update: I use it all the time. No, it's not perfect, but it's pretty great. Haven't had to go in the store in a year. Good app, but it's gotten pretty glitchy on my old android 9 0S. If you do some things like try tow switch screens in the middle of an order it just locks the app, or if you just want to delete more than one notification, it locks the app.

App constantly glitches. I have 200 of the same message in my message folder which don't seem to be able to delete. If you try to scroll too fast on a saved list, it prompts for human verification which never goes away. If you switch to a different app and come back to the TW app, the screen refreshes back to the home page. Numerous issues which negatively affect user experience and brand loyalty.

This app has a lot of potential, however after a half year of use it still continues to have performance issues. Navigation between screens is often very sluggish, with sometimes several seconds passing before it changes to the next screen. I recommend that the developers better optimize the app to resolve these issues and improve the user experience.

Great app! Easy to use & lots of great deals. I use the for delivery all the time. I keep seeing people with issues of it crashing, not keeping their information, but I haven't had any of those issues. I just placed an order by clicking reorder, adjusted the quantity, and selected a delivery window. All done in 2 minutes. Plus there was a deal to save 15% so even better! This app is great, especially since they deliver. Such a time saver.

Works quite well, far better than the other big name alcohol store's app does. My only complaints are fairly minor. The filter menus can be annoying to navigate through, annoying you have to scroll up to go back a step and the buttons aren't very responsive. Would also like it if they filtered out stuff that's out of stock at your specific location instead of showing up and in reality neighbouring locations have stock. Solid app though, would give it 5 if it was easier to navigate.

Their app is very poorly optimized and chugs, incredibly slow and frustrating to use. Not only that, I've grown tired of the "deals" in the last year. Prices have shot up and deals are a pittance. Not only that I finally got a good deal only for the fine print to say it was only valid in one store in another state! Total bait and switch (no pun intended). Your average grocery store has better deals lately.

I signed up for rewards in the store last year, but got the app a couple of months ago. When I put in my rewards number, it showed me a purchase history of everything I ever bought in the store! I added everything to my favorites list from there saving me the time of looking everything up. Super easy! Curbside pickup is contactless. I pull into a spot, text them to tell them to put it in the trunk. I show them my ID without rolling down my window, they put my order in the trunk, and I'm out!

The app used to be great, but lately it constantly freezes, restarts, or just plain won't open. The "my list" feature is the most buggy thing on the app by far. Each time I click on it, it last for about 3 seconds and then completely freezes and I can't even exit out of the app. Two separate occasions I had to restart my phone just to be able to use the rest of my phone features. Please fix ASAP

I would say this app is very easy to use and I have had no problems using it .The only gripes I have would be maybe the out of stock items tile should be tinted a different color because sometimes it gets a little confusing. Also the app glitches some when scrolling and the page jumps a lot if you scroll to fast even to the point of closing the app sometimes.

The performance of this app is terrible. Search is abysmally slow. The speed is the reason for the one-star rating, but I also have two suggestions: 1) Make favorites actually functional. I should be able to see a list of my favorites and be able to quickly and easily order them. As currently implemented, favorites is useless. 2) Remove "contact store" on rare items because the store doesn't know anything about what they will be getting in so what's the point in contacting them?

The app is good for fans of Total Wine. It allows for deliveries, scheduled pickups, and general browsing with mercantile competance. That said, it can be a little clunky at times with loading potentially bogging down the app and searching could be a little refined to help delve through the great variety of selections Total Wine has to offer. Still, this is a five-star app. Given the amount of inventory you can thumb through with ease and the ease of placing an order.

Easy to use. Love that it saves my favorites and let's me create multiple lists. Only a couple of gaps. 1- for order pickup, the years of the wines were not the same (ordered online v picked up at store). For particular wines, this matters to me. I checked in-store and the years packaged were the only available, so I did not complain. 2- stock levels not always accurate *Word to the wise, double check size before ordering.

I like that it provides the availability at my nearest store. Searching through the ratings and price ranges are very helpful for someone who doesn't know what's really good out there. The app itself does have lagging issues recently when I navigate within the different screens. I have android device. I feel like the performance was much better last year.
