I used this app since it's early days. It was so novel and such a fun (and affordable) way to do something meaningful for someone from a distance. Since that time it's become a cash grab. You can't even send a postcard anymore without signing up for an automatically renewing trial of their subscription service. There's no option to skip. Another app ruined by greedy subscriptions.

I love that i can send personalized cards that will be meaningful to my family. i wish they would have better resizing tools for photos. Sometimes a photo is just a bit too big and their tools aren't advanced enough to fix it. Would love to be able to change font color. currently you can only change the inside of a card to VERY limited colors & all ink is blue . Am somewhat interested in premium, but their pricing makes no sense. Each tier should be so many credits, to align w/price structure

I love this app, but recently something changed and the post cards I've sent don't show up in the app anymore. It's always loading, but never actually loads. I really like that feature and it's much easier to keep track instead of looking at all the emails saying the card was received. Still an awesome app! But if we could get that feature working again, I'd appreciate it!

Yes I just tried to Uninstall. Then I decided to read reviews and saw a similar complaint. I have used this every 6 months or so for years and loved it. Suddenly this time I can not figure it out. I can't locate the images I want. If I make a mistake I can't delete the image I chose and have to start over. I. Reinstalled the app. Tried everything. Moved the target pix to a different folder. Can not upload the ones I want. Wasted about 3 hours on this and just can't do it. Some kind of updates.

App used to be good and intuitive to use. Now they just bombard you with pop-ups to get you to sign up for the membership plans. You have to skip those prompts each time if you simply want to send one postcard. And actually finding the postcard option is harder than it used to be. Another app, Postagram, doesn't have as many options but the interface is a lot simpler if you want to just send a quick card. Touchnote used to be as easy to use and produces a better product, but they ruined the app.

I like some aspects of this app, but the one postcard I made, the text was partly covered up by the picture, which I couldn't move or resize. I also couldn't move or resize the text. So that was disappointing. I ended up cancelling my subscription. It is a good idea, and I would have liked it better had there been opportunity to correct the alignment or size of the picture or font.

Overall, I like this app. It makes it very easy to send cards. However, the app needs more development. I find it hard to add pictures that are further down on my phone. The app refreshes and brings me back to the top too soon. I also think there is opportunity for more stickers. Lastly, the ability to shrink/expand stickers or pictures is not easy to do on a phone.

Pretty bummed. Has always worked great for me over the last couple years, super great quality and timely arrival. However now there seems to be some glitches that make it useless. I get stuck in a loop when trying to add an address so I save my card and back out. When I get back in my cards won't load, it just keeps saying wait a sec. Super frustrating!

They changed something in the app. This used to be very easy and intuitive to use. I wanted to send a postcard-Used to be a very easy to find option. NOW, I had to do a search. Then, I selected the wrong picture and instead of just hitting the back button, I had to nearly start over. I did this on my phone and when adding a caption to the photo, there was no way to minimize the keyboard so I could edit what I had written. I had to back out and then try and figure out how many letters to back space. NOT user friendly! It worked before, WHY 'improve' it? Remember the acronym 'DMWAWP' (Don't mess with a working piece). I would have given a MUCH higher rating if it hadn't been 'improved'

Took another star off because it now won't delete drafts even after I go through the process to delete... It says, error, every single time so I have a pile of drafts when I open and it notifies me that there's an unfinished draft. So frustrating. Before editing: It's great when it works but it freezes often... When I went to the support page after multiple attempts to make a card - to try to fix the freezing - it froze.

Enjoy the cards and the easy use. The recipients addresses are saved which is nice. Can't use the app as it freezes while trying to set it up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. And have been waiting a few months to reinstall. I have permissions on. Nothing works. I have a Google Pixel. Not sure if this affects anything.

It's cute! I subscribed to a monthly plan with this app and love to use it to send the occasional postcard. I only give it four stars however because: The app is a little buggy. It's small things here and there, like changing a photo and it changing the wrong location, or occasionally the printed card doesn't exactly match the preview. It does the job but it's not 100%. My plan doesn't feature the ability to roll over credits. It would be much better if I could send bursts around holidays.

I have been using Touchnote off and on for many years. The format is user-friendly and everything works within the app. if you are patient with yourself! In postcard mode, I like the way the size of the font diminishes as I write. I'd like more fonts and I'd really like Touchnote to produce a landscape version so I can use it with my attached keyboard on my Samsung Tablet 4. I'm in the USA. It's so easy to send cards home to the UK especially when pressed for time.

It's a great idea! I just got frustrated, when I signed up for a free trial, I didn't realize it was going to charge me for a whole year after I was expecting month to month payments. It's frustrating to suddenly be charged for a year. As for the app itself. It's pretty glitchy! It also won't let me change the color of the caption text, address text, or background of the postcard on a collage. It takes too long to create the card bc of the glitches. I'll probably just build elsewhere and import.

I uploaded a photo that looked great (bright, clear) on my phone to Touchnote to be framed and given as Christmas gifts. The result was a dark photo, that is unable. When I escalated the issue, the CS team told me it was my fault and I should do a better job editing the photo next time. Unbelievably unacceptable CS and poor app that doesn't alert the user when there is potential issue. 1/10/19 Update: The lack of customer focus continues. After several emails back and forth with customer service, I no longer have any trust that I can use the service going forward w/a quality result. Therefore, I requested a refund of my credits balance. Thought that would be reasonable - I'll eat the photos that are terrible that they produced but want my credit balance refunded since I won't use the service again. Customer service told me no today. Shocking.

In 2015 I gave this app 5 stars and I shared it with all my friends. It was brilliant; beautiful print quality, affordable, fast, and reliable. Today, sadly, I'm updating my review to 1 star. Over the past 8 years I have regularly used this app. The print quality has become very poor (pixelated images, lesser-quality cardstock) and since they introduced their monthly subscriptions (WHY does everything need a monthly subscription-it doesn't-it's just profit-driven greed), it's just awful.

So when signing up and buying credits, it kept saying it didn't go through, try again. Well, it ended up going through 4 times! Now I have 60 credits! Ugh! Not happy! Update: so I sent an email over the weekend about my problem and today (Monday) I got an email and they fixed the billing problem, refunding me for the 3 extra packages. I sent my first 2 cards. update: love this app. the cards are cool and are delivered quickly!

Edit: it's been several years since I started using this app, originally rating it 5 stars for the concept, ease of use, and the cost. However as they have grown they have not kept up their quality control and requesting a refund is impossible as they insist on receiving a photo of the product that wasn't delivered...huh? How can I (the sender, not the recipient) send a photo of...a photo that was never included in my order? I'm begging your team to simply be reasonable and reprint the photo!

Occasionally a little finicky, but got much better with recent update on my old Note2. I've sent a few dozen postcards with excellent results. Update: Not happy with this service since they changed their price model. It's not just that it's more expensive, which it is, the way they crafted the various categories makes it harder to just send cards when you want to without buying larger and larger packages. Too bad as I really liked them before that.

Fast easy way to send postcards and cards. Though the app seems to have issues very often and doesn't work the same across all platforms, web ios and android. And the card have adds on the that they don't tell you about. Would be nice if the cards actually looked like what you thought you were sending. I begurgingly keep using it.
