At first, a few years back it wa great. Then about 6 or so months ago, I tried to buy credits...Touch Tunes was being weird. And...I tried to play music. I was with my daughter and she couldn't figure it out. so I just signed off. THEN....I received a bill from Touch Tunes saying I owed $6. Not the point. For playing 3 of the same songs. First of all why would they play music that I never was able to purchase, plus much less 3 of the same. They blamed it on I was drunk at a bar.No refund👎👎

Scam. You can't see the cue. Could be 1 song, could be 100. Your song could play in the next 5 minutes, or the bar could close before any of your songs play like what happened to me. It's convenient being able to pick a song without getting up, but everyone has that ability which means the cue gets really long really fast. But you won't know until you hear your song...or you don't.

This app used to be great. I have played over 2500 songs you do the math on how much I spent. Never had problems with customer service before when songs did not play, but now they are rejecting every help request. My friends are having the same problem. The "infinite jump" and "owner overide" is a huge problem. I was jumped for 2 hours the other night. And if an owner doesn't like your song choice they can just skip it. No refund. Boycott this app look at all the other negative recent reviews.

The app used to work fine, now not so much. I can't buy any more credits. It said credit info can't be found. So i uninstalled & reinstalled, still no joy. So i logged out, i can't log back in, the "wheel" just spins until it times out. Can't change the password, the wheel spins... i guess you get to keep the 4 credits. I used paypal, they are fine, it's you! I guess we're done ... too bad!

Location not found...it's been months since the last update. Bro this shouldn't be hard. If I press the screen quick enough, I can eventually get the jukebox I want, usually after a few misclicks of places nearby. But it's ridiculously to begin with. At least push an update to remove the location requirement and allow manual searching until you fix it! And this happened right after I refilled $25 worth of credits. Go figure.

Absolutely horrible. Won't connect to spotify. I go to Touch Tunes, and they say it's a spotify problem. I go to Spotify, and they say it's a touch tunes problem. I have music downloaded onto my phone, but touch tunes can't detect it. I'm forced to listen to the same 20 songs my workplace plays over and over and over again. I can't believe I wasted money on this app just to know I can't play any of my favorite songs.

I have used this app for years. Recently it does nothing but immediately crash. Nobody in the bar can play any music. All kinds of different Android phones, different carriers, different android version from all of us and they all keep crashing. If you do manage to get in long enough to buy credits, then it crashes, which is even more fun.

doesn't work. asks for location when I open it up, but then when I turn location on, it never gets past the "touchtunes" loading screen. uninstalling and reinstalling every time was working for a bit, but now the whole app is evidently useless. —— to touchtunes' reply: I am not going to disable the security features on my phone in order to use your jukebox service. obviously.

I've been using the app regularly for a few months with no issues. All of the sudden, it won't find any jukeboxes. I've talked to other Android users, and all of us are having issues. It worked after my last android update, and I've uninstalled, force stopped, everything. Other than that, the only complaints I have are not being able to click on the song in the queue, I like to see how long the songs are. I've also had issues "liking" songs from the search function

I first downloaded Touchtunes App back in 2017, and for the next 6 years, I had no issues whatsoever with the app! It's been awesome! Recently, I've had an issue with the app opening . I don't know what the problem is, but I hope that you guys can correct this soon! Thanks! I've cleared the app data and uninstalled this app 4 or 5 times, and there was no change. I'll just get rid of it for good because what you're suggesting, it seems everyone has done and everyone's still saying the same.

.....but still needs work. At least they figured out how to store your credit card, but the interface is still clunky and unintuitive. For instance, you should have a personal page that brings up all your favorites, lists, songs, places, ALL IN ONE PLACE. AND, you should be able to see farther into the playlist to see when YOUR SONGS will come up, and how about a notification that you've been fast-passed?

Was working so good and now it won't. The help that was given to me by the company was useless. It goes to the map screen to allow and then goes to touch tunes screen and freezes every time. There's no "help" on the screens. I've uninstalled three times and still the same issue. I haven't gotten a new phone or provider. Just one day it froze.

I have not been able to open the app in weeks. It's just frozen showing Touchtunes in purple and doesn't open. I've deleted the app., restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and no changes. I'm glad I don't have money invested in this company. It was great in the beginning, but continually has problems now. It's no longer worth my time or money. Very Disappointing

Lost all the good music. Honestly you didn't keep the good music. Everything I want to play you dont have. You used to have but not now. A couple other issues is that you dont refund songs that never get played or get skipped by the bar. I've noticed at some places songs get skipped by the bar because they dont fit the "vibe" or the current "clientel" and i dont find that fair. I'd understand if its overly explicit or something like that, bit it's just normal music.

After the initial install and adding credits, app will no longer open. Touchtunes has my money with no ability for me to use the credits I purchased. Perhaps this is their business model now, luring people in, collecting their money, and then locking them out of the app? It has been several months now of uninstalling and reinstalling the app every couple weeks to see if they've corrected the issue with no luck. Thanks for stealing my money, Touchtunes!

No platform is more enshittified than touchtunes. Apparently a near monopoly on bar jukeboxes isn't enough. Shrinkflating the credits regularly, the app is hard to navigate (recent plays are basically hidden), there's essentially zero info about a song other than a title and artist (What album? Maybe a link to where I can buy it, that seems like a way to generate revenue that's actually useful to customers), the app is clunky and slow, and recently I heard an audio ad ON THE JUKEBOX. Ridiculous.

This app keeps blowing me off. I instaled, reinstalled, unin stalled at least five times with out having success playing tunes. This really pisses me off! You have lost me. Now, I am at the mercy of the people who decide which tune to play. Like I said, you have lost me.... UPDATE: I tried again, but STILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS APP! This app still does not let me use it. The blue screen is on my phone, that's it. I cannot connect to the help desk.

I have to uninstall and re-download this app each time I want to use it. Or it stays in an infinite loop on login. I've troubleshooted a few times with tech support. Honestly, I only deal with this app because my two favorite bars use it. Otherwise I'd never use this thing. Ever. Spent enough money on it too, which adds to my frustration. Buggy as hell.

This app has gone way down. Had International Icon unlocked, now, after their latest update, can't even open the app.. just freezes at splash screen. My phone is setup to block background data collection in apps. Had this app for years no issues (though they attempted to gather alot of personal Info in background while app is running). Phone is set up the same way I've always had it except now the app prevents you from loading if you don't allow them to gather sensitive data in the background.

Used to love this app, now everytime I launch it, it stays on the purple startup screen and won't load!!! I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled it ... Nothing works!!! So just beware .... I'm now out money that I used to purchase the coins/tokens to play music!!! Can I get a refund???? .... I did what was suggested, the app is Finally back up and running BUT I'm missing ALL of my credits!! TRIED emailing 3 times, delivery failed because your your mailbox is FULL!!! REFUND
