I like Tourradar and appreciate their responsiveness to my complaints. I reinstalled the app now that the functionality for wishlists is back. Much happier, thank you! 😊 All I need now is the ability to build multiple wishlists for the different destinations / holidays I have planned.

I have a tour radar account but it won't accept my username and password and I don't want to create another new password for the app and another for online, very frustrating

So my aunt booked our trip to the UK for March 2026. She added me as a contributor so I can pay my half of the trip. I had no problem making my first payment on 3/24, but I am not able to make any further payments whether on my desktop or phone app. I have reached out to customer service in the app and no response yet!!!

I booked a tour through a Travel Agent. I cannot access "my booking" and all the information provided for the tour on the app. I cannot complete traveler's information here, I must provide it via travel agent. I understand this is because I booked through an Agent. When I travel I find this type of app helpful and informative. This is poor customer service and will discourage me from using this tour company again.

Really good app and easy to navigate. One annoying feature however, is that it is not easy to contact tour operators. The message box requires question but doesn't really recognise questions within a long form request.

I had a pleasant experience using TourRadar. I asked many questions about my trip I booked and always had a response back by the next day. I plan to use TourRadar again in the future.

it's fine and all. my rating reflects the fact that what you do on a computer, does not reflect anything in the app...but it's the same account and all of that. pretty annoying. I have so many trips saved from browsing on the computer and I can't go back to look at them on the app when I'm not at the computer.

50% less user-friendly than the older version. It locks up frequently and has way too many distracting ads. You can no longer download trip brochures for future review. Go into the system with the same filters five times in a day and you'll come back with different results each time. It definately isn't designed for use with a cell phone.

I've had a great experience using this company so far. I did allot of research om this company as well as the company I chose for my tour, timeless tours. All your communication will be done through tour radar but you will be speaking, g to your tour operator through there messaging system. The travel insurance they offer is also cheaper and just as well covered then any other place I could find.

we did a tour of Tukey last year. This was our first time using Tour Radar. Booking was so easy. I asked many questions and got online answers so quickly from the same person. I was able to find out the best things to include in my trip, prepay and book it all before I went. I added the stay in a Cappadocia Cave hotel, which was the best, and booked a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia. Only 6 people in our tour, all English speaking. all hotels were amazing. It was a great deal. Thank you

While the app is not bad, the constant baiting emails have made me lose interest. Always promising big discounts, but not on the tours I want. A useful improvement would be to select specific tours and be notified when/if the price is reduced to what someone is willing to pay. Now I just don't bother looking as the they've wasted my time too often. Former customer gone.
