Very unstable. Employer can cancel on you with no consequence but if you cancel they hold it against u. These people called me before I even knew of the app and asked me to take a 5 day job. Mind you I had another job so I turned down work to try traba and they cancelled on me last minute. Just today I was on a schedule and I was supposed to start tomorrow then they turned around and cancelled without any explanation. We should be compensated when an employer cancels. I'm done with traba

Not worth your time I get suspended for trying to make it to a job that you get on that happening and they only give u 30 minutes to get there jobs always booked up find a better temp app this not it

Have been trying to work with customer service for over a week for them to just ask repetitive questions from some manual to no avail. These are not agents that think for themselves and I'm not convinced it's not AI. No contact number either. 10 emails later over a week and still no solutions. Now my info is sitting on a server and I can't even use the app. Don't waste your time. The reviews don't lie. Stay away!‼️🚩🚩

Slow to pay and even slower to respond. A check im suppose to get Monday and still haven't gotten it on Friday. With messages sent and ignored everyday. And chats being closed without handling the problem which only gives me more problems on my end. And its clear that they don't care because they're checks are still coming in and they still getting paid. So your problems are your problems. Would not recommend working with this company💯💯💯save time and stress

This gotta be the greatest information app I've ever encountered. Because there are no humans working with you and this app gathers your information and run you back in circles. To get back into this app. Warning do not download this app or provide your personal information. You want be able fix the a problem and you want be able to delete your information. This app will have you perform setting up a unnecessary email.

Never have any work had the app for almost a year now and have only worked three shifts. Guess if you just want to work three days in a year it will work for you

Worked one shift was on time but they had poor service in that area so they canceled the job on me while I was working the shift even though the site manager wrote down my clock in and out time trabba still refuse to pay me they keep saying they have to contact the company it's been over a week and still nothing do yourself a favor and do not work for them they do not like to pay and they don't have a customer service number only Ai bots in chat that ask you the same questions over and over

I downloaded this app from my sister advising me that I could get shifts and find work due to my situation. That was over 4 weeks ago and every day I check it morning ,noon ad evening The shifts are always taken and the wait list is a waste of time.

First, it took FOREVER for me to not be "waitlisted" for a job.Their pay isn't great. And please never have a personal emergency because you'll be suspended for 7 days and removed from all future shifts. In my opinion, it's best to work for a temp service because they'll have a more reasonable attendance policy. Even other apps, such as WONOLO, are now more advanced with offering FTO (flexible time off) for hours worked. Traba is for robots.

I was finally sent on a job, and the company was amazing. Unfortunely, Traba not so much. After I get paid for the work I did (which could be 1 day or 3, no way to be sure) I'll most lkely be uninstalling the app. You could just say you pay weekly instead of jerking people around.

The recruiters hardly reply back. They adjust your pay a week before they adjust everyone else's (probably because I am mexican) and the app is constantly tracking your location which drains battery and constantly sends you texts, notifications, and they call you multiple times each day with the automated calls. They also didn't tell me I only had work for 2 months. They also care more about attendance than the actual company. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS TEMP AGENCY.

So I sign up everything was smooth, until I had to submit the background check. The system tells me my account was not approved. there was some inconsistency with the background check. It's Saturday and apparently, I can't even communicate with a human being. They send you a message and you can't discuss with anyone. The AI bot is useless, just gives you limited options that have nothing to do with what you need. And then it gives you a cookie cutter answer. Zero help.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I have not been able to sign up for a single shift because of some error, an error that doesnt even say what the error is, just that there was an error. THEN to top things off there's literally ZERO customer support, it's all pre selected questions and answers and nobody to talk to. WORST contracting app I've been on so far. Edit- thanks for the answer! Too bad you missed the last part of my review where I complain about te complete LACK of available contact options

Signed up last week. Really no room for a detailed resume' as I have plenty experience and great references. No immediate openings and always put on a wait-list. Then an opportunity opened and was scheduled to work a night shift for a certain date. Signed up for a background check and then never was notified yet when I got back on the app I saw that I was booted of the wait list. Also noticed that most jobs you are required to speak Spanish or it's a no go. Thought I lived in America???

Job location is non existent. When you go to the "map" it doesn't even show you the job location just some random area where I guess it's supposed to be. Working on temp apps you are expected to be on time and punctual but they don't even list the address in plain english so I am afraid to even book in fear I might not be at the right location and get dinged for it. Rather simple to just list the physical address instead of some non functional map. They don't even list the business name. Weird.

I signed up for the traba app six months ago and was able to work a shift right away which was great. Unfortunately I have not had a single shift available for me since and for awhile I was joining every wait list and marking myself available every day and still nothing. I eventually uninstalled the app cause it's just a waste of phone memory and time, not to mention battery use from the permissions. Don't install waste of time.
