Great app for the beginning investor, better than Robin Hood. Easy to navigate and user friendly. Customer service is on point, quick and friendly. Detailed info on each stock, up to date stock related news. Premarket and Post Market limit orders. I also agree with thier option trading and margin restrictions. Perfect and safe way to learn how to invest without the pressure of FOMO option trading.

I started trading on Robinhood, but it was annoying that I had to switch between apps just to have a usable chart. I heard about tradeup and i really think its a step up from RH. Tradeup has customizable charts, which means I dont have to switch between apps anymore

Thank you so much for the update now i can see numbers too. This is by far the best place to trade. I"ve had robinhood and webull and i want you to know tradeup is by far the best. Please combine the security app into with the trading app. I'm not to up in technology and cant figure out how it works now, but we all should be using two part authenication just to be safe. Thanks again for making the best trading app ever.

The worst brokerage firm I have ever used. I confirmed promotion eligibility prior to transferring in assets. I had multiple issues with the ACAT transfer due to them misprocessing my form. Any issues require multiple messages to customer support as they never research anything unless pressed. My free stocks had to be manually issued only later to be recalled even though I have met all the terms and conditions and not withdrawn any funds. Customer support has yet to provide any explanation.

Under the recommendation. feeling good! The Chinese and Chinese interface is easy to understand, can see the market in time, and is convenient for trading operations. Tiger has been doing these things. I think this brokerage is still very reliable.

I'm really impressed with Trade-Up, the stock trading app! Their platform makes buying and selling stocks incredibly easy. I’ve got an IRA setup, but wanted to have some fun with the market (and make money ofc). I found out about tradeup and tested it out. So far it’s been reliable and straightforward to use. I really like the sign up offers too. I wish there was an iPad app but i’ve gotten the website to work on my iPad. Im definitely using this as my daily trading app.

I have tried a lot of trading apps and but I know that TradeUP is the best by far. I receive accurate market data which helps me to execute trades to the best possible price. I also like the layout of the app, because it is easy to maneuver, espacially when it needs to go quickly with my trades.

The app has improved an incredible amount in the last year in pretty much every department. Definitely recommend it now that they've fixed a lot of the issues. Still could use some UX improvements in how margin accounts are handled. It's not clear at all how much margin you're currently utilizing, what the interest rate is on that margin, what your margin requirements are, etc. A pie chart or graph of some kind would be super useful here.

nice interface and they have some great analytical tools on the desktop version. they also periodically run interesting promos on social media. the only time that I've had a problem, their customer service was so quick and and professional in handling my issue. would definitely recommend to experienced traders

Had 50-60 dollars in bitcoin strategy stock, didn't use app for awhile, they disabled my account, now it's gone, they made me send pictures of my id and pay stub, been about a month and still haven't got my money so I can close my account, horrible app, they keep giving me the run around when I email them. Crazy how they kept my money

App is not friendly to use. They choose a very bad design. When you try to play an order, it is hard to find where to place the order. Also, every year when it comes to the tax season, this app will send you a garbage tax form, basically you'll have to do all the report and calculation manually by yourself. Worst experience ever among all the trading apps that I've used.

By far the worst trading platform I have used, can't do partial transfers using app- have to mail in the paperwork. No way to reach customer service on phone, only email or live chat are options. CSR blatantly lie, told me transfer will take 7 business days even though funds were withdrawn within a day. I had to repeatedly follow up with them and they eventually resolved a "glitch" to make funds show up in the app. App doesn't show account # till funds are transferred in which I need to initiate

Their order page is awesome! They give you streaming bid and ask price, cost, pre and aftermarket trading, also conditional options. They even offer estimated amount you can buy or sell with your balance. I really enjoy those features, since I day trade on a regular basis and every split second matters, have no intention to waste my time on inserting all the little details.

Good luck ever getting a chance to talk with any real person if there's ever an issue. Absolutely everything is automated and their AI help desk is a complete joke. You get flagged for everything. And ABSOLUTELY ZERO TRADING PREMARTKET OR AFTER-HOURS. Conveniently ever trade is "currently unavailable" even though that's what they market to bring you in. A complete joke trading app. Charts are the worst I've ever seen. Prices are incorrect etc. Stay far away. Don't repeat my mistakes.

I have switched several brokers these couple of years. I used TDA, love their platform, but the commission is too expensive, then I switched to Robinhood. I liked it first, but then, you know, you got what you paid for, no service at all. Some of their glitches can drive you nuts! I discovered this App when I looked around in the App store. They have a free stock promotion, which is a little bit trick, because they give you the same amount of cash value, instead of adding a stock to your position. So far, I like everything they have, good service as well, but it looks like the complex option is not available. I am thinking about transfer my remaining assets from Robinhood to them.

I honestly found this App by accident. I saw they offer free quotes, so I decide to try it out. The layout is pretty clean, easy to navigate. They offer demo account to test drive their platform, which is pretty cool. The only annoying part I discovered so far is their chart cannot go landscape, little bit hard for me to read especially when I add indicators to the charts. But overall, I like it, and I just opened an account. We will see.

Very misleading promotion. On the site it said all id have to do is download open an account and then open the box to get a free stock. But after doing all of that, it gives me a list of 4 to 5 other things I'd have to do to get a free stock, such as inviting friends etc etc. Those extra little things to do to actually get a free stock should be on the promo page. If your are misleading about something that simple, it makes me wonder what else you would be deceptive about. Uninstall for me

If you don't want to LOSE MONEY, don't use it! You can't see your daily growth/lose on the App. The premarket data are WRONG! Always 0%. You can only draw lines on their web app, but the web app cannot even show your positions. You have to trade with the App but the App has only limited data comparing with their web App. Only less than 10 indicators are available. You can't login on two different devices. It spams notification queue. Overall, it is a garbage. Don't waste your TIME and MONEY!
