Each time I open the app, I'm logged out and I have to login again. Maybe it's a good idea to extend the life of the logins

It impossible to reset your password. I contact support & they told me they will contact me to do the reset. Nobody contact me & I contact them again, they told me the same. Still waiting...

Logs you out also if you have selected "Keep me logged in". Now way to add flights to Google Calendar, which is terribly annoying.

Dear Transavia in the era of digitalisation this app is unacceptable. Please get rid of the program that is checking you for being a robot every second. It is the most frustrating experience ever. On top of that I had many other issues. At least customer service (phone) worked fast and the guys were super helpful.

Worst airline app. Always need to login upon opening app. cannot open boarding passes with it. does not save boarding passes. buttons do not respond, such as 'bekijk boeking. every time I have to make a payment for a flight , I receive an error and then doesn't let me go again because it says the booking already exists. you would imagine they can spare the cost of a well developed app, but apparently no.

App stuck after I done the payment and even though payment went through, it didn't load the flights afterward! Caused me 250€!

Frustrating!! I checked in for four passengers. You have the option to show the boarding passes, but after closing the app, it is not possible to open boarding passes again. Nothing at all ... I created an accoun in order to add the tickets to my account, but nothing. Again frustation, I cannot even change my personal data in the app

Terrible app which is just a buggy and slow version of the mobile website... You have to log in whenever you open it. Check-in for a flight is incredibly slow. I try 3 times to book, the app kept freezing before payment, I ended up buying my ticket through Google Flights in less than 2 minutes. This app is just plain trash, are you even testing it internally? None of the basic functionalities is working properly.

One of the worst airline apps ever. There are African apps that are easier to use. In order to fetch your boarding pass, you have to log-in constantly. Slow, not intuitive, chaotic and not user focused. Had to make screenshot of boarding pass in order to have it handy. Just when you thought nothing is worse than Ryanair or EasyJet, Airlines like Transavia proof that things can always be worse.

No advance flight timeline available (online check-in open/close, airport check-in open/close, gate/boarding open/close). Nor an option to add the right to the calendar.

It is not possible to write yourself the dates of the passport. You need to choose from the application calendar and to spend a lot of time doing that.

Application is not user friendly. Everytime you open the application you need to log in again. Furthermore when you press 'download boarding ticket' it just shows it in the application and does not actually Download it on your device. A screenshot is a workaround. After trying the application for two days, I do not see any benefit to it. I would not recommend downloading it, just use their website, it works better then the app.

It is shame. This is the worst airline app I have ever used. I have to fly with this company quite often,due to family obligations. I book everything,and when it is time to pay I chose I-deal option and my Bank.And..it does not work! The system redirects the user to a blank webpage that asks to push "next" to continue. But ..there is no button there! The system crashes and all the input data are lost! Obviously, the developers did not care to test it all the way. But even with the simple fill-in-your card way, there are problems. Once they withheld twice the same amount,due to app malfunction. One can see how badly designed it is,by the appearance of the boarding pass.By the way, if you do not press "send to mail" your boarding pass is not saved in your account .Which means that if you do not have internet access out of your hotel,you have no boarding pass:-) It is a shame. It works well, better than most airline's apps, with 2 exceptions: 1 - I increased the font size in my phone, to be able to use it without glasses. This causes the barcode in the boarding passes in the app to be unusable. Please invest in some adaptive design patterns. 2 - if I fill in my search terms, it frequently simply opens a Web page with only the date filled in: I have to re-type all the other parameters Otherwise it's good enough that it's my preferred method for booking flights, atm

Have to select everything twice. For instance, search for flights, you give destinations and dates, in the next screen, your asked again for this date. Even when you're logged in, it still asks for your personal details and email every time you book. There's no value whatsoever in using the app instead of the the website. The website is easier to use and does remember your data.

The app itself is good....but what a shame this new policy: to pay 50 euro to carry the hand luggage.......what are the low costs in all of this?

Broken payment system (iDeal) blocks checkin on all platforms ("payment pending"). It gives intermittent error messages (including "booking not found"), says "contact support", provides no actual way of contacting support, eventually saying "contact telephone number is in your booking email" - which is false. Not looking forward to chasing them through the small claims court for reclaiming late check-in charges due to their broken software.

I used to travel more than 40 countries and this is the worst experience i ever had. Please don't book here if you're not sure about travel. Even they didn't allow me to check in (with all documents), the reason they said that I have no old passport. It's clearly mentioned in my new passport that my old passport is misplaced. And when i ask for refund the customer care sent me an email that saying i have no valid passport. What a dumb people are working or maybe they thinking it's easy to scam

Nice to have an app like this, but it's super super annoying that it keeps telling the wrong messages. Push notification Says check in is open. Tap it and end up in the app which tells uit check in isn't open yet. only perseverance with refreshing several times suddenly shows you can check in. I book a flight, pay with i-deal. Then I come back to a screen saying payment failed. Spoiler alert: it didn't fail. This app fails.
