Not actually free. The function of speech to text is well done and someone in the reviews said the trial is 90 mins free but I tried to transcribe a 15 min audio and it only did 5 mins and the rest needs to be paid for so will be uninstalling. Just be aware it's not a free app.

Pretty good transcriptions in English, even with my heavy dutch accent. Easy to use and not expensive. Chose a paid app b/c the free ones will certainly sell anything you transcribe.

Ifound this useful to record, transcribe, into different languages also. it has other features like meeting recorder, screen recorder also. it can be linked to your google drive also. you can create folders and keep. the transcription takes 1-2 minutes only, depeding on the size of the file. 30 min audio would take 1-2 minutes. we can take input file from recoreded voice, social media like whats app, you tube drive, drop box etc. the app also has feature of transcribing from video files also.

Miserable translation. I'm sorry guys but the translation from a foreign video to English is just not even in the conversation. It's utter waste of time downloading this app.

Very accurate transcriptions (96%) with interesting AI possibilities for summaries and corrected versions. Trial version is very generous with 90 mins free. It is easy to edit and export the transcript. I'm preparing a comparison of dozens of #speechtotext apps which could be used by language learners to get feedback on their speaking. Transkriptor is one of the top four for its accuracy, availability on Android phones and iPhones but pity transcription is limited to 80% of file/recording

Works well for the one file that worked. Not useful as I do not have access to the majority of the files that I would like to transcribe. They show up but I cannot interact with them.

Hello please help. I subscribe for the upgrade one just now but my recording is crashing after 20 to 30 seconds... it just stops... I wouldn't have mind to pay the subscription but if it won't do any recording I need to stop my subscription. How to reach up a customer support also? Thank you.

This app has been stealing my money for over a year. I cancelled my subscription through google play and i have been getting charged every single month with no reciept from google play or from transkriptor. Not surprising, theres not way to cancel the subscription through the app and the help feature doesnt work. Please transkriptor, cancel my subscription!

It's a good service online. But the app needs work... it just showed me that it failed 4 times to upload a link in the app. But when I went on my laptop, it made the transcript 4 times and used my minutes... That cost you 1 🌟 only. Because you definitely provide a great value.

amazing experience. I don't like waiting for some thing... especially editing or preparing something on application. and I'm glad having this app this work really fast and I I don't need to stay and wait for the results it works in background and notify me when the project is ready so that's how it saves a lot of my time.

I used it once and I was happy with the transcripts and wanted to subscribe after free trial. I had still 70 free mins to go, but unfortunately after 20 mins of a recording it allowed me only 5 mins of free transcriptions while I was in the middle of a meeting and those transcriptions were so vital to me. Therefore, I'm so disappointed and frustrated that I can't trust the developers anymore I'm gonna use other alternatives.

Good product, a bit slippery to cancel The service works really well, I use this to transcribe story ideas while driving, one of the only apps I can use while aldo listening to music. BUT you cannot cancel using normal subscription cancellation steps (go to Google subscriptions and cancel). I did this last year and just got charged again. To cancel you have to sign in, preferably in a computer, so it won't auto send you back to the app, and go into your settings in there. Sneaky sneaky.

Transcribed quite well. But, only allows you to VIEW your transcription for a few min in the free version. You can copy the transcribed text, but only line by line rendering it useless. To see it in full, you have to pay for a certain number of mins per month of service. I might have considered paying if it were more reasonable but to keep you from copying a sample transcription is just greedy. I would love to see you change some of this setup, I have a feeling you would retain more customers

This app is excellent. Is very accurate in transcribing even low volume or poorly pronounced words. It exports to PDF directly to my device. Has everything I need. I would give it 5 stars but it only lets you transcribe 5 minutes in the free version. I feel you should get more or at least a few days for trial. The payed version is $9.99 for 300 hours. I feel this expensive when there are other apps that give you way more time for much less.

I don't have much experience yet with the accuracy, but the pricing is bad. Not only is it high and monthly, but the in-app pricing is double the website. What the heck is that? It's unethical. I don't mind paying for useful things, but pricing must be consistent and a good value. Depending on which device you buy from, transcription costs about 3.3 cents per minute. If you're going to sell by the minute, then those minutes should *never* expire. This ruins an otherwise great app.
