First time using this app. Transfer pending for 2 days despite being asked to wait 24 hours on account of technical issues. No open lines of communication either eben during business hours. If could give 0 stars, I would.

Inconsistent app, payments keep failing. Was using for months then out of the blue payments fail constantly even though I successfully complete 2fa. Very frustrating service. Avoid this app

I have been using another app that delivers within mins. Only to be introduced by my friend to transfer go, and for morethan 24hrs now the transfer i did hasn't been received, email not replied, phone line not going. Worst experience...won't recommend.

First of all I want to say thank you transfer go for your help I really appreciate Few weeks ago I had problems making a transfer, I came here to make a review begging them to fix the problem. That very day I received an email from them asking me to send my complaint to them by email which I did and they replied very fast with suggestions and what the think the problem was and also give me more suggestions on what to do if their suggestion didn't work out and even sent me a reminder. It worked

Horrible experience. Made a transfer and money has still not been deposited. Should have stuck to other reliable apps I am used to. No customer service the entire weekend except a bot that does nothing. First time user and will not use again. Horrible Horrible service. Not worth the hassle at all

This app is really annoying and frustrating ,because while will you use an appa and not be able to call their customer care line and no one is responding to my email as well.i wish I saw all the reviews here before using the rubbish app. Use this app at your own risk

Tried transferring money from my british bank account to lithuanian one. Provided all the needed verification documents, even sent my bank transaction proof as requested per transfer go team's email. 24 hours later transaction is still pending. Customer support phone lines are down. Got 3 identical emails from the team advising that they are facing technical issues. I understand issues may occur but why was there no warning about it on the app? How am I supposed to get my money back now?

I am quite disappointed with this transfer service as my first transfer never went through to the receiver till now. No live chat to tender complaints, and my 1000 GBP has not been refunded since the transfer couldn't go through. Why should you acknowledge the receipt of my money and refuse to credit the receiver, or return the money? Why should you indicate on the app that transfer is instant when one could wait for years without hearing back from you? Please do refund my money ASAP

Dear Admins of this app, Could you expedite transfer of the money sent to me so that I can attend to my urgent demands, please? Alternatively, you could return the money to the sender so she could use other viable app to effect the transfer. I wonder why you should receiver money in pounds and wouldn't credit the receive for this long after you have advised an instant payment on your platform. You asked the sender my date of birth and full name which she has provided, but nothing has gone thru

I have used it to make five transfer and was delivered instantly in less than 5mins. But my problem is with the app which crashes for no reason and has to take 2-3 attempts before it will be stable. Pls you guys should work on the app.

Tried to send money from my personal bank account to my personal broker account. They asked me a lot of documents, including all my transaction history for the last 3 month from the bank account, my personal deposits info, tax report for the last year, personal business account transactions (from FOP) for the last three month (which was not even related to transfer). They kept my money for a week and after I provided everything except the last document - they refused the transaction.

Very terrible and frustrating experience with Transfergo. I referred a friend to use transfergo, they deducted the pounds and did not pay the naira and yet refused to refund even up till now. No good customer service, phone numbers are not working. This is the worst app/website. Please do something now before you get reported on social media and to the UK authorities.

Absolutely ridiculous service. It's been more than 3 days since I created the transfer still show that they are processing the transfer. Can't believe in 2024 it take them over a week to transfer. I am not sure but this look like scam they don't transfer just use your money later refund after week. Don't use this or your money will be stuck for 2 weeks. Very nasty 🤢. Will never ever use this again .

This is the first time to use the app. I am very disappointed with you TransferGo. I was expecting that my money will be sent to receiver 24hrs as what was expected but till now it's not happening. Poor customer service. I tried to use the chat but only chatting with a chatbot which is not helping as getting same response same with emails saying to just wait for their response. I sent 2000 pounds and that's all I had as I have no work for the meantime. I want my money back TransferGo.

Very poor service. Spent about 4 days to be credited for my transfer. No proper or detailed feedback for customer service. No phone connection to service provider. All lines of communication intentionally switch off. Really bad experience.

Rubbish! Don't download/use this app. They will offer you good exchange rate once then the succeeding transfer will have issues like 'suspended,' need to update receiver's details etc... The support was absolutely rubbish as well and it's difficult to have your money back! 🤢🤮😡🤬😈

ITS A SCAM! This app will only take all your personal data to use it, then when you try to transfer it will hold the payment and tell you it needs more information to process it. But there is no one who can help you do it or ask you follow up questions. Have been trying to reach customer service for over a week now to cancel my transaction and it's safe to say this is the worst money transfer app I've seen. Stay far away!!!!!

Very bad experience! Advertisement was so enticing. I tried to transfer for an emergency payment in the Philippines. But turned out that my money will be stucked for 2 days. Bad thing was the app still shows payment declined but my money was taken out already. Very BAD APP.. now who since they will hold my money for 2 days I will incur penalty.. I requested for refund but no one to talk to. No proper customer service.. I should have used Taptap Send.. and my money will arrive in just a second!!!

I wished I read the reviews first then I should have not used transfergo. It's taking a while for the money to reach my gcash. Unlike sendwave, it's done in seconds. If there were any problem refund is returned within minutes. I would rename this app as #TransferGoWaitWorry. Not a good first time experience 😕. Once my money is sent/refunded this app will be uninstalled.
