Easy to use, straight forward and clear instructions, interface nice and clear, nothing to confuse you as you make transfer. Could have a bit more instructions in the transfer process just to make it a bit clearer.

I'm looking for remit app besides using bank to transfer foreign currency and I found transfez. I love it so much, It easy to use and fast. I tried to remit CNY to my partner in china, the support told me he will receive D+5 for china, but I got notification successfully transfer just in 3 days. It's amazing and the fee is flat only 100K/transaction. Compare with bank you will be charged 25$/transaction. You can save a lot and dont need go to bank, just use your phone and finger 😎.

First time using this, I didn't have any thoughts nor any experience sending money overseas and I find this app along with the great review, so I gave it a try. From my experience, it's been a convenience one as it have great service (the customer service are really helpful, although the chat from the app was a bit slow response than other big companies but still tolerable). I'll recommend you this app as for a trustworthy and easy to use app to transfer money overseas

Good App, Good Services, Fast Transfer, The Advantages: It is a very good App for transfer money to Foreign Bank outside Indonesia and very fast wiring only D+1 banking day and the money come in. Awesome. The Disadvantage: We need to transfer manually and uploaded the proof of payment manually, so the payment transfer checking will be manually check on the office hour, but fast customer services response. Would be good if it can be checked automatically, and adding more payment option. Thx

the first time I had doubts, whether this app is true, for real. Fill in registration and others smoothly, validation smoothly. I re-read the reviews that have used this app, all are good and it is recommended if you want to send to Germany. I tried sending and it worked. Waiting a while there seems to be a problem, but I got a very helpful text and it finally worked. Salute and thanks. Hopefully the application will last and be a blessing.

Transfez is the best so far for me. The cheapest and the fastest application for sending money to overseas. I got shocked, hehe...Using transfez, I only had to pay around $6-7 per transaction to send $20K. I used to use other apps, services and bank, but they were so expensive which costed around $30-200 per transaction to send same amount of money. I definitely will use transfez again later.

Sending money abroad has always been my need. Had done many transfers in another platform. Transfez is the cheapest way. Good rate convert, no hidden fees, reliable transactions, small transaction fee and fast responsive customer service. One thing that has to be work out is the time process and more often free transaction fee offers. Overall it's still the best way to send money abroad. Keep up the good work, Transfez!

First time using transfez and super satisfied with the service. Transaction was fast and easy and fund received within two days (even during weekend!). UI UX is great (clean, simple, intuitive and easy to use). Customer Service Support i received was thorough and timely and my issue was addressed with a single interaction. Highly recommended Transfez!

No apps are perfect but this is one that I recommend, its fast, reliable and low on fee, the people are nice and friendly, fast respond and helpful. Talking about responsibility, I was once had a fail transaction for some reason that I didn't even know, they contacted me explain everything, guided me step by step what to do and they fix it, they get it done, well done.

Exceptional experience to transfer money with Transfez. Excellent rate, very rational acceptable transfer fee, and very fast processing time! A lil bug with payment through Danamon, but CS very handful, it's like having a private banker! Please fix the bug - I believe you will, as you mentioned in the chat. Can't wait to see your improvement as I will use this app again. Thanks for this excellent service!

This app is amazing, didn't know that sending money abroad would be this easy. I am satisfied with the service,and will definitely use it again. Even better if it could directly connect to bank transfer so that no need to upload the bank receipt. Nonetheless, this app is still really helpful and the process is incredibly fast. Keep up the good work, Transfez!

I sent money to UK from Indo through worldwide financial service so many times and one day I just realized that their rate was too high, then I found Transfez and hard to believe how much the rate difference they make. Absolutely Transfez's rate is the best, cheap fee, so easy that you can even do the transfer from home, and fast! It's very recommended! Good enough app and service. Tried several times sending money to EU account. Sometimes there's trouble but the customer service will give fast resolution including refund if you don't wanna wait longer. Verification is also quite fast. The kurs rate is a bit high. Sometimes the transfer status isn't updated fast enough. One thing that needs improvement is that there's no option to include references/notes to the recipient, if the feature is available I'll give full stars.

This app is so helpful and convenient. It only takes one day to verify my account and the transaction took around 30 minutes for them to verify my payment but after the verification is done they sent the money directly which only take a few minutes. And for the first transcation we dont need to pay for the transaction fee. Really a good app 👍👍

Really useful app. It has overcome my horrible past experience about inter-currency money transfer. When I used the service of one of Indonesian banks, I had to pay IDR 500k for the transaction fee while waiting for more than a day until the beneficiary received the money. Now Transfez comes up with a brilliant beneficial solution. Reasonable transaction fee, fast process (no more than an hour), and I believe this is a reliable app for International transfer. Really easy to setup and make the first transaction. Out of all other similar apps, i found transferz to be the most user friendly and intuitive. You dont have to worry about the security concerns as well- transfez takes care of that for you. Also customer support is quick to respond and help. Thanks for the great work put behind building this app.

CS super bad. Unhelpful and unfriendly. App is also very old and unreliable to keep us updated wheter our transaction has been honored or not. It took more than 12 hours to transfer our money to the destination country. Better try other apps if you are not too desperate.
