Doesn't run well on lower bandwidth. I really suggest that the creators of the app do some revisions on it. Of all the apps that I've used, this one has been the most problematic. A difficult to run app also kills motivation to use it as it's intended for, to assist us to lose weight.

Needs more work. Half the time it does not synchronize the food I log with the Fitbit app. It's as if someone needs to manually do that. It makes sure it grabs my weight from Withings app though. Can't go back through and check the settings. Chat is extremely limited.

Used for a work health program and it stopped working after 2 months. It stopping syncing with my fitbit and each day I'd log back in and my data from the previous day is gone. Very hard to navigate and the back button doesn't work inside the app. Very cumbersome and not user friendly.

You can manually track food and activity. App is supposed to sync with Fitbit but doesn't do it consistently and loses information after it has synced. The old version of this app was much more reliable and easy to use. Truly horrible app. Crashes all the time despite multiple updates.

Pretty good app except I don't always have the best internet connection. And when I send my health coach messages it becomes very discouraging when I write the same message three times and then it says no internet connection and erases everything. The point of the app is to be able to interact in the group and with your health coach and be able to watch your stats. Well I can only do 1 of those three things. Please fix, this is 2020 technology has came to far for this to happen.

I wish I could write an actual review but the app won't let me get past the sign in page. I sign in with my email, it takes me to the VP transform web page to login, I login, it brings be back to the app and is just frozen on a screen shot of a mountain/ocean view. Can't even explore the app, link anything. Nothing. I just chose this program through my insurance and am already feeling hesitant about it legitimacy...

It stopped working after it required me to sign a new user agreement. It crashes within 30 seconds of me opening it. I need this for my health program . It is the worst app of any type that I have ever used. 1/2⭐ because it works sometimes. Plus it doesn't always link with my Fitbit. I 'm only sticking with it because of my health🤢

Please fix the chat feature. The send button is displayed under my built in tool bar (android) making it impossible to participate in chat.

the buttons are unclickable on s25 ultra. chat and lessons. it used to work for a week after install now it doesn't. must have been an update

App not sized properly. Menu and whole top line are basically inside my notifications shade so they are inaccessible. Time display also is not overlay blocked so it's unreadable while the app is open

This app is pretty frustrating. There is either a lag in grabbing info from FitBit and the scale app, or the info doesn't appear at all. When no info appeared from my fitbit activity, I entered it manually in the Transform app (this is pre-device fitbit - activity being entered manually in the fitbit app as well.) Hours later, I can't see the specific activity, but the number of minutes is another plus 1/2 of what it should be, and there is absolutely no way of fixing this. There is no technical support for this app - way too frustrating.

Love the program but the app makes me want to give up! I have been fighting it for months. Never works correctly. Support gets something fixed then another problem comes up. Currently is not syncing with the Fitbit, new issue as this has been working fine since September 2021. Last week it was only weight, now also exercise minutes. UGH!!

I do not understand why this app has to be so complicated. It needs to sync with fit bit app and the scale app, and yet doesn't sync right. Why have the ability to enter the information into this app when I am told to put my food in fitbit. All three apps have the ability to track all needed items. My scale tracks steps, but I enter "activity" in gitbit. I was told to plan on uninstalling the apps weekly to make it sync correctly. Yet, even doing this it doesn't sync right.

Update - this app is still not working even with the update. Again, it worked at first and now it keeps shutting down. It is so frustrating when we need to use this app for a health program at work........ I need this app for the Transform program that I am in, but all of a sudden it keeps shutting down on me. I have tried to complete modules many times this week and can't get through a simple 3-question quiz without the program shutting down.

Was using this as part of a program through Virgin Pulse for my work. Downloaded the app three times and each time couldn't log in with my Virgin Pulse account. I'm not creating a separate account because these people can't make their app work. No points program is worth this much hassle. UPDATE: Managed to login and there are ZERO ACCESSIBILITY OPTIONS. No dark mode and no way to scale the app font. Required weekly lessons are several pages of size 6 font. I guess you can only use this app if you have perfect vision. And no, scaling the font in my phone settings is NOT an option. There is so much typing you need to do for weekly lessons that is EXTREMELY annoying to do in an app. This needs to be a website, not an app. UPDATE (4/2022): App crashes every time I open it. Has been unusable for 2 weeks.

Non-threaded conversation makes chat exceptionally difficult to use. Exercise log has no category for cycling. The app doesn't appear to leverage Android alerts, so when my coach messages me, I don't know it until or unless I open the app. No support for 3rd-party sync other than Fitbit (which doesn't play with Garmin at all, and which doesn't play very nicely with Strava). Seems like a nice start to a great app, but very much feels like a beta product.

App keeps crashing every other week. Not cool and very frustrating. Update: App is no longer working, can't get any of my information. Everything is blank. Smh. I don't know how I will finish up my group program and coaching sessions now. Very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend using this app for any fitness program.

terrible app. I only have the app so I can get my zepbound covered by insurance. the app is not user friendly. it is supposed to connect to my fitbit band and scale. it says it is, but none of my info imports and there is no way to disconnect it to try and redo it. they're is a help/feedback icon in the app, who knows where the comments go as it doesn't result in getting help. can't wait until I can delete this garbage app.
