I have played transformers earth wars for over 8 years and never thought I could get interested in another game period and another transformers game. that's my favorite part and a completely different concept.. I want to be here from the beginning a grow my account with the game, I understand games are always a work in progress. my only real problems I've had with the game that stopped my from giving a 5* is: during peak times early evenings the server will crash sometimes repeatedly.

I was really looking forward to this when I first heard and saw the twitter post. So when it released on android I was happy, till I wasn't. It's beautiful, it plays well for what it is and thats fine. Just not for me. All pvp, no story/campaign mode. The pvp and rewards are feast or famine. Winners get all the rewards, even if it's a few pieces of your next upgrade and energon cubes. I also suck at this, on top of having a weak roster. Maybe there will be more modes one day.

I love the game, spent $5 on the battlepass and went all the way to orbital arena (2,000 trophies) and now I can't play because the arena is bugged. It will glitch the flying ships in the background and the map will glitch and then randomly crash u from the match, resulting in a automatic lost (as u cant rejoin matches u lost connection to). 4 games in a row, it crashed the app. Please fix this. I cant play or progress my battlepass, I paid for that. If u fix this, I'll change my review.

Pros: Very polished game, graphics and sound-wise. The units have their own specialties which makes for interesting gameplay. Con: Rewards are downright anemic compared to similar games. I lost about 50xp because I could level because I didn't have enough cards to upgrade. (Level XP is based on unit upgrades, while progression is tied to player level.) Expect Pay-to-win.

Game look cool and everything but it too unbalanced I jump in my first few matches an were getting people with arena 3 an 4. An people I haven't unlocked or fought, I haven't paid or anything so I'm just loosing over an over, also it's super slow at loading during certain times which makes it really lame, but idk what I expected from a game that's still in the beta faze. I just hope you guy's fix these minor Glitches. Best luck to the game tho.

So many frustrating aspects of this game. Unlocking/upgrading any units without paying is painfully slow. Matchmaking ensures you don't even stand a chance, oftentimes playing against people who are higher level than you (more hp on turrets and base) and that have cards unlocked/upgraded way past what you have even had the opportunity to have. The only way to unlock more is to win which is constantly an uphill battle and rarely ever fair. Overall just a frustrating game with no real progression

70 percent of your screen is buy me icons and pop-ups. Even most responses from the creators are, Upgrade upgrade upgrade. This all screams pay to win. I made the mistake of spending money to collect characters and now regret this now knowing it's all about who is at a higher level. Wanted to love the game since it is Transformers but like all games in this aspect? it's no different than any arena game with mostly the same issues.

I like the battle system and graphics of the game but the matching sucks. It takes almost no time before you hit the pay wall and can't make gains without spending money. Daily challenges that you can't complete because you can't meet the requirements like winning with a high/low level team. A practice area that gives you absolutely nothing, including counting to daisy's. No direction on how to gain certain people. Strategy isn't the problem, balance it. All could be fixed.

This has potential. The units seem good, I believe the main problem lies within the matchmaking system. I think if it more so focuses on the type of units one has, and their levels instead of their rank it may be a better experience. Acquiring characters is rough, I am missing units from previous areas not sure if this is from progressing to quickly or not but there might need to be a way to select previous maps or if wanted a maps can just be a user interface design that can be acquired.

Fun when it works but matches crash probably 30% of the time, either right in the middle or right when you win, robbing you of rewards. I've got all the settings as low as they get and I've never had any issues like this with hundreds of other games. Disappointment I spent even 99 cents on this because I'm gonna end up uninstalling within 24 hours. Maybe I'll try again in the future if it gets optimized better, but for now it's too frustrating.

100% pay to win. I'm not above paying to win. I enjoy getting new weapons and characters BUT in this game, you have to KEEP paying to win. After you reach the 2nd or 3rd level, you will ALWAYS be against AI that is 1,2, or 3 levels higher than you. My winning average now is 1 out 10 and I'm on Level 5 with numerous purchased packages. I think the highest level is 10. So think about that.

I really want to recommend this game because it has the potential of Clash Royale, except the downsides are way to huge to. My main issue is with the matchmaking. As a newer player you WILL be constantly going up against "players" who are usually 2-3 tower levels above you. This automatically makes your chances of winning a lot less. So yes it has a pay to win aspect. The core gameplay works great though, the cards are balanced for the most part. You'll likely hit a roadblock in climbing ranks.

Great Strategy game with very nostalgic characters, maps, voice lines and mechanics. Honestly more fun than Clash Royale, especially for those who enjoyed transformers growing up. one thing I'll say for now about what can be changed. please increase Scorponok's cost/ make him more expensive because in my opinion when he's high level he eats more damage and deals more damage than is equal to his cost. Also please nerf Skylynx. He starts dealing unholy damage way too quickly in a short time.

I think this game is amazing! I've played it non stop and I will continue to. plenty of character's who are unique and strong, while also keeping the look of the older transformers and also including the older ones as well. I wouldn't consider it pay to win because while it definitely helps, it doesn't make you outright good. you have to learn the strategy to each character, like it should be. overall an amazing game and definitely worth five stars!

This game is pretty good, but the microtransactions are a bit of a letdown. I think it could easily beat Clash Royale in terms of quality. I've been playing it for nine years, but I find the limits on rewards to be really unfair. It's insane that a card costs 40$! Not only does Transformers offer infinite daily rewards, but you often get good chest rewards too. The currency gain is slow, and the amount needed for gold currency is way too high at the moment. They've got some great specials too.

Started out great. Been playing for about 5 years now. The mechanics and characters have only gotten better and more fun to play. Lately, with the addition of cosmetic coins and the insect Transformers, it's not winnable if you aren't paying to play. Also, the energon refresh is not balanced at all. There have been many times an opponent has thrown down a turret, a legendary, and a support flyer and to my knowledge, that's more than 10 energon, so that shouldn't be possible.

The balancing is terrible and it's VERY pay to win. Of course. Getting matched up against opponents higher levels than me, with higher tower health, higher level units, it's a bloodbath when it happens. Letting people buy the more powerful units with real money quick is also super awful when it's ONLY PVP. if you have money you'll love it. If not prepare to get steamrolled once you hit the jungle area.
