Cannot scan HKID the second time. Unable to do facial recognition due to unspecified permission problem. Unserious app.

why should it be this difficult to scan the HKID card? Even after successfully scanning it after 10+ attempts, the "intelligent character recognition" of my name is wrong, and I am not able to then change it back myself. Absolute trash app

Its stuck in the rotational 3 pages, get your phone nbr, HKID ready, and two more pages Saver subscription, credit monitoring. Then you cannot get out of these 3 pages

Support is horrible. First tier couldn't provide adequate support. Transfered to manager, where after 30 seconds proceeded to hang up on me. Me asking about my account suspension after suspicious 1 log attempt.

Terrible. I dont understand why an app that doesnt share your information needs permission to access your data on your phone. Maybe I am just a little nervous about giving out own data. Upon discovery, I notice it comes from China too. 🤔

Worst app ever I used. It makes life so difficult to create an account. After scanning hkid, after 10 to 15 attempts, it says authorizing. But the authorizing process never ends. Again, back from start.

The mobile version should be the same since I have the web version, which works well. However, I don't live in HK, so why does this app speak Chinese? Also, when you press English, this annoying rotating object is stuck, which reminds you of when one tries to start an outboard motor.

Awful. Want access to photos/media??? Why........ Want access to microphone and audio, again, why??? This is the fun bit, to register an account it asks for your phone number, but will only allow me to place in 8 numbers of a UK mobile number and that is not complete, in other words you can't register an account at all. TRULY AWFUL APP AND VERY VERY BADLY WRITTEN. It seems the coding was done by some Chinese coders. Say no more really!!!!! Uninstalled because the Chinese want ALL YOUR DATA!!!!!

This app is probably my worst experiment on Android. It's been 3 weeks since I tried to make an account. As soon as it reached the HKID scanning process, without even letting you do anything, the app crashed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, each time the same issue happened. I've tried it several times on my Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
