Great company but lousy app. New rating: Just went from 3 stars to 2. Now it won't let me type in my password. Can't use AT ALL. Earlier rating: Very hard to negotiate. It took me a couple of hours to book a simple flight within the United States. Every time I pressed somewhere everything disappeared and I had to start over. This was especially true when it came to booking a seat. I eventually just decided to accept whatever seat they give me on the return trip. MAKE A NEW APP, GUYS!!!

Absolutely horrible...... wish there was an option for zero stars. Was completely screwed on a refund for a trip that we were forced to cancel due to our flight not being able to take off because of engine problems and no other available flights going to our destination. Called customer service and could get in contact with anyone that I could understand. Will never use them again for bookings and definitely would not recommend to anyone else.

Subnormal app It doesn't store the price you were quoted of your trips. I'm sure once I got to the hotel I was over charged but had no reference point on the app to show them. Not easy to navigate, quirky layout. And no easy customer service contact. I'll continue using my Hotwire which well designed and they interact with you and the hotel and the flight or car rental on request. With wat more mile perks.

Horrible experience all around, with the service. had to cancel my flight and i purchased a cancellation policy. Sadly things happen and plans change. I don't need a credit for a future flight, I need my funds back. I had to file a claim, where you have to attach files of everything, then proof of the reason why you cancel. I probably won't get my money back.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! I booked a package deal, leaving on wednesday and flying back on saturday.... with hotel. Well, travelocity only booked my hotel for 2 nights instead of 3!!! Thank god I called the hotel to confirm my reservation!!!! After spending 4 and a half hours on the phone with travelocity, having them charge my card TWICE for something I had already paid for, they finally got the reservation corrected. I will NEVER use travelocity again!!!!!

The customer service is terrible even if you give them a lot of business like me they will not care. Note: even if you pay the insurance $9.00 you can not change reservations BE AEARE. The app is a scam because they let that option be enabled in some non refundable cases. Cherry on the top: you'll get zero points for traveling, also ZERO benefits for long time customers. I will never recommend this app, think twice and save your money.

Travelocity will do whatever they can to get your deposit get your money and it will not be truthful about what it's giving you when your booking. I wanted a certain way to pay for a rental car I did all the information got to the facility and they said no they do not do payments that way. Last year I wanted to book a hotel and I thought I was booking a hotel. That was what I put in my search was a hotel. and instead I got a timeshare when I got 600 miles away I couldn't get into the damn thing. I will never look anything with Travelocity again I'm going to block them off of my computer block them off of my phone I am done with Travelocity Expedia and Priceline or a whole lot better.

BEWARE The Travelocity app changes the desired reservation date to the next week if you try to reserve a hotel for same-day check-in. You can then wind up with an unusable, non-refundable reservation someplace that you don't intend to be. The app also presents blank pop-up menus during check out. Travelocity also seems to have largely eliminated human customer service reps. It is nearly impossible to connect with a human and when you do they claim to be powerless to help you.

Virtual agent is a useless feature. It doesn't have the information you are looking for and never offers live customer assistance. Once you ask it one thing it stays stuck there indefinitely and doesn't let you search for anything else. A total waste of time. No matter what help button you press it doesn't allow you to access anything but the useless virtual agent feature.

Love this app! It is my go to travel app. It's easy to use, great deals, dual pay options and easy cancellations. One time I accidentally booked the wrong date for a staycation with my daughters. The travelocity rep not only cancelled my booking without charge, but the rep also worked with the hotel to give me a upgraded room that same night, at the same price. Amazing!

This will be my first and last time booking with Travelocity. If I were you, I'd just use the app to locate places and call places individually to inquire about reservations outside of the app. They have misleading descriptions on the rooms. You think you're getting something and you're not. Do not purchase the Travel guard insurance if you are looking to rent a car. Just purchase insurance when you pick up the car. The travel guard insurance does not cover road side assistance.

Current trips are super convenient to keep track of but lord help you if you want to view anything past ( like to rebook at a place you enjoyed or to check dates or something) it is IMPOSSIBLE! I know it is there because I found it once but despite my best efforts, I can't find it again. It would be really handy if it was just a choice under "trips".

After years of using your service, I am DONE! The airlines you booked me with have zero cancelation fees at this time. And you only charge a few cents booking fee. But when I go to cancel, within minutes of booking that is, you withhold over $60 from the refund! You word it like it's the airline, but when they answer they say it's you, and refer me back to Travelocity. One or both of you are lying, or in this together, and it's absolutely awful. I should have a full refund!!! Crooks!!

Not only did they raise the price of the airline tickets at the last minute when I clicked buy, but then after I committed, the price went down like $100! Then, we booked a hotel through them that requires a credit card, not a debit or cash, upon check in. It said nothing of the sort on Travelocity. We also rented a car and bought insurance only to find out that it was only minimal and a 2nd kind was required. Plus after you pay, there is no itemized list detailing what you paid for which item.

Downloaded app but was hesitant to use it. Finally convinced myself to go for it and it did not disappoint. I got tired of trying to time flight, hotel and rental car for a trip.I gotta say it worked perfectly. Easy to use. Picked my dates, added my hotel and rental car and 6 weeks after booking we got to go. I was just waiting for one aspect to be jacked up. Nope. I got confirmation emails on everything. Flight and Hotel was perfect. Rental car was better than expected. Thank You Thrifty!😉

I've been using Travelociy over 20 years. I will never use again. They used to let you download an easy to read PDF file of the itinerary but no longer do. When viewing my itinerary on the web page it is difficult to read as it wraps on the page into two columns. When you have a long flights as I do with multiple layovers, it's a mess to read. I tried the Travelocity app and the app just goes to the same web page.

Be aware that if you need to make changes to your flight, the app gives you wrong information!! It will get a price(or credit) for the change but then you have to call customer service only to findd out its a different amount! What's the point of the app info then?? You can't do the change on your own and the price isn't even the same! After over 10 years of using Travelocity, I'm out!

Do not use Travelocity! The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I thought I had booked a room for one night on the same day. I got to the Motel and it had booked me on another day that the app chose for the best price! The clerk spent like 40 minutes speaking to Travelocity. So I decided to go through my app and got everything straight or so I thought.. finally the clerk said it will still be a while. I had enough. I had to be somewhere in a hour. Tried to get a refund and they refused. No humanity at all!

Prices do not match reality. Buyer beware. My total charges listed from Travelocity were around $100 less than Thrifty Car Rental. And once you are at the rental car counter, you don't have many options available when you discover they didn't give you accurate information. I asked Travelocity to fix it and they said they couldn't get Thrifty to fix it. Beware of both companies. Best to work directly with a rental car company so you don't get bounced away.

I prefer this app over all the other hotel apps. I find this one user friendly. Searching options are easier to use. There is an option to book a room with now with no money down. You have to put card on file. There are no charges until you check in or cancel by deadline. They also provide variety of stays. There hotels that are very cheap all the way up to penthouses. Travelocity also shows B & Bs, cabin rentals, and other unique lodging!
